Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal war super schön und untergebracht. Große Lage zu nur über alles, vor allem alle 24-Stunden-Gemeinungen!! Das Bett war so komfortabel und der Pool war awesome. Wir können nicht warten, um zurück zu gehen.

Das Personal ist so freundlich. Leicht zu sprechen und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber, ein grundlegendes Hotelzimmer, nichts besonderes, es hatte Grundstücke und war sehr sauber. Der Pool war großartig! Nicht zu kalt und hatte Tische mit Schatten. Das Frühstück war gut und gut gelagert, obwohl wir nicht bis 30 Minuten nach unten gefahren waren, bevor es vorbei war. Ich werde absolut wieder bleiben. Sie sind das beste besetzte Hotel, das ich geblieben habe. Ich werde zurück nach dem Pool, der Lage und den Arbeitern! Die Zimmer waren auch gut.

Two friends and I travelled ( 5 hour drive) to the area for my birthday weekend celebration (April 8-10, 2022) along with the Bluebonnet Trails & 70th Annual Bluebonnet Festival in Ennis. We were excited to see the Bluebonnets, something we had never done before. Our room 309 was large in size and very clean until one of my friends opened the sofa bed to find what looked to be a large blood stain on the corner of the mattress and also what appeared to be mold. My friend decided she would just sleep on the cushions on the sofa. There was no bedding for the sofa. Had to go downstairs to get the linens that had just came out of the dryer and there was no blankets available. The next night my friend decided to stay somewhere else so she didn't have to sleep on ”that” sofa. The first night we were 3 adults in the room with only one towel and two wash clothes the second night no towels or wash clothes. Again I had to go downstairs to get towels and wash clothes and again they were just taking them out of the dryer. Guess they are short on staff so the desk clerks are having to do laundry along with their duty at the front desk. Breakfast was hot and pretty good for your average ”continental” breakfast. The lady working in the breakfast area did a great job keeping everything full and plentiful. Wasn't able to use the pool or spa due to some sort of ball tournament so the pool and spa was always overcrowded with kids. They couldn't keep up with the demand for linens, towels and wash clothes. Our room was located near the elevator. I was surprised it wasn't noisy by the elevator considering the large gap under our room door. When checking out I mentioned to the man at the desk, assuming he was the manager, about the sofa bed. He kept talking to me as to say stop talking I heard you about the sofa bed. Guess he didn't want any other guest to hear me talking about it. I had mentioned it to the night clerk the night before who stated she would make a note of it. However the beds were very comfortable and the stay wasn't bad. Not sure I'll stay there again if I'm ever in the area. Will probably add to the bottom of my list of places to stay in Corsicana. Wish I would've taken a picture of the sofa and the mattress to post on here. Hopefully they address the issue.
