"We were really excited about the up close and personal animal experiences and had not thought that much about accommodations or customer service. We knew they had a restaurant on site but were really planning on doing much dining there. We were absolutely blown away by the level of customer service, the tours with the animals, and most surprisingly the food. I guess our expectations weren't really high regarding that or we hadn't thought much about it but we were amazed and enjoyed every single meal. The staff was amazing, every single one of them that we dealt with. Our room was clean and well stocked with goodies. W stayed in the giraffe suite and it was amazing. We love this place and we are going back again when they get the monkey suite and the cheetah suite done. We cannot stop talking about how amazing this experience was. Thank you Kristen, Eduardo, Alicia, Hannah, Chase and many others that we dealt with. Best bucket list vacation I've ever had."

"Grossest motel I have ever stayed in. Stains on pillows and bedding. I required them to take them away and remake the bed. Sofa was dirty and stained. Door and wall had dents, stains on the floor. Outside areas were filled with trash. Broken down truck with flat tires parked in front of room. Never again!"
