Das Hotel war großartig. Das Personal am Buffet war erstaunlich, Abderahman ging wirklich aus seinem Weg, um unsere Erfahrung großartig zu machen. Mein Gefährte, der ein Vegetarist ist, Abderahman hat sichergestellt, dass sie etwas @ jedes Essen hatte. Die in Algerien hart bewiesen wurde Er war sehr gut bei seiner Arbeit, sprach mit uns und machte uns wie alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels zu begrüßen.

A modern business centre , Exellent International breakfast with a traditional touch , a lovely view toward the river and the montagne or toward the city. Truly, the staff of the hotel are doing amazing work despite the reduced manpower. Distinction to : Redha and Wafa from house keeping keen to details and very polite. Doria at the reception was exceptional, Always wearing a smile and very helpful and professional. Haoua and wissam at the restaurant was very helpful and gave extra treat to my toddlers . Karim from the senior management who shows a top level of Customer care.

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire à l'Hôtel El Bey à Constantine ! L'accueil chaleureux et le service exceptionnel ont vraiment rendu notre expérience mémorable. Les chambres étaient confortables et bien entretenues, offrant une vue magnifique sur la ville. Le personnel était attentif à tous nos besoins et nous a fait nous sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur hospitalité remarquable.
