Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Wir wurden beim Betreten des Hotels von sehr nettem Personal begrüßt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die sehr bequem waren, und das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig und hatte auch reichlich Stauraum. Der Badebereich war schön, aber nicht ideal – es war kein separater Raum, sondern ein Teil des Zimmers, der durch durchsichtige Wände abgetrennt war. Schönes Design, aber nicht das, was man sich für den Badezimmerbereich wünscht. Die WLAN-Verbindung in meinem Zimmer war nicht die beste, ich musste die meiste Zeit meine mobilen Daten verwenden. In unserem Aufenthalt war kein Frühstück inbegriffen, aber stattdessen gab es ein separates Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Öffnungszeiten im Laufe des Tages. Das Hotel befand sich in der Nähe eines Lidl und anderer Geschäfte, sodass unsere Frühstücksarrangements geklärt waren. Es gibt viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und es ist ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, was für mich nicht so schlimm war. Ich würde diese Bewertung mit 3,5/5 bewerten, wenn möglich

Ich habe in vielen Hostels vorhin geblieben, aber bei TOC war es das erste Mal, dass ich in einem gemeinsamen Zimmer (nur weiblich) geblieben bin. Ich war ein wenig besorgt, weil ich nicht wusste, was zu erwarten war, aber es war großartig. Das Hostel ist wunderschön, hat freundliches Personal und ist das moderne Hostel, in dem ich je geblieben bin. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klangfest, da Sie nicht viel von den Straßen hören konnten, wie es für andere Hostels üblich ist. In meinem 6-bett-Wohnungszimmer hatten wir 2 Toiletten, 2 Badewanne und 2 Duschen - das war genug. :) Ich komme wieder, sicher!

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

El personal y las instalaciones del hotel están muy muy bien. Todo en general perfecto. Nos ha gustado mucho. Tienen que controlar un poco más los cuartos de baño que estaba sucio el váter. El resto muy muy bien. Las chicas de recepción un 10. El detalle del cafe 24 horas está muy bien. Fácil aparcar y gratuito. Hemos salido muy contentos. Por eso nos extraña comentarios malos anteriores. Gracias por todo

Ich fühlte mich in einem günstigen Almodovar-Film. Das Personal hier war freundlich und hilfreich. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr zu wünschen (und wissen Sie, dass es nicht anderswo kann man hier Fuß gehen, weil es keine Fußwege aus diesem Gott verpassten Geschäftspark gibt). Aber wieder, Restaurantpersonal sehr bequem. Nicht ihre Schuld war das Essen schlechte Qualität. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber der Duft von Zigaretten rauchen durch den Wind im Badezimmer. Kann andere Leute in ihren Zimmern hören, die viel Lärm bis sehr spät machen. schlechte Nachts Schlaf. In der Foyer junge Jungs gingen nachts rauchen ihre Gelenke und am Morgen zeigte sich die Polizei auf, um es zu erstmalen! Frühstück, ein grundlegendes, schlechtes Qualitätsangebot - aber schöner Kaffee. Wenn Sie können, sprühen Sie auf etwas etwas teuer, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie gut schlafen.

On day 1 we asked for the room to be cleaned whilst we were out exploring the area. When leaving our room, our suitcases were left open on the floor with valuable possessions left on the side including perfume, woke laptop/phone jewellery as we expected these items to be safe within our locked room. Upon our return we found our possessions had been rummaged through with our suitcases being emptied and couldn’t locate a perfume bottle (£150 value). The next day we spent the day searching for the missing item which was not located. To our knowledge this is the only item that was taken but have yet to fully go through our suitcases which were tampered with. We reported the item missing to reception after we throughly checked our room to which we were told the staff were aware of the perfume ‘incident’. When questioned they said upon arrival to the room the perfume was already smashed. This was inaccurate as the item was not left on a smashable surface and we would not have reported the item missing had we broken it ourselves. The staff failed to apologise or inform us of the incident, and when questioned all staff were knowledgeable about the ‘incident’. After trying to resolve the situation, they then accused us of having smashed the bottle ourselves instead of offering to rectify the situation or offering a solution. The item was obviously stolen as we didn’t smash it and, had they accidentally smashed the perfume whilst cleaning, the room would have smelled potent given it was a brand new, full bottle of perfume. We asked to speak to the manager who was rude, changed her story multiple times after consulting with back of house, laughed at us and said she couldn’t understand us despite speaking perfect English. We were also told to “f*ck off” and to contact the police if we wanted anything done about the situation. Would not recommend staying here.

Ein tolles Hotel mit guter Lage, wenn man eine schnelle Anbindung an Flughafen und Autobahn braucht. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Supermärkte, Kinos. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels ist kostenfrei, außerdem kann man den ganzen Tag über in der ”Coffee Corner” gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht herausragend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr guter Preis für die gebotene Leistung.

Ideal para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto entre vuelos. El personal del hostal es muy amable, tienen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto a muy buen precio,( la mitad de lo que cuesta un Cabify) la habitación es espaciosa y cama de las mas cómodas en las que he dormido ,además se encuentra muy cerca del aeropuerto. Repetiremos sin duda
