Água item essencial caríssima, fora do normal. Travesseiros ruins, cama boa, quarto espaço bom, banheiro pequeno. Café da manhã ótimo! Garagem cortesia e boa. N voltaremos.

É muito longe do Centro de Belo Horizonte e muito próximo do Mineirão e Mineirinho, então a estada é interessante para quem vai num desses últimos durante a estada, embora o barulho desses lugares podem incomodar quem não tinha interesse de estar tão próximo do estádio e do palco de shows. Sem carrinho de bagagem. O ambiente é simples, até porque, não há espaço para invencionices. A cama de casal é ladeada por criados, abajures e tomadas. Não existem excessos de tomadas – além do que foi dito, tem mais uma na bancada e outra no banheiro. A iluminação é por seção e tem um resultado muito positivo. Principalmente na bancada, é possível ler sem esforço. O padrão de luz é 127 V, gosto de deixar registrado, pois possuo equipamentos importados que não são bivolt. Outro objeto de elogios seria a cadeira com rodinhas, mas além de muito desconfortável pela falta de enchimento, não havia como regular permanecendo na posição mais baixa. No 2º dia usei os travesseiros o que ajudou. Apenas uma cortina dividida em 2 partes – o que aumenta a entrada de luz – que não agrada ninguém. Além de não ser Blecaute, permitindo uma claridade acima do desejável mesmo quando fechada – num verão em que o sol nasce por volta das 5:30 (veja as fotos com a cortina fechada e tire suas próprias conclusões) -, também não é suficientemente clara, para proteger a intimidade sem escurecer em demasia o ambiente. A TV continua padrão nesse tipo de hotel – 32” tela plana. O que piorou foram as opções de canais. A verdade é que nunca foram boas, mas agora não existe nenhum canal à cabo, apenas TV aberta. Poderia reclamar que sua posição não favorece quem quer trabalhar no notebook e assistir TV ao mesmo tempo, mas como afirmei, as opções de canais eram tão ruins, que permaneceu desligada. Pelo Windows o sinal do wifi oscilava muito de intensidade, mas na prática não prejudicou muito a navegação. Quando cheguei o minúsculo frigobar estava desligado na tomada, fechado e cheio d’água por conta do degelo – a tendência é que fechado com água no seu interior e não demorará a ter problemas com mofo. O frigobar é desabastecido, o que é de meu agrado. Outro ponto bom é que ficava próximo à bancada que eu trabalhava, bastava estender a mão pra pegar o que tinha lá dentro. O guarda-roupas fica próximo à porta, o que me deixa inseguro, principalmente pela falta de trinco. Também senti falta do olho mágico. O cofre, aquisição sempre bem vinda pela segurança, estava sem pilhas, reclamei e o problema foi resolvido. Era um cofre grande, pois meu notebook, que cabe em pouquíssimos, depois de um contorcionismo, coube. Havia uma boa área para pendurar roupas, com 6 cabides. No banheiro: secador, 2 toalhas de banho e uma de rosto, xampu (com tampa) e 2 sabõezinhos. Na pequena pia, torneira única pra quente/frio. No chuveiro, que parece uma cascata (não decidi se isso é um elogio) uma torneira pra quente e outra pra água fria (chatoooo). Para a lista “Feito por quem não vai usar”, porque se fosse, perceber

Das Hotel hat einen Pool und eine Akademie, die während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel deaktiviert wurden, weiß man, warum. Hier sind Fotos des Pools. Und ich bin von der Seite des Pools gefahren. Und sie hatten den Mut zu sagen, dass es kein Pool im Hotel gab, aber es sind Details. Die Leute scheinen nicht glücklich, dort zu arbeiten, allgemein. Man sieht kein Lächeln im Gesicht. Nur robotisches Verhalten. Außer dem Herrn, der mich am Abend im Restaurant angerufen hat. Gut nett. Entschuldigen Sie, den Namen nicht zu erinnern. Und der Kellner, die mein Stock reinigt. Was für ein Sympathie! Im Allgemeinen ein Hotel ok. Es fehlt an Trawlern im Zimmer. Es hat einen pro Person, ist niedrig und sehr weich. Auch fehlt Aufmerksamkeit. Es gibt Mopho in vielen Punkten des Zimmers. Ich habe eine Vorstellung von der Luftschmutz, da meine Allergie erschien und andere Leute, die auf den gleichen Ort gingen. Fotos beweisen. Der Kaffee hat keine Variabilität von einem Tag zu einem anderen. Immer die gleiche Sache. Es ist nicht schlecht, aber jeder gleiche Tag ist in einer Woche kompliziert.

If you are a foreigner and Hilton Honors member, do not stay in this hotel. This is the second and last time I have stayed at this location. As a Hilton Honors Member, Diamond tier, we expect more from every stay. At this location, we receive less. At check-in, the receptionist does not know about the HH tiers and related benefits. We do not receive any of the perks that are available to Diamond members. The rooms are ridiculously small. The service overall is sufferable. I have been checking over the past few days to see if I received the points related to the stay, but none has been credited to my account. After contacting the hotel, they don't know how to do it and make the same excuse: despite being a Hilton hotel, their system is not integrated into the HH; therefore, there is nothing they can do about the points accrual. I stayed here in the past 18 months and the same problem happened. At some point, I resigned and gave up requesting my points. If you do not receive a service of minimal quality AND cannot accrue points for my HH account, what is the point of staying at this hotel? It is more expensive than others with similar service characteristics and delivers far less quality than others. I keep questioning if this hotel is really part of the Hilton network or just a fraud. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel.

Ich habe gerade 10 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war angenehmen überrascht von den Zimmern: groß, modern, komfortabel und mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Qualitäts-Verhältnis. Natürlich ist alles nicht perfekt und die gemeinsamen Räume könnten einfacher. Ich empfehle dieses ideal gelegene Hotel mit dem Hippie Feira, kurzen Spaziergang vom Platz der Freiheit, dem zentralen Marche und dem Stadtpark.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Hotel-Desk, Parkplatz, Väterbetreuung waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Arbeitszimmer und Einrichtungen gut betreut. günstige Lage. Großes Frühstück, gutes Essen in den Restaurants - alle oben, die ich 5 Sterne geben. Die Organisation des Restaurants am Abend braucht jedoch große Aufmerksamkeit, die traurig ist, weil das Essen ausgezeichnet ist, und so gebe ich 2 Sterne wie ich hier unten beschreibe. Für unser Abendessen warten wir - und andere Gäste mehr als eine Stunde auf Essen. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie unterbesetzt waren, aber niemand ließ sich mit uns ein, und es war schwer, ihre Aufmerksamkeit zu erhalten. Als unser Essen ankam, vergaßen sie das Essen meiner älteren Mutter. Wartepersonal setzte sich nicht mit uns ein - und wir fühlten uns ignoriert. Schließlich sprachen wir mit dem Personal und sie hatten das Essen meiner Mütter... ca. 45 Minuten später, wir essen eigentlich zusammen. Ich habe beim Restaurantmanager Beschwerden gestellt und ich wurde unachtsam behandelt. Ich dachte, ihr Essen müsse kompensiert werden. Seine Antwort war: „Nein - sie hat es nicht gegessen?“ Ich war von seiner Ruhe erstaunt und stand auf meinem Grund, dass ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ihre Gäste nicht so behandelt. Ein Gastgeber sah den lächerlichen Austausch und endete mit ihrem Essen. Ich bemerkte, dass auch andere Hotelgäste frustriert waren und ähnliche Fragen hatten. Zumindest war alles, was getan werden musste, um das Personal zu kommunizieren “Bitte seien Sie geduldig mit uns; waren unterbesetzt” usw. - Das hätte eine Welt von Unterschied gemacht.

Rummes Zimmer mit guter Beleuchtung. Das Bett und Dusche sind großartig. Die Reinigung hat meine Erwartung erfüllt. Es ist eine ideale Umgebung für die Arbeiter. Mein einziges Problem war die mangelnde Bildung und Empathie des Beamten, der in der Nachtzeit auf der Rezeption war. Am nächsten Tag habe ich mit der Hotelmanager gesprochen und ich hoffe, dass sie eine Einstellung eingenommen hat. Die Art und Weise, in der er mich verpasst hat, hat seine Position völlig unberührt gezeigt.
