"A beautiful little hotel, I think there are only 6 rooms though. All staff were on hand for any queries and help in any way they can. During my stay it was lovely and sunny and they have an outdoor area idea for a while in the sun 😂. If you have any sort of disability and find it difficult to climb stairs this place is probably not for you, no lift in the hotel and all rooms are upstairs, the car park is at the back of the hotel with steps up to the hotel that has a hand rail but the few steps into the hotel doesn’t. I was in room 6, 3 lots of stairs to negotiate but the view was spectacular."

Wir haben ein richtiges Abenteuer von Swallows und Amazonas, die auf Wildcat (Peel) Island und auf dem Weg zum Alten Mann von Coniston. Die Farm ist perfekt für alle Abenteuer, und wir waren so gut aufpasst. Fabelhafte Gastgeber, großartige Frühstücke, ein wunderbares bbq-Paket und ein hervorragendes Sonntagsrost. Wir werden sicherlich planen, zurückzukehren!"

"We were greeted by Tracey at our check in time and had a lovely warm welcome. The room was perfect, a very comfortable bed and a selection of amenities. Breakfast was delicious, a good choice on offer and was tailored to individuals wishes. Michael and Tracey ensured we were well looked after and were very approachable. They go above and beyond to help guests get the most out of their stay and even printed off the most current weather report ahead of our trip up the Old Man of Coniston. We would 100% stay again. Thank you ."
