Family Fun comes equipped with all of the modern conveniences of home including 7 flat screen TV’s, 6 Blu-Ray Players, Netflix access, wi-fi, and 2 Jacuzzi tubs! Your little ones will also feel at home with the comfort of a Pack ‘n Play, high chair, and baby gates for their safety.  Easy 8-minute walk to the beach, straight down a neighborhood street. No highways or busy streets to cross. Assorted bicycles, beach chairs, wagon, games, and pool toys, are all included for guests use! A World of Outdoor Fun Greets You Upon Your Arrival: Enjoy your own private pool and bubbly hot tub as well as private mini putt putt golf. The pool is protected by a privacy fence and native foliage, you’ll feel like you’re in your own personal resort without ever leaving home. Children will also love the pirate ship playground in the backyard! First Floor: Endless Entertainment On the ground level enjoy a break from the sun in the game room with a pool table, flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray, and a music system. There are two bedrooms, which include one with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and Blu-Ray, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds as well as a convenient bathroom just steps away from the entrance to the pool. Second Floor: Spacious with All the Comforts of Home Retire to the second level after a long day of exploring the seashore, and enjoy sweet dreams in one of three bedrooms that are found on this tastefully decorated level. There’s a master suite with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and Blu-Ray, a bedroom with Queen bed and flat-screen TV, and a bedroom with Bunk beds – (Twin over Double, plus Trundle Twin.) This level also features a quiet den with a Queen sleeper sofa, wet bar with refrigerator, flat screen TV and Blue Ray, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, and an expansive back sun deck and large front covered deck to take in the sun or the shade. This level also has two full bathrooms including a large two person Whirlpool Jacuzzi tub! Third Floor: Shines with Space and Amenities For a truly delightful end to the day, step outside and soak up the rays on the inviting third-floor deck and enjoy the sea breeze. The top level is where lounging guests will spend most of their time, thanks to a bright living area with 55” inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray, a dining area and kitchen with plenty of seating for up to 18 people, and an adjacent master suite with a regal King bed and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This is a pet-free home.  Enjoy your stay in Corolla! The pool is typically available for use from April to October, though the exact dates may vary depending on nightly temperatures. The hot tub, on the other hand, remains open year-round for your enjoyment! House comes with beds made and towels at no extra cost! Remember to bring your beach towels and basic household items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoos, dish soap, etc. Starter toilet paper and paper towels provided. Check-In begins at 4 pm. Your key-less entry code will begin granting access at this time. Check-Out is 10 am. We Highly recommend Travel Insurance for all reservations. Two security cameras are installed on the property. One outdoor Camera faces the Car-Port entry door and one faces the rear sliding glass door.
