位置不錯 就係paultons park隔離！
不過房間隔音效果差，會聽到其他人聲音。
整體不錯，有機會會再入住

Perfect location to stay when visiting Paulton's Park. Really clean, comfy room, great breakfast and a really friendly and welcoming team. My daughter found a chocolate bar waiting on her bed for her too which was a really nice touch (I think for half term as there were lots of families staying the day we were there!)

It was a long walk for someone like myself with mobility issues from reception to my room even on ground floor. The beds are a might too high and i am of average height 5ft 5 inches. The staff i encountered were very nice but when requesting a toilet near the breakfast room was told i would have to go back to my room. Not a pkeasant walk with painful feet

Room and bed clean and tidy as expected. comfy bed. had breakfast in morning and food was hot and plenty of choices. Sharon And Jade were very polite and helpful in the kitchen/Dining area. Thank you for a pleasant stay wouldn't hesitate about staying here again

We would like to especially mention Sharon & Jade who were a great help to us whilst we were having breakfast at Southampton West (Ower). Having stayed here on numerous ocassions it was a pleasure NOT to have any problems or issues with the "door keys".

Comfortable nights sleep. Room looked a little tired. Room was clean . Plenty of parking available even after a late arrival. Reception staff polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast room was very good especially Jade/Sharran excellent service. Good choice of foods for breakfast. Would recommend!

Super friendly reception staff, gave us all the information we needed for our stay, can’t fault them. Room was immaculate and perfect. Car park has ample spaces. The overall appearance of the lobby/corridors was spotless. Rooms were easy to find too.

Had a fantastic stay nothing was too much for the staff front desk always happy to help. Also there was a lovely member of your staff in the breakfasts hall called Sharan who went above and beyond and an infectious smile. She was brilliant with my little girl helping me as I was really struggling so would love to thank her.

On entering the room it spelt musty and damp. It was freezing cold and only heating was a small dimplex radiator, which was badly positioned as couldn't get to the dial to adjust, definitely not adequate. No heat in bathroom not even a heated towel rail. Bed was comfy and needed to get in it during the afternoon as room so cold. Ate at the adjoining Vines. Was reluctant to do so after so many bad reviews, was pleasantly surprised at service and quality of food, couldn't fault as served our need. On morning of leaving no running cold water.
