Stayed for 3 nights. Housing keeping left a lot to be desired.
Hair on the bathroom floor were not sweep on the second day. Not all toiletries and amenities in the room were replaced. Soaps and shampoos were not replaced. Bath towels were replaced but the small hand towel were not.
On the third day when house keeping knock, I asked him to come back in 15 minutes. Guess what, the guy never came back to do our room. I was appalled that the when I came back at the end of the day. I reported to the front desk because this is absolutely unprofessional. All the front desk offered was clean towels. No drinks or other amenities to compensate. I even have to request for the bottle of waters that was suppose to be supplied daily.
The front desk did submit my complain on the computer, asked if I put up a DO NOT DISTURB sign, which I did not. Housekeepers are paid by the hour or paid by the room, so report it if the room is not done.
I know house keeping job is time consuming, I planned to leave a tip but, but each day was a different housekeeper, so you are rewarding a job not well done or maybe it is a sign to ask for tip.
Not replacing the shampoo and soap is not a big deal since they do last three days. But not bothering to return to do the room because I ask you to return in 15 minutes is unacceptable.
My suggestion is put up sign to inform guest what amenities is replaced daily and what is replaced only upon
