Das zufriedenstellendste One-Island-One-Hotel in Köln! Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, darunter Tischtennisplatten, Karaoke sowie verschiedene Schach- und Kartenspiele. Wenn Sie das Haus verlassen, können Sie schnorcheln und schwimmen gehen. Das Personal sowohl im oberen als auch im unteren westlichen Restaurant ist gastfreundlich und singend. Das Personal ist herzlich und höflich und freut sich sehr, Gäste zu bedienen. Es ist nur ein bisschen weit von der Stadt Köln entfernt und die Transportkosten mit dem Auto und dem Schiff sind nicht billig.

Mein Freund und ich blieben letzte März 2023 in diesem Resort, und wir waren sehr zufrieden während unseres Aufenthalts. Nachdem ich nur zwei Nächte ein Deluxe-Zimmer reserviert habe, habe ich beschlossen, eine Nacht-Verlängerung zu reservieren, damit wir auch eins ihrer Premium-Zimmer erleben können. Es war sein erstes Flug nach Coron, weil ich hier seitdem für arbeitsbezogene Zwecke bin. Nach dem Einchecken wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass wir in ihr Premiumzimmer aufgerüstet wurden und dass uns beide so glücklich gemacht! Ich habe nicht gefragt, aber sie waren so nett, uns die Aufrüstung zu geben. Das Zimmer war super schön und geräumig. Ich mochte den Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang aus unserem Balkon! Sie gab sogar einen meiner Anfrage, ein Stück Schokoladekuchen ins Zimmer zu setzen, weil mein Freund vor einigen Monaten nicht die Chance hatte, seinen Geburtstag zu feiern. Die Mitarbeiter waren am Morgen besetzt. Die Hausaufbewahrung hat auch unser Zimmer gut gereinigt und alles von gefülltem Wasser bis zu Badeinrichtungen und Handtüchern wieder gefüllt. Die Lage war für uns angenehmen, da es entlang der Hauptstraße ist, und wir haben uns selbst eine Miete Auto während unseres Aufenthalts, so dass wir jederzeit raus und zurück kommen können. Ihr Schwimmbad ist riesig! Ich weiß es nicht, aber es fühlte sich riesig, weil wir während unserer zweiten Nacht im Resort von einem Pool zu einem anderen wie Kinder laufen und schwimmen:D. Was meine Freundin Aufmerksamkeit erhielt, war der Cockatoo am Eingang. Wir würden immer aufhören, dem kleinen Kerl einen hello zu sagen. Insgesamt war es eine schöne Erfahrung für uns. Nächstes Mal sehen!

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur 5 Minuten vom Pier entfernt und ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Das Tuk-Tuk kostet 30 Pesos pro Person, obwohl es im Stadtzentrum nicht viele gute Geschäfte gibt. Der Service ist sehr gut, die Hygiene ist gut und es gibt 3 Schwimmbäder, darunter ein Kinderplanschbecken. Die Rezeption war sehr nett und hat die Initiative ergriffen, uns bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Verbindungsdienst des nächsten Hotels zu helfen, was reibungslos verlief. Die Toilettenartikel sind relativ rudimentär, es gibt keine Spülung, die Qualität des Shampoos ist nicht sehr gut und die Fensterklimaanlage im Zimmer ist zu laut. Ich habe mich entschieden, hier zu übernachten, nur weil ich bequem ans Meer gehen konnte. Es gibt keinen Strand, aber andere Hotels in dieser Gegend haben keine Strände. Dies ist überhaupt kein Strandort. Das Restaurant ist nicht groß und das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig. Die drei Breisorten sind sehr lecker und auch das Gebäck ist ziemlich gut.

It's not our first time in Coron, but it's our first time staying in MO2. We stayed in Westown Resort a few months ago, same year, and we've had a great time there. MO2 felt more quiet and more at home. My boyfriend and I are not actually fans of crowded places so MO2 felt perfect for us. Maybe because it's still off season here in Coron. When I made the booking I opted for a queen size bed, but during check-in, Frank, the front desk agent informed us that we were upgraded to their room with a king size bed. I thought, ”Aww! That's so sweet!” My boyfriend was also thrilled because when we were in Westown Resort, we got upgraded there too. We enjoyed lounging in the pool, and eating pizza at the bar. I don't know about the other reviews here, but staff are actually accommodating. (As expected from a hotel in Coron) The room was super spacious, and housekeeping cleaned our room well. It would be nice if they add a welcome treat in the room. It's only a suggestion since I think almost everyone is doing it. Since I work in the hospitality industry and he in cruise industry, it felt nice to relax, reset and to be spoiled a little. We will definitely come back again next year, and I hope we won't miss out on the welcome drinks again (because we missed it the last time too hahaha!)

Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett ist hinzugefügt. Das Reinigen ist sehr sauber. kostenloses Trinkwasser, willkommene Obst, es gibt täglich kleine Kuchen trockene Punkte (aber nicht mit dem chinesischen Geschmack, zu fett). Es gibt ein Restaurant auf der Insel, der Geschmack ist gut, das Essen ist abgelegen. Das Frühstück ist im Allgemeinen weniger stilvoll. Der Service ist sehr gut, jeder ist sehr freundlich. Die Landschaft auf der Insel ist sehr gut, Sie können in der Nähe des Strandes tief drin fahren, verschiedene Fische 🐠. Sie können auch schwimmen, sehr lobend 👍. Es ist, um gut zu verteidigen. Die Insel bietet auch klassische Linienspiele, Sie können Boote packen, der Preis ist viel teuer als die Stadt, aber der Service ist besser.

Pros and cons. The island was great, we loved our stay at the cottage. But the service was not so good. Pros: - The island was great. Major plus points for the house reef and grass bed that attracts fish and sea turtles. There were birds and the monitor lizards on the island! - The view from our sunrise cottage was great. The rooms were clean and the toiletries complete. - Transport to and from the island went smoothly. - Massage was great! Cons: - We arrived at around 1pm (official check in time is 3pm). The staff told us they would call us when our room was ready. Many groups of arrivals were steadily being escorted to their rooms but not us. At 230pm I went back to the reception and was told our rooms had been ready earlier! But NO ONE let us know. At this point, they gave me the key card but no one made a move to escort us to our rooms and I had to ask if they could give us our luggage so we can go the room already before the receptionist accompanied us. - There is no comfortable place to wait or change clothes while waiting for your room. Basically people are sitting on the pool loungers in their pants/shoes from the airplane. - We signed up for the hike, we were told some one would text us to confirm time and meeting place, NO ONE called. - Basically, any time they tell you they'll call you, NO ONE did. I had to call multiple times and actually go the reception to get any response. - The restaurant was not full yet it was very hard to get the attention of any server. The food also took 30-40 minutes to serve. Kudos to the one lady server who served our lunch everyday for 3 days, she was the only one who helped us. - Used plates/utensils were left on the restaurant tables for a long time. We sat down as the neighboring party left and we were already done, their plates were still sitting on the table (being snacked on by the birds). This happened every meal (and we're slow eaters, at least 45 minutes). - Towels and plates/cups by the pool loungers also not cleared for hours. - Breakfast and dinner buffet were just okay. Nothing to write home about.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein bisschen weit von allem entfernt, man muss ein Dreirad nehmen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Das Restaurant ist klein und bietet nicht viele Optionen für das Frühstücksbuffet, aber kein schlechtes Essen. Ich hatte auch gehofft (basierend auf den Bildern), dass am Pool ein Whirlpool / Whirlpool angebracht ist, aber das ist nicht der Fall. 😭

Ich ging zum vierten High-End-Hotel in Köln und buchte zwei Nächte. In der ersten Nacht hörte ich etwas im Zimmer schreien, aber tagsüber war kein Ton zu hören. Zuerst dachte ich, es wäre ein Frosch, aber nachdem ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt hatte, fand ich heraus, dass es ein Tier war, das einem Gecko ähnelte. Es war im Zimmer und die Aufnahme zeichnete durchschnittlich etwa alle 12 Minuten einmal auf. Ich ging hin An der Rezeption wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer voll seien und ich keinen Platz zum Umziehen habe. Widerwillig schlief ich während der Aufnahmen in der zweiten Hälfte der Nacht voller Angst und Schläfrigkeit ein und wachte früh auf, um zur See zu fahren. Als ich am Nachmittag zurückkam, war meine Kleidung ganz nass und ich hatte mich noch nicht umgezogen. Sie verlegten mich schließlich in ein anderes Zimmer, aber ich stellte bald fest, dass die Klimaanlage nicht kühlte. Wie konnte das funktionieren? Ich habe jemanden angerufen, um es noch einmal zu überprüfen, aber es kühlt immer noch nicht. Es verging mehr als eine Stunde und ich geriet in Panik. Am Ende musste ich im Zimmer mit den Tieren duschen und der Vorgesetzte gab uns schließlich ein Upgrade in ein anderes Zimmer. Auf jeden Fall möchte ich mich beim Betreuer für die Art und Weise bedanken, wie er mit dem Problem umgegangen ist. Aber ich habe immer eine Frage. Es gibt Tiergeräusche im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht. Oder?

Ich war völlig beeindruckt von der Qualität des Hotels und der Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter. Der Eindruck des Hotels von den Buchungsagenturen wird dem nicht gerecht, und mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis kann man nichts falsch machen. Wundervolles Hotel, das Essen war angemessen und ich habe nichts zu beanstanden, nur schöne Erinnerungen und so viel Liebe für die Bucht von Bacua und die Insel Coron.

Stayed 2 nights at the Two Seasons Coron Island and stayed an additional 4 nights at their Coron Bayside. Had to moved 3 times for these 4 night stays as there were no vacancies on my preferred rooms, the panorama suite or the deck access rooms. On my second day I ordered a room service dinner which resulted in my tummy aching. Making me go the bathroom all night and was hardly able to sleep. Only to pack up and move the following day as someone is going to occupy the same room later in the day. The hotel staff stated they have no clinic or on call doctor or nurse that I can consult with. Was told to go to town instead at that time I was also told that there are no more clinics open. In the morning I had asked to speak to the duty manager Aldrin Mauricio who was very defensive even telling me he ordered the same food earlier last night but nothing happened to him. He was never apologetic at all and dismissed my situation as just an isolated case. Asking me instead to just to a clinic in town. Never even offering to take me there when they have their own 2 vans just standing by. I was also never even offered another meal even if just as a goodwill gesture. I had spent a lot of money to stay on both Two Seasons properties even dining in their restaurant. I believe that this is no way to treat a guest especially so from a hotel that seems to be the most popular and sought after in Coron town judging by the reviews which I had relied upon. Further, I had also asked politely for a written statement that I had complained about my stomach ache the night prior and that the hotel advised me to go to the clinic in town. I never asked them to confirm or deny this fact since I know that they cannot ascertain this, But they can merely to stick to the facts that they have relied solely on my statements and for this reason they directed me to go to a clinic in town. This even after explaining to him that all I wanted to present this to the airline who might just allow me to take a straight flight to Manila instead of my current 4 1/2 hours layover in Cebu. But he was firm in denying me this written statement of facts. He told me that he can only issue a letter that I had stayed at their hotel for period of my stay. My receipts can already accomplish the same so this would not help at all. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay if you wish, but stay at your own risk and if ever something goes wrong on your trip, remember that you are on your own and cannot count on the hotel staff or management to lend a helping hand.
