Das Hotel ist einfach hervorragend, ich liebe dieses Hotel und habe seit 2005 nie woanders geblieben. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr höflich und ist sehr begeistert, zu helfen. Ich werde dieses Hotel nie ändern oder woanders bleiben, wenn ich durch diesen Ort passiere. Es bietet auch einen sehr guten Preis für das Geld. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr. Das Personal ist das beste und freundlichste jemals.

Die Anlage, das Zimmer sind sehr schön. Der Pool war eiskalt, der beheizte Poll ging so. Das Essen & die Getränke sind verbesserungswürdig. Manchmal ist weniger mehr ;-) mehr auf Qualität setzen wäre empfehlenswert! Wir hatten wegen der Buchung Auseinandersetzungen und sollten nachzahlen. Wir haben jedoch nichts falsch gemacht und immer wieder unsere Bestätigung vorzeigen müssen. Dies empfanden wir als sehr unangenehm. Bei der Rückgabe der Handtücher gab es ebenfalls Schwierigkeiten. Wir lassen uns überraschen, ob unsere 50€ Sicherheitgebühr auf der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden oder nicht. Im Ganzen war der Aufenthalt ok, wir würden jedoch nicht wieder kommen oder es weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, allerdings ist dort nur ein kleiner, steiniger Strand. Den braucht man aber nicht unbedingt, da das Hotel einen tollen Pool hat. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön, wie das gesamte Hotel. Hier und da vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem in Ordnung. Der Speisesaal ist nicht so besonders, das Essen ausreichend und gut, nichts für Gourmets. Man sollte sich auf einen gewissen Geräuschpegel einstellen, wenn z.B. Abends Programm ist. Auch gut geeignet für junge Leute und Familien. Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub hier sehr genossen in dieser schönen Hotelanlage.

We stayed in the suite with jacuzzi, a brilliant self-contained space tastefully decorated and furnished with quality. The garden is large, with a couple of hammocks and the jacuzzi, which was very welcome after a couple of days of strenuous mountain hikes. We had fresh pomegranates from the garden every day. Arold and Alienka are perfect hosts, warm and welcoming and ever available to provide additional information and excellent local tips. Arold's breakfasts, served on a beautiful rooftop terrace, are an inventive delight and he served my wife the best gluten free pancakes she has ever had, as well as managing to give her gluten free bread that actually tasted delicious. A culinary genius. They clearly love their vocation and really enhance the holiday experience. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by quaint narrow streets. (If you are thinking of hiring a car I'd recommend something small. Our hire car had multiple dents and heavy scratches). We went to four restaurants in the village, all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and all were very good. For fine dining, at reasonable prices, we especially loved La Vicaria. The closest restaurant, whose name escapes me, is run by a lovely, but bonkers, guy who serves local Canarian cuisine, basically whatever he fancies and has available, whilst happily chuntering away in Spanish despite being aware that we didn't speak the language. Good fun with excellent food. So, a perfect holiday in a perfect hotel in a perfect location. We hope to be able to return.
