The apartment is situated on the twelve floor of a 1970's American Modern designed building in the Condado peninsula where from the balcony of this iconic building you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. You’ll be able to hear the soothing sounds of the waves breaking in the sand and feel the fresh breeze from the ocean. If you are lucky, sometimes you can see the manatees coming out for air in the Condado Lagoon. From this privilege location you can safely walk to beaches, parks, restaurants, casinos, spas, dance clubs, etc. There is something for all ages and tastes. If you are into sports, during the day and night you will see a constant flow of people jogging, running or just working out in the sun. In the Condado Lagoon you will see people doing stand-up paddle boarding, swimming or kayaking. But if you don’t feel like joining them there are chairs in the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. The living room is adjacent to the open space kitchen, equipped with a four burner electric stove, oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, Cuisinart pots and pans. The refrigerator has an ice maker. In the kitchen cabinets you will find a four serving china set, water glasses, wine and champagne glasses. Across from the living room there is a four seating dining table and credenza. The living room, kitchen and dining room area has a split unit air conditioner and the living room has a ceiling fan. The condo has one bathroom with a shower. There is a dispenser with shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash. Clean towels are provided.
