"Wenn Sie ein Railfan sind, dann ist diese Gegend auf der Wyoming Coal Lines der beste Ort, um Züge zu beobachten und das Personal in Bill sind groß!! Auch im Hotel und Abendessen in Bill können Sie alle Zügeingenieur treffen. Mein Sohn liebt Railfan. Das ist unser Lieblingsplatz, um jedes Jahr zu gehen !!"

"Have stayed here for 17 years, always felt welcome, cared for. This year we were disappointed. No water dispenser in lobby, no IHG rewards member recognition, no maid service(we were there 3 nights), not even trash cans dumped, towels replaced, bathroom cleaned! No response to fixing a bathroom issue, no face soap in bathroom, just very sad, it used to be a very nice place to stay, and for the price they now charged us, like it's the Hilton, could you please provide some services?"

"Ich stimme mit dem Personal überein, dass es nicht richtig ist. Andere haben das auch veröffentlicht. Ein Mitarbeiter sagt das und ein anderer sagt das. Absolut nicht ein Hotel würde ich nie einen guten Rating geben. Wie andere sagen, gehen Sie zu einem anderen Hotel. Ich bin froh, dass ich annulliert und woanders gefahren und Geld gespart habe. Dieses Hotel muss verbessert werden und ich bin ein Hiltons Ehren Gast."

"The sheets appeared clean, but the bedspread did not. I think that their rooms and the quality and furnishings vary from great to not-so-great. The first room we were given was a smoking room and we wanted a non smoking. But the smoking room looked pretty cool. It was set up almost like an apartment with two bedrooms and a small kitchen with a back door. But the smell of smoke was too much for us. The second room had a t.v. that looked like it was from the 1970s. We didn't try to use it. The bathroom had a shower but not a tub. Look at my pictures for more information."
