Het appartement is prachtig. Goede uitvalbasis voor verkenning van de omgeving. Wollongong is een industriestad. De stad zelf is niet echt geweldig. Maar op korte afstand zijn mooie watervallen, stranden, tempels etc te bezichtigen.

Check-in nach 18:00 Uhr, keine Rezeption. Parkgebühren. Ich habe zwei Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer gebucht, aber es gab keine Steppdecke! Nur die Blätter! Ich rief den Kundenservice an, und es gab kein Personal im Hotel, um die Decke zu schicken, sagte aber, dass die Fußbodenheizung automatisch eingeschaltet wird, aber wir haben die Heizung nicht gespürt und sie war die ganze Nacht gefroren. Wohnen Sie nicht hier im kalten Winter!

the room was nice and the hotel well located. however, i had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. it was narrow with a thin cheap mattress. it uncut the quality of the hotel. moreover, it was badly placed: i am 81 years old and i had to move heavy furniture to open it. disappointing.

My room on the third floor was nice and compact, with everything I needed for a one night stay, with the car safely parked securely in the basement. A Comfy bed, quality pillows, lovely shower and a great size TV. The management should be commended on their thinking regarding the layout of the rooms, along with the all electronic check in/out system, and very good communication via text /email. The excellent quality breakfast was delicious and I would certainly consider staying at the Totto again.

Loved the hotel service, the room and facitlity is clean, the pool is not so clean but that is expected in busy time of the year during the school holidays. The location is excellent, close to the beach and shops and easy 10-15 mins walk to almost everything.. will recommend it to friends and family

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, die geografische Lage ist bequem, es braucht kein Auto zu kaufen, das Hotelparkplatz braucht Gebühren und die Parkstelle ist auch sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, die Toilette ist sauber.

A bit too small for 2 people, the WiFi is too slow and sometimes can’t use it. The beds is good. Bathroom is clean. You have to ask for hair-dryer and other things.

The rooms are very outdated The original room I was given was extremely cold as the windows wouldn’t shut properly and I was getting asthma from the breeze The duty manager moved me to a different room and the window in that room had a gap as well that was letting the cool air in I stayed with this room as it had a heater and managed to put a towel in the window to stop the air coming in The toilet however was leaking water over the floor and the tiles look like they are ready to pop off the walls at anytime and the bottom of the shower was mouldy I know that the price is very cheap however and the manager on duty was apologetic and obliging. but maybe it needs a lot of TLC

Die Unterkunft ist in Ordnung und das Zimmer ist vor allem das Bett komfortabel und sauber.
