Been here 3 days,(been 5 times before)and this is the worst lifeguard I have ever seen,a kid slipped the other day in the pool and he was too busy checking himself out in the mirror in reception,so someone else jumped in to the kid,also when at his station he does not watch the pool at all,he sits watching his phone!! And spends most of his time stood at reception of which you can barely see the pool!

Avoid if you value comfort, safety, or even a decent night’s sleep. Our stay at Parque de las Américas began as one would expect. The check-in process was seamless, and we hoped for a simple, no-frills stay. I had requested a low-floor room in advance, as a member of our group suffers from dizzy spells. Unfortunately, this was ignored, and we were placed in a room more than three flights of stairs up—no elevator, no offer of assistance, and no alternative provided. The room was stiflingly hot. With no air conditioning and minimal ventilation, the heat was unbearable, especially at night. Rest was nearly impossible. As a result, the majority of our party suffered from flu like symptoms due to the recycling of humid stagnant air. Leading to no voices for the remainder of the 6 nights and a large medical bill. Our friends stayed in a room closer to reception, where people could freely enter and exit the hotel. There were no visible security measures, no room checks, and unlocked access points throughout anyone could wander in from the street. It felt wide open to anyone, and extremely unsafe. Cleaning was not a priority at this complex and was rarely done. Basic housekeeping was minimal. Towels were only changed once every two days and allowcated in-line with the number of occupants in the room—something we weren’t informed of in advance - getting replacements sooner was a hassle, when we approached the reception staff we wore told there was no more towels available. Disturbingly, belongings began to go missing from our room. We were not the only guests experiencing this, which raises serious concerns about the hotel's internal security and oversight. Between the heat, the lack of service, the missing belongings, and the open access to strangers, we couldn’t relax for a moment. What looked like a budget-friendly hotel turned out to be anything but restful or safe. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Saving a few euros is not worth sacrificing comfort, security, or peace of mind.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS This place is a complete disaster. First off, they accused us of burning a sofa something we absolutely did not do and was there since the day we arrived. They had damage bills printed off before we even got to speak, It felt almost like a pathetic attempt to scam guests out of money. The manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, speaking to us with attitude and zero respect. The receptionist wasn’t any better cold and dismissive The actual condition of the apartment was appalling there was no air conditioning which should be a basic necessity in the 21st century, When we made a request about this the cost was €40 for a standing fan and told us we would have to wait until the next day. The room was a sauna and impossible to sleep in, where I found myself waking up dripping in sweat throughout the night. To make matters worse, the entire place was infested with cockroaches and bugs crawling around, especially at night. Disgusting and unacceptable. While at reception one of the days a woman with a young baby was complaining about her apartment being infested with insects all over her baby supplies. As if that was not enough, they only changed the towels every second day, which is ridiculous. When requesting fresh towels at reception, It was almost asking for an arm and a leg, which was dismissed. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority for them. This apartment complex is poorly run and dirty. Between the false accusations, awful customer service, and filthy conditions, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favour and spend your money literally anywhere else.

This hotel was absolutely appalling, horrible place to stay absolutely filthy management was so disrespectful and highly unprofessional, we got accused for burning the sofa which we did not do and was told every apartment is checked perfectly before entering complete lie. They tried making us pay for it and was told the police would be called. I would not recommend this hotel no air conditioning pool is warm sunbeds left from the day being used so they are everywhere food on floor rats found and multiple people telling us bad things about what happened to them staying there. No towels for a the shower so dirty ones has to be used so unhygienic. This hotel is a 2 star for a reason and cannot see it open for long. I hope the staff and manager that was so rude sees this review and gets their act together. Terrible experience

Loved this quirky apartment , everything you would need is supplied . Has a large balcony with table and 4 chairs. Great TV with dozens of stations , Bed is comfortable , the best I've slept in in Tenerife . We also had a very large roof terrace which was an added bonus ..but it was completely empty so it was of no benefit to anyone, It would be great if it had a couple of sunbeds to lie on save having to take up two spaces by the pool which could be used by others. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous , all in all we had a great holiday and enjoyed it so much that we have booked another two week there in September.

Lovely apartments, clean and spacious and good location. However no aircon and only fans so got really hot during the day. Pool area great with nice bar staff and a nice atmosphere. Only thing that let our stay down was one night as 3 young girls we were followed by a man back to our apartment which was one of the furthest away from reception and he tried to get into our room. Was really scary and not sure the reception staff helped with the situation.
