Being a full-time traveler who has visited more than 200 countries and territories over the last 14 years I have stayed in countless hotels around the world.
Occasionally, my brother, who has epilepsy, joins me when there’s no one else to look after him. During these trips, there have been challenging moments when he had seizures. Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional.
Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing.
THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

Ich habe in vielen Hostels vorhin geblieben, aber bei TOC war es das erste Mal, dass ich in einem gemeinsamen Zimmer (nur weiblich) geblieben bin. Ich war ein wenig besorgt, weil ich nicht wusste, was zu erwarten war, aber es war großartig. Das Hostel ist wunderschön, hat freundliches Personal und ist das moderne Hostel, in dem ich je geblieben bin. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klangfest, da Sie nicht viel von den Straßen hören konnten, wie es für andere Hostels üblich ist. In meinem 6-bett-Wohnungszimmer hatten wir 2 Toiletten, 2 Badewanne und 2 Duschen - das war genug. :) Ich komme wieder, sicher!

Ich war ein paar Nächte für Arbeit untergebracht. Saubere Zimmer mit gutem WLAN. Ein großer und komfortabeler Box und ein sauberes und großes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist richtig, ohne Ärger, aber es hat ein wenig von allem. Im Allgemeinen sind B&B Hotels ähnlich. Ich möchte es noch einmal sagen.

Wir wurden beim Betreten des Hotels von sehr nettem Personal begrüßt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, die sehr bequem waren, und das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig und hatte auch reichlich Stauraum. Der Badebereich war schön, aber nicht ideal – es war kein separater Raum, sondern ein Teil des Zimmers, der durch durchsichtige Wände abgetrennt war. Schönes Design, aber nicht das, was man sich für den Badezimmerbereich wünscht. Die WLAN-Verbindung in meinem Zimmer war nicht die beste, ich musste die meiste Zeit meine mobilen Daten verwenden. In unserem Aufenthalt war kein Frühstück inbegriffen, aber stattdessen gab es ein separates Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Öffnungszeiten im Laufe des Tages. Das Hotel befand sich in der Nähe eines Lidl und anderer Geschäfte, sodass unsere Frühstücksarrangements geklärt waren. Es gibt viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und es ist ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt, was für mich nicht so schlimm war. Ich würde diese Bewertung mit 3,5/5 bewerten, wenn möglich

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and *********** also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

Era la segunda ocasión en la que nos aflojábamos en este establecimiento , la primera en enero del 2022, mismas circunstancias que en esta última, tres adultos con mascota, perro de 3kgs en la primera ocasión y en esta sumamos una cachorra de 1kg y medio, hacemos la reserva a través de booking, a la llegada nos dice la persona de recepción que no admiten mascotas, le decimos que creemos haber realizado la búsqueda con el filtro de admisión de mascotas, se pregunta si podemos pasar la noche o tenemos que irnos y nos dicen que esta vez vale, pasamos la noche, y la sorpresa llega por la mañana, ha cambiado ya la persona de recepción, un chico que de muy malas formas, vamos a decirlo solo asi nos llega a llamar sinverguenzas por meter los perros a escondidas, querido caballera, por suerte para nosotros, lo que sobran ya son establecimientos en los que si son bienvenidos los perretes y sobretodo donde no hay gente amargada trabajando. Por otra parte, no recomiendo en absoluto el hotel , las camas malas no lo siguiente, las almohadas como si pones una chaqueta, malísimas, en fin un sitio donde no volver.

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

GGuest UserDas Hotel sieht FANTASTIC aus. Es ist ein Traum des Designers. Die Lage ist perfekt. Allerdings war ich für ein 4-star Hotel und zu diesem Preis (hohe für Alcalá) auf einige Slips, mehr Auswahl an Kissen und Tee-Kaffee-Einrichtungen im Zimmer zu erwarten. Für einen Tee musste ich zur Bar neben der Tür gehen und meinen kochenden Tee ganz auf dem Weg in mein Zimmer tragen. Auch die Mattresse ist HORS. Ich hatte eine schreckliche Nacht, weil es so hart war. Ich würde in neue Mattressen investieren. Es gab auch keine zusätzlichen Duvet im Zimmer.
Ich würde wieder den Spa versuchen und wenn sie diese grundlegenden Dinge ändern (Teekocher und Matratzen), würde ich denken, wieder zu bleiben, da der Ort so wunderschön ist.

GGastnutzerEin tolles Hotel mit guter Lage, wenn man eine schnelle Anbindung an Flughafen und Autobahn braucht. In direkter Umgebung des Hotels gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Supermärkte, Kinos. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels ist kostenfrei, außerdem kann man den ganzen Tag über in der ”Coffee Corner” gratis Kaffee trinken. Das Frühstück ist okay, aber nicht herausragend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr guter Preis für die gebotene Leistung.

GGuest UserEr ist in einem Industrie- und Handelsgebiet, ziemlich weit von Alcorcón entfernt. Der Preis war teuer für den Service, aber es passiert oft, dass wenn es irgendein Ereignis in der Nähe gibt, die Preise steigen. Das Bett war komfortabel, aber das Sofa war nicht, außerdem war das gesamte Zimmer betreut. Das Frühstück war gut, komplett und das Personal sehr freundlich.

My dad booked this place for us with his free points and it was great. It was a bit far out from the city but it was easy to go on the train. There was a restaurant and a bar and the drinks were pretty cheap for a hotel. There was a big shopping just down the road. We had 3 of us in one room and I got the sofa bed but it was pretty comfy.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und komfortabel. Der Tisch ist sehr groß und der Sitzplatz ist angemessen. Es ist für Geschäftsreisen geeignet.
Hinweis: Das allgemeine europäische Hotel bietet keine Schnecken, Schleifen und Zahnfäden. Wenn Sie die Rezeption fragen, können Sie einmalige Zahnfäden kostenlos anbieten, aber keine Schleifen.
Frühstück ist viel zu wählen, Früchte sind reichhaltig, frisches Gemüse ist frisch, Kaffeemaschine kann verschiedene Warmwasserbereitungs-Kaffee und so weiter wählen.

GGuest UserIch war vor sechs Jahren in diesem Hotel und war viel besser als ich jetzt gefunden habe, es ist immer noch ein gutes Hotel, aber es ist nicht reformiert, es hat Defekte an den Wänden, und die Möbel in den alten Zimmern im Allgemeinen, Aber perfekte Betten und Bettwäsche, das Ergänzungsbett ist kein Sofa-Bett, es ist ein Bett mit einem Bett, in dem es sehr gut schläft, offene Möbelschrank und ohne Licht, aber im Allgemeinen ist es gut.

CcorderoomThere is only one reason I would choose this hotel again – if I am taking care of business in the immediate area. The staff is professional, the facility is nice and clean, Wi-Fi works well, but the location is lacking. If you want to be near the Barajas airport or the industrial facilities nearby and do not plan to leave the hotel, this is a competitive choice; if not, keep looking. The price I paid was slightly lower, but it does not compensate for the dull location. The amount I saved on lodging, I will spend on Uber. Google Maps show “Centro Comercial Carrefour Alcobendas” within walking distance with a choice of restaurants and stores. The problem is that it is on the opposite side of “Carretera de Fuencarral.” There is no pedestrian infrastructure to get there unless you walk on the highway, which is dangerous, and I don’t recommend it. I walked around with my GPS and could not find a way. This is an industrial zone with limited choices to offer a guest. Alleys, dead-ends, warehouses, and automobile manufacturer offices surround the hotel. However, there is a way to walk to a plaza featuring a Toys “R” Us. The only restaurant (Orale Compadre) was closed on Sunday afternoon and supposedly opened on Monday at 8 pm, so it does not help much. A PrimaPrix was closed by 3 pm on Sunday—the rest of the business sells ornaments, miscellaneous, sporting goods, or furniture. Don’t be misled by all the colorful bubbles in Google Maps surrounding the hotel. The hotel only offers breakfast from 7 am – 10 am. Management seems to have a deal with Telepizza for delivery, so I ordered. The food tasted unfrozen, and it was school cafeteria quality at best. A reflection of the lacking food services in the area is evident as the vending machines are missing a significant percentage of snacks. The room does not feature a mini-fridge like other Holiday Inn locations, so bringing drinks and/or snacks that require refrigeration is not an option. The Uber from Barajas airport to Holiday Inn Alcobendas was 14 Euros for a 15-minute ride. An Uber to the Madrid Center area was 27 Euros, which took 25 to 30 minutes. The view from my side of the hotel is uninteresting (warehouse rooftops). I can only imagine it is no different on any other side of the building. En principio se denominan ellos mismos un 3 estrellas superior, que de superior tiene las escaleras de cristal y la puerta giratoria nada mas. Pongo ésta reseña aquí ya que veo que los propietarios se toman su tiempo en contestar y me gustaría ver su respuesta a mi estancia. Reservo una habitación cuádruple 4 días y 3 noches para mi mujer, mis dos niñas adolescentes, nuestro bebé y yo. En principio todo por las fotos y por las llamadas que realizé a la hora de reservar la estancia parecía genial y escogimos éste hotel por la cercanía a puntos de nuestro interés de nuestras vacaciones. Quiero deciros que nos habéis amargado casi toda la estancia allí. A la hora de entrar por primera vez a la habitación nos encontramos con un olor a cerrado y a humedad insoportable y todo lleno de polvo lleno de suciedad pero a tal extremo de ir a la farmacia a comprar pastillas para la alergia a los ácaros y al polvo. La habitación parece la de una prisión tercermundista, los colchones de unos muelles de los que se hacían hace 40 años que los compras por 10 euros en un rastro. No me podían poner una cuna por la razón de que NO CABÍA!!!!! Imaginaros ya de por sí, si no cabe una minicuna, como pueden vender una habitación denominada CUÁDRUPLE cuando no tienes sitio ni para abrir las maletas???Cuando entramos lo primero que hago como cualquier persona creo yo es encender la climatizacion, solo con tocar un boton se desmonto entero de la pared como podéis apreciar en las fotos adheridas a esta reseña. Lo intento poner bien y logro encajarlo a su sitio, solo te deja bajar hasta 18 grados, pero aunque te lo ponga en la pantalla echa aire a la temperatura que le de la gana al hotel por la rejilla que mas que aire lo que hace es que te llena la habitación de mas polvo del que ya tenia por si. Lo mas gracioso por llamarlo de alguna manera es que quise llamar a recepcion pero el telefono que habia en una mesa llena de mugre tenia el cable cortado pero lo dejan ahi de recuerdo digo yo vamos pero bueno, bajo yo mismo a la recepción a comunicarle que no entendia el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte y la respuesya de la recepcionista es que me mandaba a alguien de mantenimiento a la habitacion para que pudiesen hecharle un vistazo, cuando viene el hombre con cara de molesto por haberlo llamado me dice ami mismo que meta la tarjeta, cosa que vuelvo a hacer y le muestro que no funcionan a lo que me responde que efectivamente estaba rota y el no podia ni sabia arreglarla y sin más se fue y adiós. Ya que no tenia caja de seguridad y no me quedaba tranquilo dejando las cosas en la hacitacion sin seguridad tube que buscar a una limpiadora para pedirle un cartel de no entrar a la hacitacion a ”limpiarla” porque ni eso teniamos en el pomo de la puerya como cualquier otro hotel, y pedir que no entren en los dias que estemos alojados nadie ajeno a nosotros, iendo nosotros mismos a por toallas limpias a la recepción. Desayuno de 10 y cena de 12 . Es lo único que probamos pero que maravilla. Sin duda si vamos a Madrid volvemos aquí. Super tranquilo, económico y los trabajadores de 12. Nos dieron habitación un jueves 28.03 a las 23h porque nos dejaron tirados EDREAMS para el viernes 29.03 y super bien de verdad os lo recomiendo. Tema de calidades no esta perfecto, es un hotel para ir de paso a dormir y poco mas pero calidad precio, nosotros disfrutamos mucho, es mas llegamos por la noche y lloviendo y al entrar estaba la calefacción :) ESTOS PLATOS POR 13€ DE LOCOS :)
