Umbelieveble. This is not an hotel but yhe check in operation and assistance is privided by a nearby hotel, a three stars hotel. It' unbelieveble that in a touristic place at the hotel's reception the staff don't speak english, how can they help guest without communication? The building in any case is very old with umidity and mold problems, bad smell and broken walls, not so nice. Price is low but it's possible to find better place, it need a lot of work to be ok

The location is right in the center, near shops, lake and train station. The rooms are large with a nice view, bathroom is super clean, with a discreet air freshener. I loved that we had in the room an exprpressor with different coffee, also tea and sweetener/ sugar to enjoy in the morning. the guests are speaking english fluently. Definitely will come back here. 🤩

Già all'arrivo i primi problemi! Dalla strada non c'è nessuna insegna che mostra la struttura! Si deve fare il Check in un'altra struttura (HOTEL), che si trova sempre sulla strada, ma non si capisce bene dove e cosa fare! La cosa che mi ha fatto veramente arrabbiare è stato per il pagamento, il titolare pretendeva che gli scrivessi il numero della carta di credito con i rispettivi codici e data di scadenza su un foglio di carta! Avete capito bene, su un foglio che poi uno qualunque ha il numeri della vostra carta.. roba da matti! Non usano terminale per i pagamenti con carta di credito!!!! Ho dovuto pagare in contanti! Poi la ciliegina sulla torta è stato il parcheggio!!! Ho lasciato la macchina sulla strada, così come mi è stato detto dal personale della struttura dove ho fatto il check in, l'indomani mattina non ho trovato più la mia macchina! Mi è stata rimossa dalla polizia municipale!!! Che dopo diverse telefonate sono riuscito a sapere dove potevo ritirarla. Pensate che la Polizia municipale ha anche chiesto alla struttura se la vettura in questione, fosse di un cliente, nessuno sapeva niente! Ho pagato la multa e mi sono detto: Fossi andato in una struttura leggermente migliore, avrei pagato almeno la metà e non avrei avuto tutti questi problemi!!!!! NON CI ANDRÒ MAI PIÙ!!!!

Ottima soluzione per chi visita Como. La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Stazione dei treni e a circa 15 minuti di camminata dal centro della città e dal lago. Camere pulite e moderne, letto comodo. Secondo la mia esperienza lo consiglio
