Schreckliche Erfahrung. Wir blieben eine Woche und hatten für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben, mehr erwartet. Das Geschäft wurde zu niedrigen Kosten und schlechter Qualität abgewickelt. Die meisten Angestellten waren Kinder und hatten keine Erfahrung. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, voller Schimmel, Staub und wir hatten auch Ameisen im Zimmer. Die Gärten wurden nicht gepflegt, das gesamte Resort sieht außen und innen schlecht aus. Ganz zu schweigen vom Essen – es sollte ein All-Inclusive-Angebot sein, bei dem man gute Qualität und Abwechslung erwarten konnte. Wir hatten nur 2 Sorten Beilagen und 2 Sorten Fleisch, den Nachtisch kauften wir im Supermarkt und stellten ihn auf den Tisch; fast gleiche Gerichte zum Mittag- und Abendessen; Wir mussten sie bitten, ständig mehr Essen mitzubringen, da sie es nach dem Verzehr nicht wieder auffüllten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht. Sehr schlechte Qualität und sehr teuer für das, was sie bieten. Das Einzige, was anständig aussah, war der Poolbereich. Ansonsten - ein Ödland.

The hotel, although it has great potential due to its architecture and location, has become a ruin, a disaster. The room was cleaned after insisting at the reception. The TV does not have a good signal and rarely works. The breakfast is worse than at 2 stars and the same every day. I will exemplify with a few photos from MD. Of the 3 swimming pools, only 1 can be used by hotel guests, the other 2 are for a fee. The owner, even if he is present, seems to be unable to run this business in decent 4-star conditions. It is time to sell and retire. The water is not drinkable. Consumer protection should check the conditions that are clearly not 4-star. Definitely avoid this hotel.

The chek in was done at 20:00 after our insistency , the stuff was yelling to one another. In the room was full of bugs and spiders. Everything in the bathroom was rusted, and not cleaned . The shower was not working , the bathtub faucet was loose from the walll. The runing water was salty and they say they cannot fix it. We ask about moving to another room and they say it is not possible . Hopefully some authorities will take some action because the price are very high and condition unacceptable

Disrespectful staff They say chech inn is after 6 o clock pm but they can not give the exact time( a lot of family with children waiting for more than 6 hours in heet without foid of drinks, after a long way) No alternative for waiting, no refund possible if you want to leave the hotel for another.

Terible experience, starting with the waiting tine for getting the room, more than 7 hours. The check in time was 8 pm and after a lot of discusssions and tine spent in ghe reception. The employees were yelling and screaming at us, as I was not the only ome un this situation. Everything was a mess: food, acvomodation, pool. I will never go there. It is about not respecting your customer at all.

Dirt and poor quality food. Bumps came out of my skin. And I wasn’t the unique person in this situation. Many people of my group had stomach problems and they vomited. Also, the hotel staff was unprofessional. I will not come again and also I don’t recomand this place. Super expendive for what they offer
