Das Hotel ist eine schöne, eigene Wohnung. Das Personal war erstaunlich und willkommen (wir kamen um 2 Uhr und der Rezeptor hatte noch ein schönes Lächeln für uns), die Wohnung war uns plötzlich sauber mit einem kostenlosen Safe, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, volles Kühlschrank und einem riesigen Balkon. Der Pool war erstaunlich mit viel Sonnenbäder, die Schwimmbar war großartig, und die Schluckkocktails waren schön und erfrischend .

I don’t know why people slate this hotel, I have stayed here on several occasions, and I’ve never had a problem. it’s in a great location near to shops and bars the staff go out of the way to help you and make your stay, a pleasure. The room is the spotlessly clean, the beds are so comfortable and the best pillows ever. there is everything you require in the kitchen. Depending on which room you book is whether there is a hairdryer or not, but this is clearly stated in the brochure. Yes, you pay €10 for the TV remote, but you get this back once your stay is over. Who goes on holiday to watch TV? The pool area is lovely and clean, just like the rest of the hotel. All the staff from cleaners to reception staff speak perfect English and nothing is too much trouble for them. Keep up the good work Caribe looking forward to returning soon

mein Favorit Hotel in Playa de las Americas,das sind viele Sachen die das Hotel zur einer guten Wahl machen die man nicht bereuen wird.zB alle Appartments sind an der Sonnenseite was in Wintermonaten sehr wichtig ist ,da es immer angenehm warm ist,Appartments sind relativ groß und gut ausgestattet;alle mit Küche,die Lage des Hotels auch sehr gut ,direkt am Atlantik,Poolanlage großzügig und gut ,das Wasser im Winter nicht zu kalt,optionell kann man Frühstück und Abendessen buchen ,man wird nicht enttäuscht,das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich ,spricht auch deutsch (Marie),es besteht auch die Möglichkeit direkt im Hotel zu buchen ,man bekommt immer einen guten Deal,deswegen auch preislich kann man nicht meckern weil zB das Troya Hotel nebenan ist viel teurer und bei weitem nicht so gut -(meiner Meinung nach-wegen der Zimmergröße und Sonnenseite),-insgesamt also ist Palm Beach Hotel absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Wir sind derzeit bei Sonnenuntergang nach den Regeln für die Vorbuchung von Sonnenbädern So heute Morgen Nummer 10 in der Warteschlange, um auf unsere vorbuchte Spot zu nehmen, versucht, für morgen 12 Oktober zu buchen, um keine Betten verfügbar, voll reserviert ???? Also, wir versuchten, für Donnerstag 13 Oktober zu buchen, um zu erfahren, dass wir nicht im Voraus buchen können, so was hat sich geändert? Wie sollen wir vorbuchen Es lässt uns glauben, dass die Buchungen für morgen gestern genommen werden müssen, so dass nicht den ‘Regeln’ Auf einem letzten Hinweis sind wir nicht die einzigen, die fühlen, Kreuz gibt es viele mehr Menschen fühlen sich die gleiche Weise.... Shouldn't have this kind of stress on holiday 😔

We were dreading what we’d find after reading recent reviews in January but had no reason to worry at all! We stayed in a suite, No 2012. The lift was quick, no waiting around. It was a very clean suite of rooms; comfortable with a balcony view of the main pool and lovely sunsets. We were surprised to find a fridge full of assorted drinks in the fridge at no extra charge. All inclusive 4* resorts we’d normally stay in usually incur a charge for these! The towels and bedding were good quality & comfortable & we slept very well. We had a huge jacuzzi bath in the bedroom area that did take around 25 mins to fill but was lovely to try. The bathroom included a big, walk-in, rainfall shower. There were over two dozen wooden hangers in the wardrobes and a shelved area too. We took a kettle as in the write up it said tea OR coffee making facilities, when there was actually a coffee m/c AND a kettle with everything you’d need to use them. We paid for a safe for our 5 day stay at €20 and received €5 back. Robes were included in the room at no extra cost. There was no shortage of sun beds & we enjoyed being by the pool bar on the upper floor where there was plenty of sun or shade, along with tables & chairs by the small cafe area. The food was good/very good; always something you’d find to enjoy & was fresh, hot & cooked well. The hotel made a special effort on Valentine’s Day where fresh red roses, canapés & champagne was offered at breakfast & evening meal on arrival at the restaurant. It was trimmed up nicely & a mariartie band played. All coffee machines provided delicious drinks. The orange juice was sadly lacking; more like a squash so we didn’t bother with that but there was always fresh fruit on offer. Almost every, single member of staff; the bar staff, animation staff, cafe bar staff, restaurant staff, reception was very friendly and polite. They were all very accommodating to our large, group of 12 of family & friends; a special birthday and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. We met & spoke to Mariano the proprietor who has a daily presence & eats his meals alongside guests in the restaurant. The measures in the Millennium Bar are of the like we’ve never experienced! Needless to say, we had a very jolly time! All in all, this was an excellent trip with great value for money.
