I found this property on make my trip. For south indian people food quality was quite good but not tasty too much for north indian people. Buffet items were very limited amenities were good. But as per cold weather hot water for bathing not available 24x7 in bathroom. Morning timing is 6:00am to 8:00am and evening timing is 6:00pm to 8:00pm as per information given to me. Room service was superb

Property is Good 😊...
1) Locality is good and easily reachable 500 meters inside from main road.
2) Common balcony pattern rooms (4 Floor) without lift.
3) Balcony view to their Garden and enjoyable for kids (normal slides etc.)
4) Hotel entry have Sports bar (have tandoor cooked Pizza, taste was excellent)
5) Restaurant food is terrible not upto the mark and during night you need to go in the market for anything.
6) Parking is Good
Overall staying is comfortable if you don't expect frequent service from their counters/kitchen etc.

Comfortable stay with only basic amenities. Property is located at 10 mins distance from bus stand by auto. Amenities did not have fan or ac, shower facility in the room. However the property location is good and staff is very polite and co operative.

Very pathetic service. No sense of customer service. I had a problem with intercom phone and when i finally called the manager for help - he was actually shouting at me for calling him. Is this a hotel? pols avoid this property

Nice and clean rooms with small garden inside the hotel. Ideal for married couples and family. Do try nearby sri laxmi cafe for breakfast

Greenery in the hotel is amazing. Staff of very courteous and fulfilled our special demands also, even though they seemed to be severely under staffed. Location wise ok only, as there's not many shops nearby but attractions are not very far either. Overall a good experience.

Overall experience was ok only, the location is good near coonor station and bus stand. But the room was not worth the amount i paid. It was small and shady, they don't provide any type fans. You can book this hotel if no other option is available.
