Sehr schöne Mitarbeiter & hilfsbereit ! Sehr schöne Zimmer , saubere & Betten sind komfortabel ! Zimmer haben wo, wenn Sie wollen können kochen wenn nötig ＞ Zimmer haben eine Kichenfläche im Zimmer, um Sie zu verwenden . Sehr schöne Sache zu haben, wenn Sie für ein paar Tage oder mehr bleiben ! Nur keine Gerichte , aber sie haben einige in der Lobby können Sie kaufen oder mieten wie ich denke . Ich habe keine so sicher nicht, was sie sind . Zimmer sind sehr schön . Das Frühstück muss man jeden Tag kaufen , war nicht schlecht , es ist immer schön, warme Dinge zu haben und andere Dinge zu bekommen . Zumindest bieten sie etwas, aber man muss dafür bezahlen , dass der schlechte Teil auch! Die anderen genießen ich die Zimmer & Personal !

Die Umgebung ist gut.

Der Service des Hotels ist sehr gut, Sie können auch helfen, zu drucken, es gibt 24h kostenlose Wasser und Kaffee für kleine Getränke, die für asiatische Reisen geeignet sind, das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker, viele Auswahl, die Songs sind sehr gut, das Hotel ist auch neu, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es sehr nahe der Straße ist, es wird ein bisschen gemahlen, Aber insgesamt ist es immer noch sehr gut, der Service ist in Ordnung!

The outside of this hotel makes it look quite clean and accommodating however, looks are deceiving. I was booked a room for 2 nights, (not cheap) and was assigned a room at the back of the hotel. The room was not as clean as it should be. The lamp in the corner was broken, there is a distinct lack of accessible plugs for laptops and cell phone. The carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo and the chair by the bed definitely needed an upholstery clean. The bathroom was far from clean with a dirty tissue dispenser, a portable mirror on the vanity was absolutely filthy underneath and the tile calking on the floor was brown with heavy staines. Even the room number on the telephone did not match the actual room number. The room safe was unable to be opened as the previous guest had locked it and left it with their own combination. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. I decided to only stay the one night.

I had a poor experience at the Sheraton in Novi while staying with a family member to celebrate a belated Christmas as we weren't able to get together around Christmas proper. While I was upgraded to a room on the club lounge floor, the guest room I received was not clean by any definition of clean. There was hair on the desk and desk chair, hair on the toilet, hair under the toilet seat, hair on the wrapped bar of soap and soap dish, stains on the desk, and stains on the face tissue container. The single bathrobe hanging in the closet appeared to have been previously worn and didn't have a cincture. On my reservation I specifically requested only 100% feather pillows. My reservation also requested a bathrobe, slippers, extra pillows and extra towels. I didn't receive any of those things. The four pillows were four polyester down-alternative pillows. Those pillows are horrible. They always feel like someone stuffed cotton balls in a pillowcase. During check-in I noticed a sign at the front desk saying daily housekeeping is not provided, unless specially requested. The major cleanliness issues that I experienced are a direct result of what happens when hotels don't clean rooms and other spaces each and every day. I received zero Marriott Bonvoy elite status recognition. Specifically, I was not offered the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. I complained to the general manager, who to his credit acknowledged the lack of cleanliness was unacceptable, fully apologized and took responsibility. To resolve the issue, he offered to comp my stay and ensure that the room was thoroughly cleaned while we were out of the room and off-property at a nearby shopping mall. He also apologized for the lack of Bonvoy recognition and provided the $100 cash compensation that is required by Marriott for not offering guest with platinum or higher Bonvoy status the choice at check-in of breakfast in the restaurant, an amenity or points. When we returned, the room was properly cleaned. The pillows were replaced with feather pillows, although none of the feather pillows had pillow protectors or pillowcase liners. Two clean bathrobes and two pairs of slippers were placed in the closet. The general manager was also kind enough to leave a bottle of wine in the room. My family member was really appreciative of that gesture. Despite the issues, the staff that I encountered throughout the stay were polite, welcoming and hospitable. That aside, there was zero excuse for the cleanliness issues or the lack of attention to what was specified on the reservation The club lounge was open with an average evening offering that included a selection of assorted cheeses, crackers, grapes, fruit and some basic canapés. Besides free nonalcoholic drinks, an honor bar featured cheap house wine ($5 retail bottles of wine) selling for $5 a glass. The club lounge is a nice smaller space. Ich komme jedes Jahr in dieses Gebiet für eine klassische Autofahrt und besuche Familie. Das ist das nächste Hotel zu meiner Familie. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren hier geblieben und es war durchschnittlich. Nichts Besonderes, aber ich verbringe dort nicht viel Zeit, damit zu beginnen. Dieser Besuch des Zimmers wurde mit einem duftenden Geruch überwunden. Der einzige Weg, um es zu bekämpfen, war, die A/C sehr hoch zu laufen und das Badezimmer Faning zu halten. Nach einem Tag in der Sonne würden wir wieder zu diesem Eiskasten kommen. Ohne das Zimmer geräuchert zu machen und keiner der Linen würde trocken. Und es war nicht wirklich so nass. Das Wifi war auch sehr glitzig. Das sind genug Faktoren, dass ich nächstes Jahr nicht wieder in dieses Hampton Inn kommen werde.

Meine Familie reiste eine lange Reise, um unsere Großmutters Beerdigung seit sie überschritten, etwa zwei Monate. Es war eine schwierige Reise zu machen am guten Tag, lassen Sie sich allein mit dem Staat zu staatlichen Beschränkungen. Theresa hat uns alle angemeldet. Wir haben sicher etwas Essen und ruft, uns regelmäßig zu überprüfen, da wir nicht mit der Gegend vertraut sind. Sie empfahl Orte zu essen und Orte nicht zu essen. Wir haben unsere Reservierungen in der ganzen Woche verändert und alle von ihnen wurden oben und darüber gebucht. Das Hotel war sauber, geräuchert gut und das gesamte Personal lachte. Sie können immer sagen, wann jemand lächelt, wenn sie eine Maske tragen. Es ist schwer zu verstecken. Sie können sagen, dass das Hotel kurz besetzt war, aber jeder ist. Alle Vorderbüros und Haushalter haben uns jeden Morgen und jeden Abend gegrüßt, als wir kamen und gingen. Ich danke ihnen allen.
