Upon check in, I was interrogated and bullied by the staff at the front desk about my service animal. I am required to travel for work and allowed to bring my service animal for medical purposes( whom is registered, and trained).The staff bullied me to the point I couldn’t think straight (hence why I have a service animal) and I was pressured into paying the “pet” fee, even though I explained everything in detail. I have never had this happen to me. Furthermore, I was never acknowledged as a Diamond member and was passed off as soon as other guests arrived at the counter. The staff never explained where my room was located or the other welcome details that guests and diamond members receive. The next day I was harassed by housekeeping to clean the room. They demanded I allowed them inside, even though I repeatedly told them I was on a conference call for work and cannot be disturbed (I had the do no disturb card on the door knob). They harassed me twice by door and then proceeded to call the room phone and allowed it to ring for almost an entire minute. Aside from the awful situation with the staff, the hotel is moderately clean because it’s still newly renovated. During check out, I asked for a copy of the pet policy I signed under duress. The lady said she couldn’t provide it for me because it was locked. She said it would be emailed to me. A week and half later I still haven’t received it. There are so many other hotel options in the area . You stay at the Spark at your own risk.

the hotel was just built 4 months ago the breakfast was good we had a good night sleep no roachs or bed bugs there was just 2 problems the first one was that when going down the elevator it makes a loud sound and 2 it won't let us check in with digital key

Super friendly staff at both fro t desk and breakfast lounge!!!! Nice room, comfortable bed, basic overall No desk chair, no coffeemaker or ice bucket in room, no hot breakfast but bagels and muffins as well as yogurt and plenty of hot coffee Nice affordable option for a stop right off the highway for the night!

Spark is the economical Hilton chain. This was our first experience at Spark. Checkin was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. The hotel is only two months old. The rooms are huge, clean and cold. The rooms look brand new. There is only one painting in the room. No microwave and no coffee pot (coffee in lobby 24/7). There IS a small mini fridge. The room is plain but comfortable. No frills = more value. Breakfast is a bagel bar and a few other simple items (yogurt). No eggs/meat. We enjoyed our stay and now believers in the new brand!

We really enjoyed our stay at what looks to be a brand new place. Carolyn greeted us with a smile and made the check-in process quick and easy. Everything is fresh and clean. Breakfast could have had a few more options. Hopefully the next time we stay the pool will be available.

Honestly, this was one of the most dirty and disappointing places I have ever stayed. I have stayed at this flag before and it has been fine. The water did not drain, it was not hot, the shelves had dust, and overall was very dirty we did not take her shoes off and could not really shower since the water did not go down.
