Absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Teure Unterkunft im Bettenlager wie aus Kriegszeiten. Veraltete und schmutzige Sanitäranlagen. Speisekarte eines Strassenrand-Restaurants, wo die KundInnen sowieso nie wiederkehren. Unaufmerksames Personal. Keine Ausweichmöglichkeit, da der gesamte Betrag im Voraus bezahlt werden musste. Eine richtige Enttäuschung!

After a multi-day hike in the Dolomites, staying at the higher-altitude Rifugios, this place was an absolute delight. Large comfortable room with a beautiful balcony view across the mountains, radiators, private bathroom with towels and free hot shower, and even an overnight boot dryer (very much needed after days of hiking in the snow with soggy boots). The staff were friendly and helpful, the food delicious - especially the venision stew. The breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty (they even had krapfen - small local doughnuts filled with custard). They also serve a nice strong tea with rum. The valley it's located in is stunning, you could have a nice holiday just staying here, doing local walks and taking the cablecar. Would definitely stay here again.

Stopped to visit the gift shop and cafe for a drink after cycling up the pass. Staff are not helpful and some are quite rude. I did buy a small gift and a coke which were both overpriced. How do businesses like this survive? Anyway makes every other cafe fantastic in comparison!

Esperienza pessima, personale ineducato, che non ci ha rivolto la parola finché non ci siamo seduti e abbiamo ordinato qualcosa. Anche dopo aver consumato continuavano a ripetere di sederci al tavolo e ordinare... praticamente non ci avevano nemmeno guardati in faccia!

Qualità del cibo (CARISSIMO) e del servizio di bassissimo livello. Probabilmente alla struttura giova la mancanza di concorrenza al Passo; non sarebbe altrimenti spiegabile il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non consigliato: se potete passate oltre.

Ci siamo fermati per bere qualcosa durante un giro in moto, personale molto scortese, stavamo decidendo cosa ordinare e la ragazza dietro il bancone se n'è andata stizzita , abbiamo preso due caffè 4 euro .

Struttura situata tra panorami incantevoli, molto accogliente, personale sempre molto impegnato ma sempre cortese, cena molto gustosa, strudel da leccarsi i baffi, per colazione c’era tutto il necessario. Molto consigliato.

È una struttura semplice, ma in posizione ottima per lo sci. Ci sono stato parecchie volte, ma ultimamente i prezzi sono molto aumentati, mentre la qualità è un po’ scaduta. Le camere sono confortevoli, ma non sono migliorate tanto da giustificare l’aumento del prezzo. La cena e la colazione sono abbastanza buone, ma un po’ meno del periodo pre-covid. C’è anche una sauna, piccola ma molto gradita dopo una giornata di sci.

20,50 € per una colazione… per due pezzi di una torta che loro hanno chiamato “cheesecake”, ma che in realtà era un pan di Spagna secchissimo con una crema al formaggio acida, è un caffè ed un cappuccino. La colazione più cara della mia vita, servita con non poca antipatia!! Non ci tornerò
