Sehr laute Umgebung ,sehr abgewohnte Möbel und schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten .Da nebenan der Hafen ist hört und riecht man man jede Fähre die an und ablegt .Das Studio war ein größeres Hotelzimmer Im Bad war die Tür verschimmelt und aufgequollen und die Lüftung war auch defekt. Keine Klimaanlage und kein Sonnenschirm auf dem sehr kleinen Balkon.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer von Apartment 115 gehört ausgetauscht. Zwei Freundinnen haben über eine Ausbuchtung beim Beckenbereich geklagt. Handtuchwechsel (inkl. Reinigung) unter der Woche nur gegen eine Gebühr von € 25,- ist eine Frechheit. Ansonsten waren wir SEHR zufrieden!!!

Wir haben das Doppelte für Meerblick bezahlt. Wie auf dem Foto. Im "Wohnzimmer" finden wir einen Tisch und zwei Gartenstühle aus Plastik. Nichts mit dem Foto zu tun. Die Küche war am Fußende des Bettes. Schmutzige Schränke mit Handabdrücken. Wir mussten putzen, um schlafen zu können. Die Dusche ohne Druck. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Keine Klimaanlage. Auf Ventilator im Schrank ... Falsche Werbung. Sehr deprimierend, sehr. Schade um das ausgegebene Geld. Fotos bis zur Übertreibung retuschiert. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen und wir werden nicht zurückkehren.

We have previously stayed in these apartments on a number of occasions, but only came to dine on this occasion as stayed elsewhere. It was my granddaughter's very first trip abroad for her 13th birthday so very special for us all . As usual excellent service, spotlessly clean , food choice very good with a specials board offering excellent dishes . Food is plentiful, hot , freshly cooked , the goat stew is wonderful and all served with a smile .

This is a standard 3 star resort but one which has a few advantages. The staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is well maintained and pool area sunny and sheltered. The apartments on the same side as reception are the ones to have as their balconies get the sun all day. It also has a squash court and well equipped gym which is free to use. You also get 10% discount in La Luna restaurant which you can access from the ground floor of the hotel. The one bedroom apartment is a good size but don’t expect to cook up a storm with a two ring cooker and a microwave. Stayed here a couple of times (the second time for four weeks) and would happily go back again. Ideally situated for the town, restaurants and port area where you can take the ferry to Lobos island or Lanzarote.

Great location near the harbour. Lovely big room. However had to request clean towels and room only cleaned once in 5 days. Always plenty of sun beds by the pool but absolutely no atmosphere at all! Needed some background music. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with children. No entertainment at all. Went to the restaurant once, even in there it was silent, you felt awkward making conversation with people you were saying with.

Terrible experience .....cockroaches ,mites crawling all over kitchen surfaces , getting clean towels was a nightmare never again !!!!!!!

Jist back from a week at Dunas Club. I have been many times and love this place. The staff are always polite and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is quiet and relaxing with beds always available. The food in La Luna is great and reasonably priced. I hope to visit again soon.

We are very familiar with this area and chose this hotel for the view. We had the sea facing apartment which did not disappoint. All the breakers and surfing were in full view and as expected the wind was bracing to say the least. Beds were comfy shower was OK . All the staff were excellent and very accomadating. We have done all inclusive at top end hotels but have never really enjoyed the experience, but I cannot fault the La Luna restaurant attached. Food was excellent, breakfast with British style bacon. There is only one downside to this place, it is not disabled friendly. Never got to see the pool (to cold anyway), to many steps. The same with the restaurant but only one step access outside. As my wife and I are both disabled we at times struggled but either staff or customers always helped us. In our humble opinion it is a hotel well worth considering.

Lovely Hotel, perfect location ,friendly staff and a great restaurant La Luna, ate here a few nights well worth a visit ,Breakfast was also good .had lunch in pool area also nice, a nice short walk to all the bars in the new town. .very reasonable stayed 14 nights, will be back

Came with the main purpose to escape UK weather for the sun and celebrate new years eve,had been at the hotel a couple of days when we got ready to celebrate in the restaurant and bar to be told we could not sit in the bar has it was booked for a private party and hotel guests could not drink in there unless reservation had been made, plus for that night they had doubled the prices on everything.

Very substandard hotel worse Hotel we have every visited via RCI. Hotel Room small no cleaning and had to beg for clean towels. Don’t like RCI Guests

We stayed for 8 days over Christmas, the room is dated, the doors to the balcony had to be forced open and closed, the room was clean on the surface but I had to move the sofa bed to get something I dropped and it was filthy (also under the beds in the bedroom were full of hair). We only had our room cleaned once and clean towels once which meant we were drying on dirty towels. The noise throughout with banging doors and people running about went on until 3am and started again at 6am. Pool doesn’t open until quite late. The WiFi in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there, and the reception team seemed like they really didn’t want to be there which seemed odd (this has been noted in several other reviews. Good points, the location we liked and the hairdryer was strong.

very very very nice staff from the cleaners to the receptionist they couldn’t do anymore for us , its kept clean and changing the linen every couple of days if u ask they’ll do it more often , the only negatives I have is the outside could do with a paint it looks a bit tired looking from the kerb , I would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely stay again ,
