Have just spent the last 5 days at PlayaOlid and loved it. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The activities for families are plenty. I stayed in the deluxe apartments which were great. A bit tired looking but just what you need in the way of somewhere to sleep. The food and snack options were fantastic, something for everyone. The only negative I have is the fact that guests smoked and vaped on the loungers at the pool, especially by the family pool near the reception area. Apart from that I had a great time. This was a work holiday. I enjoyed it so much I am planning on taking my sons here in October 2024.

We had a fab time at playaolid. Staff were so nice and worked so hard. Be prepared for walking up and down steps if you aren't in the main building with the lift . We were top floor and had 6 flights of stairs to go up and down. The food was your average 3 star hotel food- maybe better with breakfast always being our fav. Pool bar open everyday 10am til 5pm meant you didn't have to get dressed to eat inside, although we did one day just to test it out. Mexican food night was great and a lovely touch having a 3 peice Mexican musical trio. Bar soft drinks not great but we added a bit of cordial that's sat on the bar to a lemonade or water were happy. The slush pina coladas were my fav. We were super lucky with the weather- I think they had a bit of a heat wave, my kids were happy in the pool all week, we ventured down to the games room once but no-one else was in there! The evening entertainment wasn't great some nights. But we didn't stay for the first few. The Friday night Latin band are not to be missed. They were amazing and a great end to a great holiday.

Had a great stay. Food was amazing everything you could want and more. Drinks also brilliant. Would definitely recommend. Staff polite and friendly. Pool areas both clean and lots of space. Outstanding service! The staff was attentive and helpful, making my experience exceptional.

Just back from 5 nights here with my husband and 15 year old Son. I must admit, I was apprehensive after I booked and heard such mixed reviews! But, we could not fault the place! Yes, it’s slightly tired looking in some areas but the service and cleanliness more than make up for this! The staff are so attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble! We also couldn’t fault the food, we’ve had much worse in 5 star hotels in Turkey! The breakfast selection was great and in the 5 days we were there, we never had the same food for lunch or dinner twice, it really was tasty! There was plenty of entertainment around the pool for kids of all ages (especially the big kids at Water Polo 😂) We had a premium 1 bedroom apartment and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us with a good size balcony. We would absolutely return back for another holiday!

Brilliant hotel the staff were all brilliant especially Sofia from the entertainment team she was so good with my son, the food was nice and the hotel very clean, location wise was very good as well not far to the beach it is up a slight hill but if you take it solely you’ll be fine 😀

Huge apartments, the food is good, but the whole place just looks a bit tatty, dirty and worn around the edges. First impression is not good. In fact we asked for cleaner rooms because our first rooms were very dirty. Perhaps due a refurb? We found the beds very comfy, but tbh wouldn't choose to come back here again.

Fantastic family holiday. Made great use of the pool and all inclusive facilities. No issues at all apart from the drainage in the bath which was looked at straight away when brought to management attention. There are 2 pools we didn't discover the 2nd pool til late on in holiday and used the main pool ourselves. Evening entertainment was great had some great times. Mini disco was fantastic for kids. The foyer area was cool and relaxing with plenty seats and a small arcade. On arrival was given a bag of sandwiches fruit and water to accommodate our entire party which I thought was very good especially arriving so late on in the evening and dinner had finished. Room was cleaned every couple days and cannot fault the cleaners, one of us.. possibly me threw up in the bath and the cleaners sorted it and of course I gave them a good tip. Towels changed promptly as well. Will definitely be back

Lovely hotel staff great cannot do enough to help. Childrens entertainers were on the go constantly. Hotel clean, apartments huge. Cleaned everyday nearly. Food good but not excellent but always something to choose from. Snack bar food good for snacks. Beware cocktails very strong
