Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Wir wurden beim Betreten des Hotels von sehr nettem Personal begrüßt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die sehr bequem waren, und das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig und hatte auch reichlich Stauraum. Der Badebereich war schön, aber nicht ideal – es war kein separater Raum, sondern ein Teil des Zimmers, der durch durchsichtige Wände abgetrennt war. Schönes Design, aber nicht das, was man sich für den Badezimmerbereich wünscht. Die WLAN-Verbindung in meinem Zimmer war nicht die beste, ich musste die meiste Zeit meine mobilen Daten verwenden. In unserem Aufenthalt war kein Frühstück inbegriffen, aber stattdessen gab es ein separates Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Öffnungszeiten im Laufe des Tages. Das Hotel befand sich in der Nähe eines Lidl und anderer Geschäfte, sodass unsere Frühstücksarrangements geklärt waren. Es gibt viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und es ist ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, was für mich nicht so schlimm war. Ich würde diese Bewertung mit 3,5/5 bewerten, wenn möglich

Era la segunda ocasión en la que nos aflojábamos en este establecimiento , la primera en enero del 2022, mismas circunstancias que en esta última, tres adultos con mascota, perro de 3kgs en la primera ocasión y en esta sumamos una cachorra de 1kg y medio, hacemos la reserva a través de booking, a la llegada nos dice la persona de recepción que no admiten mascotas, le decimos que creemos haber realizado la búsqueda con el filtro de admisión de mascotas, se pregunta si podemos pasar la noche o tenemos que irnos y nos dicen que esta vez vale, pasamos la noche, y la sorpresa llega por la mañana, ha cambiado ya la persona de recepción, un chico que de muy malas formas, vamos a decirlo solo asi nos llega a llamar sinverguenzas por meter los perros a escondidas, querido caballera, por suerte para nosotros, lo que sobran ya son establecimientos en los que si son bienvenidos los perretes y sobretodo donde no hay gente amargada trabajando. Por otra parte, no recomiendo en absoluto el hotel , las camas malas no lo siguiente, las almohadas como si pones una chaqueta, malísimas, en fin un sitio donde no volver.

Ich habe in vielen Hostels vorhin geblieben, aber bei TOC war es das erste Mal, dass ich in einem gemeinsamen Zimmer (nur weiblich) geblieben bin. Ich war ein wenig besorgt, weil ich nicht wusste, was zu erwarten war, aber es war großartig. Das Hostel ist wunderschön, hat freundliches Personal und ist das moderne Hostel, in dem ich je geblieben bin. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klangfest, da Sie nicht viel von den Straßen hören konnten, wie es für andere Hostels üblich ist. In meinem 6-bett-Wohnungszimmer hatten wir 2 Toiletten, 2 Badewanne und 2 Duschen - das war genug. :) Ich komme wieder, sicher!

I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Location is great just a few minutes from Las Rozas Shopping Village, 25mins from the airport and only 20mins from the city of Madrid. Check in was smooth and I was helped by a lovely guy on reception. I didnt engage with many staff at this hotel but those I did were all friendly and polite. Guest room was on the first floor, shower was powerful although temperature of the water kept changing. Amenities are very basic, just shower gel and shampoo. You get 2 bottles of water that I found in the mini fridge. Bed was comfy and WiFi was pretty good but did buffer during busy times of day. Breakfast was a very simple affair. Few very greasy fried eggs and bacon or frittata under a heat lamp, then just cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereal and pastries. Plenty of coffee and juice. Negatives of the hotel.. 1. It was very noisy. Sound travels easily in this hotel. I could hear slamming doors, people walking about above my room, water pipes, even people coughing in other rooms, not ideal for light sleepers. 2. I had a do not disturb sign on my door but house keeping ignored this and came in while I was out to clean the room anyway. 3. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. 4. No plugs by the bedside.

Auf der Suche nach einem Ort in der Nähe meiner Geschäftsreise habe ich den besten Ort gefunden. Es war sehr komfortabel und es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe und das Parken war praktisch und schön. Sie stellten mir auch freundlicherweise einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.

Ich fühlte mich in einem günstigen Almodovar-Film. Das Personal hier war freundlich und hilfreich. Aber wieder, Restaurantpersonal sehr bequem. Nicht ihre Schuld war das Essen schlechte Qualität. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber der Duft von Zigaretten rauchen durch den Wind im Badezimmer. Kann andere Leute in ihren Zimmern hören, die viel Lärm bis sehr spät machen. schlechte Nachts Schlaf. In der Foyer junge Jungs gingen nachts rauchen ihre Gelenke und am Morgen zeigte sich die Polizei auf, um es zu erstmalen!
