The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfy room, location is great. The hotel has everything such as a pool, gym, restaurant etc. Breakfast was divine, staff very helpful. I want to thank Ryan and Maeve especially, for being so kind and friendly helping us with the bags, and recommendations about the city, and attractions. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure😊

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster, das dem Innenhof gegenüber steht, das bedeutete, kein Fenster mit Tageslicht. Zu dem Preis, den ich gezahlt habe, würde ich erwarten, ein Zimmer mit einem Fenster mit Tageslicht.
Das Spa war nicht sauber und ich genossen es überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück war auch nicht gut. Ich werde nicht wieder bei Clayton bleiben.

Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer ansprechend. Betten angenehm und nicht zu hart. Badezimmer ok. Waschbecken allerdings gefühlt auf Kniehöhe und die festmontierten Duschköpfe oberhalb des Kopfes an der Wand mag ich persönlich halt nicht so. Frühstück ist vielseitig- englisch aber auch kontinental, mit Obstsalat, Müslis, Diversen Brotsorten und Belag. Der Kaffee ist suboptimal.

Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer (3te Etage) war toll, über die ganze Stadt. Das Zimmer war groß und nun ja latent sauber. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, mit Pressspannumrandung. Durch das permanent runtertropfende Duschwasser wölbte sich diese arg nach außen (ich habe Mal besser nicht drunter geschaut). Der Abluftventilator sollte Mal dringend dringend gereinigt werden. Das Frühstück war leider recht lieblos angerichtet und das Rührei eine Unmöglichkeit. Theoretisch wäre das Zimmer Recht ruhig gelegen, leider kommt früh Morgens die Müllabfuhr (sehr früh) und die Nachts ankommenden Gäste haben sich ziemlich unsozial verhalten (lärmende Unterhaltung über den ganzen Parkplatz). Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich, bei Nachfragen und wir durften unser Auto am Abreisetag noch auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen (ersparte uns 9€ Parkgebühren, Danke dafür).

Das Montenotee Hotel ist eine Erfahrung mit seiner eigenen , fantastischen Aussichten auf die Stadt , erstaunliches Innendesign, leckere Lebensmittel und professionelles Personal .. Das Glashaus ist großartig mit Qualitätscocktails und Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home.
The employees were quite kind and helpful too.
Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into.
I will return for sure.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

wir haben die erste Nacht unserer Irland-Reise im Hayfield Manir übernachtet. Ich war vor knapp 25 Jahren das letzte mal da. Das Hotel hat absolut nichts von seiner Klasse verloren. Viele Kleinigkeiten und das top aufmerksame und stets zuvorkommende Personal ergänzen den Eindruck den ein tolles Zimmer, eine top Bar und ein sehr gutes Essen im Perrots erzeugt haben. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu meckern. wer irischen Whiskey mag, wird an der Bar wirklich nichts vermissen…es ist alles da was schmeckt. Auch sonst ist man auf so ziemlich alle Bedürfnisse vorbereitet

…kann man dieses 2 Jahre junge Hotel in sehr guter Citylage ( direkt neben Bahnhof) bezeichnen . Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist unbedingt hervorzuheben…man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen! Jung & modern spiegelt sich auch in der Loungemusik (Terrasse/Lobby/Sophie‘s Bar) wieder. Sehr gut ist das Fitness Center und der kleine Pool/Sauna Bereich…leider wegen Platzmangel ohne Ruhezonen… Was man verbessern sollte: an der Rezeption können keine Ausflüge & Touren gebucht werden …schade. Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer und eine kaputte Klobürste die eine Woche lang nicht ausgetauscht wurde…🙄 Lobbybar ohne Barhocker sollte man vielleicht nicht als Bar, sondern als Lounge bezeichnen… Zum Schluss positiv:: Die Dachterassenbar SOPHIE‘S im 6.Stock …TOP LOCATION innen & außens Fazit : SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! GGuest UserDie Rezeptionistin eine reife Lady sicherte von der Minute, als wir angekommen waren, dass alles gut gehen würde, auch wenn wir Englisch waren. Sie half meiner Frau mit der lokalen Pharmacie (Danke).Das Hotel hat eine große Parkplätze. Die Teile des Hotels haben auch eine interessante irische Eisenbahngeschichte. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einer anständigen High Street 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sie serviert auch Murphy's in der Bar! Das Zimmer war gut, aber es war die Geschichte im Hotel und die Umwandlung der Eisenbahnbrücke in ein Trinkgebiet sehr romantisch. Frühstück war sehr gut und wettbewerbsfähig keine Beschwerden von mir Irish Frühstück ebenso wie ein Englisch für mich! Wir würden noch einmal dort bleiben, ja wir planen das nächste Jahr wieder. Ich bin nur ein 45min fahren Drom Cork Flughafen.

GGuest UserDas Hotel war ein wunderschönes klassisches Hotel mit einer neuen und stilvollen Bar, geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage - aber das Personal hat wirklich den Aufenthalt gemacht. Eamonn gab uns unglaubliche Beratung bei zwei getrennten Gelegenheiten und wir konnten ihm nicht genug danken.

Ein tolles Hotel, das auch für schnellentschlossene Touristen einen super Service garantiert. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr komfortabel und kleine Extras wie Wasserkocher und Tee, sowie ☕️ Kaffee standen uns zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war gut sortiert und das Restaurant bietet den Gästen eine umfangreiche Anzahl an Gerichten. Absolut Empfehlenswert.

GGuest UserSehr freundlicher und professioneller Empfang. Überall ist es gepflegt und sauber. Zimmer nicht groß aber ausreichend. Betten bequem. Am Frühstück größtenteils Selbstbedienung. Warme Speisen werden geschöpft. Gutes Angebot an frischen und schön gerichteten Speisen. Das Personal ist meist freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Einer der Manager war ”unterwegs”. Sehr arrogant stolzierte er im Früstücksraum und Rezeption umher. Beachtete die Gäste gar nicht. Kein Gruß oder sonstige Höflichkeiten. Leider ist keine Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus.

Had a real relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Charleville Park Hotel. Straight away we were greeted by a friendly lady at reception who looked after us with a lovely room. Couldn't fault the room, nice and spacious and was quiet at night. We went for dinner and drinks. Food was lovely and cooked perfectly! There was a young blonde girl waitressing and she done a great job, very attentive. We asked for cocktails and they were delicious. Breakfast this morning..again there was no issues at all and we even got pancakes. All in all this hotel deserves top marks, we will definitely be returning!!!

When we arrived, the outside appearance did not bode well, however, once inside we were greeted by a very nice young lady who showed us to our rooms. We both had rooms with stunning views over the falls, very clean, tidy, comfortable and warm. The food was really lovely, although not too great a choice for a veggie, however, John was really friendly and entertaining! There was a young man singing and playing guitar the first evening, he was really good and we joined in! Breakfast in the morning was again a wee bit disappointing for a veggie, great for carnivores though! John's service again was really great, giving out ideas of where to visit etc. Our meal the next evening was also very good and then we had the experience of a lot of older people descending into the pub. What a night!!! The couples were Irish dancing and we were really exhausted just watching them, they never really sat down! We were asked to join in, we would not have been able to keep up with them all! Our relatives went up to bed and we stayed down to watch them, however, we had to call it a day and they were all still going!!! They did not even make a noise when leaving! Breakfast again in the morning was good and John very attentive. The only one niggle we had, was a dog barking in the room next to our relatives room, which did disturb them a wee bit. This was one of our favourite hotels during our stay in Ireland and would definitely stay again.

Ich bekomme in der Geschäftsklasse, die groß ist mit Wasser und Schokolade geliefert. Leider auf meiner Reise letzte Woche habe ich meine Punkte nicht erhalten.. Ich habe mich entschieden, in Radisson zu bleiben, um meine Punkte zu wachsen, so dass ich meine Familie auf einer Getaway bringen kann..

Ccynthiaf209I will start with the couple positives.....the beds are comfortable and the front desk employees are friendly. That is about it however. Our room was a good size and the bathroom looked as if it had recently been updated. Unfortunately there was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower had no place to put the soap or any other items one usually has in the shower and the hand help shower head could only be used if one held it. (no adjustable stationary setting for a real ”shower” experience.) I went to use the bathtub and found hair around the drain. (short hair..yuck) The rest of the hotel desperately needs a facelift, painting, carpet, furnishing. My shoes stuck to the floor in the breakfast area...something needed to be mopped up. We had bed and breakfast usually a good idea but not here. The selection was poor and meager. We stayed two nights. (in for a funeral and this hotel was the only one nearby that had vacancy and now of course I know why!!!) The second day we went for breakfast at 8:30 (breakfast from 7:30-10am) and they were all out of anything but pink mini donuts and bread rolls in the bread area. I mentioned to a server that they were out of almost all options did they need to restock and she said that was it!!! All gone. Many people arrived after us so it wasn't a case of no one else showing up for breakfast. Even the water pitcher with a lone lemon slice was empty!! The section for the cheese and meat contained two slices of cheese and four of a pressed ham. The cereal section (coco puffs, etc) was just as limited and listless. In an other room next to the breakfast room you could BUY scones and croissants but they were not available to those of us with breakfast included. The manager said you can't have those because those are ”the big ones”. We have travelled all over the world for the past 40 years and I honestly have to say this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have encountered.
