Das ist ein sehr schönes Motel, nicht weit von allem, was Sie tun wollen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück am Wochenende ist großartig mit Texas-geformten Waffeln. Das Frühstück während der Woche ist gut. Das Personal ging aus dem Weg, um sicherzustellen, dass wir alles hatten, was wir gebeten haben!

wir waren drei nächte im springhill hsuites, von aussen wirkt dass hotel gepflegt, und frisch saniert. dass personal ist freundlich , generell, besonders, heroeheben möchte ich dass personal im frühstücksbereich, die tolle auswahl, ordnung und menge, und dass beim zweiten morgensessen, div schulklassen, den frühstücksraum belagerten. die zimmer sind gross und praktisch, aber in die jahre gekommen, so sind die teppiche nicht mehr in bester verfassung und fleckig.die badezimmer( zum schieben) geht nur mit massiver kraft auf und zu, im lavabo fliesst dass wasser schlecht ab, und bei der zimmerreinigung, wurde die duschkabine schlecht gereinigt, seiferesten und haare, sowie div. artikel im bad nicht aufgefüllt wurden, und erst auf nachfrage ausgehändigt wurden

Wir hatten das Unglück, auf demselben Stock zu bleiben wie die unglaublich unüberlegte Fatma und Farah H, die beiden vorherigen Beschwerden. In all meinen Jahren, in den Hotels zu bleiben, habe ich niemals neben einem Gast geblieben, der so unerträglich laut und störend war. Zunächst haben sie ihren Hund von etwa 7:00 Uhr bis zu einem Zeitpunkt in der Nacht im Zimmer allein verlassen, was das Hotel Ihnen ausdrücklich sagt, nicht zu tun. Der arme Hund schlug ununterbrochen ohne zu stoppen, man konnte es überall im Hotel hören. Dann, als sie Mitte der Nacht nach Hause kamen, wandten sie sich an den Fernseher, schrieen das Volumen und ließ es bis zum Morgen auf. Sie hinterließen 3 Taschen von Müll draußen und nahmen Telefonanrufe auf Sprechern im Halle, um uns alle zu genießen. Wenn wir es endlich nicht mehr lösen konnten und beschlossen, sich an den Vorderbüro zu wenden, gab es Gäste aus 5 anderen Zimmern in der Linie, um die gleiche Beschwerde zu machen. Wenn jemals ein Gast eine Ausweisung warnte, waren es diese Leute. Das Hotel hat sich seit Tagen mit Beschwerden über sie beschäftigt und wurde letztlich ohne Option verlassen. Ich verlasse das Hotel für die anderen Gäste, so dass wir alle einen angemessenen Aufenthalt genießen konnten.

Die Toilette und die Dusche waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Ich musste mich reinigen. Die Dusche hatte keinen Wasserdruck. Sie belasten Sie für den Parkplatz pro Tag, aber unsere Zugangskarte funktionierte nicht das ganze Wochenende. Wir mussten den Serviceknopf jederzeit drücken, um zu lassen, und wir kamen einmal da raus, als niemand auf dem Vordertisch war. Als wir das Front Desk wissen lassen, half sie nicht, das Problem zu lösen, das sie gerade gesagt hat, ein Ticket zu bekommen und die Tür wird geöffnet, aber das half nicht, dass wir ausgehen mussten.

Bewertung: Der Hotel-Rezeption Service ist freundlich, es hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, 2F kann direkt in den Hallen gehen und die Stromleitung ist vernünftig. Die Zimmer sind gut hygienisch. Der Balkon kann die Lexington-Flughafen sehen, die direkte Entfernung 5KM, das Phillip Johnson-Designed Denn Art Museum kann zu Fuß gehen und empfehlen Sie zu bleiben!
Zimmerhinweise: Es wird empfohlen, keine hochrangige Meeresaussicht mit Balkon zu wählen, die vorderen Vogeln im Golf von Mexiko. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind in Richtung Meer gespannt und die Lage ist nicht ideal.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel scheint vor kurzem aktualisiert worden zu sein und hatte eine entspannende und moderne Atmosphäre. Das Personal an der Rezeption war so freundlich und ging wirklich die zusätzlichen Meile, um mir mit einigen Fragen zu helfen, die ich hatte. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand war geschätzt und es war schön, einen Pool zu haben. Mein Zimmer war sehr luxuriös und wurde schön dekoriert. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe und die Umgebung ist bequem. Ein großer Aufenthalt und ich bin froh, dass ich es gewählt habe!

For a Best Western, this would be 3 stars, but for a BW Plus, it's only a 2. I'm not sure what the specific qualifications are between a standard Best Western and their ”Plus” brand, but this particular hotel must have just squeaked by. The front staff was very nice, but both the lobby and rooms had a damp mildew smell. The furniture was sparse and uncomfortable, and the walls were very thin (even low conversational levels were audible from the next room). Pros: - Pet friendly - Nice staff - Had a bigger refrigerator - Average BW breakfast Cons: - Damp mildew smell - Minimal furniture - Thin walls. Could hear normal conversations and early morning alarms through the walls - Would not qualify this as a BW Plus

GGuest UserDas Gebäude ist älter, aber so charmant und angenehm! Ich liebe das Gefühl des Gartens im Inneren, und das Frühstück ist atemberaubend! Die Parkplätze sind gut beleuchtet, und die Gesamtlage ist großartig. Ich wünschte, wir hätten am Abend die Bar & Restaurant genießen können, aber hoffentlich können wir das auf der nächsten Reise! Ich habe das Gefühl, dass wir wieder sein werden!

I arrived at this hotel and immediately encountered refurbishing work in progress. The front desk area was chaotic, with workers on the floor directly in front of thr Front Desk and it was unclear where guests should go. A woman behind the counter ignored me, leaving me confused until one of the workers directed me to the side of the counter. Surprisingly, the same woman who had been ignoring me then greeted me. I thought it was odd that she hadn't beckoned me over. The room itself was disappointing. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit by a strong moldy smell. The ceiling had large brown blotches, some of which were partially painted over. The AC unit worked but had a large rust patch on it. There was a hole in the ceiling and white unidentified splash marks on the bed frame. The bedside table was broken, and the pillows, though in clean cases, lacked protectors and were stained yellow. Due to the ongoing refurbishments I assumed the room was mistakenly given to me thinking it was completed, so i took some pictures and went back to the reception. The receptionist, ”Jenny or Janine,” was not interested in seeing the photos and informed me she would only move me once. Her attitude suggested that providing an acceptable room was somehow my responsibility. And she would not be inconvenienced by it. This was a work trip, so I decided to check out her ”take it or leave it” offer and deal with it later. The next room was slightly better, though the pillows still lacked protectors. A quick trip to Walmart solved that issue. The receptionist could definetly benefit from additional training. I would not recommend staying here, at least not during their renovation period.

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist mit einem Snack gefüllt und es gibt eine Filterwassermaschine im Gebäude. Die Lobby hat schöne Sitzbereiche und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Snacks und Getränken zum Kauf. Frühstück ist morgens enthalten. Das Out-Room ist ziemlich gut. Das Zimmer selbst riecht mutig und der Boden war flüchtig. Die Wände waren schütteln. Die Anzeige auf der Uhr funktionierte nicht. Sie haben Spaziergang in Duschen, keine Tuben in den meisten Zimmern, die schön ist.

Angesichts der Zeiten müssen Sie Zimmerservice beantragen, wenn Sie Ihren Zimmer jeden Tag sauber wollen, aber das war ok, weil wir die Privatsphäre gefallen. Es war kein Problem, frische Handtücher zu erhalten sehr nahe dem Strand in der Straße. Parkplatz war ein wenig eng, aber wir konnten einen Platz finden. Frühstück war standard, und der Betreuer war sehr hilfreich.

GGuest UserI’m usually pretty happy staying at LaQ and this time was no exception. My only big issue was there was mold growing under the silicone caulk around the tub. I feel this should have been cleaned and replaced. I also would have liked more than 1 regular coffee pack….there was 1 reg/1 decaf for 2 adults who love their coffee.The walls are a little thin, we could hear our neighbors and their children come in at 2am. Other than that our stay was great! Check in was flawless, staff was nice and attentive, bed was comfy, A/C worked great, breakfast smelled yummy but we didn’t have time to eat. Price was excellent for a last minute, holiday weekend booking. I would stay here again!

The rooms are very spacious, very clean, the staff is welcoming & always have smiles on their faces! Very attentive! Breakfast was good, coffee was always hot even during the day! Pool was great, the hot tub didn’t seem to bubble as much aa hoped for but still great! Absolutely loved it, will be returning back for sure!

MMonicaI always travel with my service dog and was pleased to see this location had a ”dog area”. This area had grass well cut, however, there was trash everywhere and the doggie waste station was broken. The waste basket was on the ground and there were no waste bags in the receptacle. I always have bags with me but it's nice to know they're available should a guest forget theirs.
The elevator floor linoleum was very old and dated with chips in it upon entering.
The floor I was on was quite noisy all night. There was a smaller dog barking non-stop for hours. A baby crying/wailing for about 15 minutes( so loud I could hear the baby in my room), the room next to me had their TV on super loud until after 3:30 a.m.
I know it was this time because my dog had to relieve himself at 3:10 a.m.
The staff was the shining light here. The check in agent was friendly and very efficient. The housekeepers were all very friendly as they all said hello upon passing any of them and the check out agent was friendly. Maintenance crew were nice when I ran into them in the hallways.
The staff is what kept me from giving this location all poor ratings. The location was alot further from the beach than I anticipated. Probably won't stay here again due to location and conditions described in review.

Es ist eine große erschwingliche zentrale Lage, um die Padre National Seashore zu erkunden und auch nahe genug, um alle Port Aransas zu erkunden, muss bieten ! Schlau Check-in ! Rein , genug heißes Wasser , frische saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche ! Rein Mikrowelle , Eiskühlschrank & Klimaanlage funktionierte großartig !Das Personal war sehr nett und sicher, dass mein Aufenthalt komfortabel war . Ich werde sicherlich hier wieder buchen !

GGuest UserDas Hotel selbst ist abgelegen. Sie gehen Ultra billig auf alles, Frühstück (Wenn das ist, was man es nennen kann.) .. 1 kleine Flasche mit gewässertem Shampoo für 2 Personen.. Zimmer sind nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Wir sind dort am Mittwoch und am Samstag verlassen. Unser Zimmer wurde 1 mal sauber und es gibt keine Seife oder was übrig, wenn sie es reinigen ... Wir waren auf dem 3. Stock, die Sie mussten einen Aufzug nehmen, der wie Schweißsocks buchstäblich nach unten auf den Boden durch die Ruheraum zu der Eismaschine, Aber Sie konnten nicht, dass es kein Kunststoffbeutel in der Eisbucke gab, so, wenn Sie nicht wollten, Ihr Eis in eine Bucke setzen, jemand anderes hätte Sie gehandhabt, Sie waren SOL. Aufzug läuft nicht von Mitternacht bis 6 Uhr.. Ich könnte aus den Treppen gehen und es nach unten machen, bevor der Aufzug es runter macht, es bewegt sich dann stoppt und dann bewegt sich wieder.. Zimmer sind fair andere als Schmutz oder Stangen auf Rauchdetektoren und Decken,, aber das Hotel ist abgelegen.. Und der Aufzug riecht schlecht, ich arbeitete für unsere Stadt-Gräser-Abteilung für 25 Jahre. Vor dem Ruhestand, so riecht mir nicht so viel, aber dieser Aufzug riecht wie geformte Schwitzen..
