Die Einrichtungen sind gut eingerichtet und die sanitären Einrichtungen sind gut. Der Standort befindet sich direkt hinter der Fisher Business School im nördlichen Bereich der Schule, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Obwohl kein Frühstück angeboten wird, befindet sich im ersten Stock ein Restaurant. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit ist, dass die Matratze und die Kissen zu weich und unbequem sind.

Obwohl ich schon über Trip.com bezahlt habe wurde mir das Zimmer nochmal vom hotel abgezogen und als ich ihnen erklärt e dass ich schon bezahlt hätte wurde mir gesagt das dies storniert wurde aber nächste tag habe ich wider eine Nachricht meiner Bank erhalten das mir das Zimmer eider verrechnet wurde also insgesamt musste ich das zimmer 3 mal zahlen. Ich würde nicht mehr Dort einchecken da es mit sehr vielen Umständen verbunden ist. Ab 09:00 früh wird es laut da das personal beim reinigen der zimmer laute Musik hört etwas nervig muss ich sagen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, das Design muss schön sein und das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker. Es ist ein typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Es ist sehr gut, ein Menü nach Ihrem Geschmack zu bestellen. Das Haus hat ein Sofa. Es ist sehr rücksichtsvoll, wenn ein Kellner ins Zimmer kommt, um das Sofa zu öffnen und es aufzuziehen. Ich habe persönlich ein Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht, chinesische Touristen haben bemerkt, dass es keine Toilettenartikel und Hausschuhe gibt. Jeden Tag frühstücke ich im Restaurant nebenan. Das allgemeine Umfeld ist gut. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Es gibt mehrere normale Hotels in der Nähe. Das Zimmerreinigungspersonal ist nicht sehr gut. Die Arbeit ist nicht hart. Vielleicht ist mein Trinkgeld weniger als 5 Dollar pro Tag. 😅

I would give this hotel a 3.5 for this trip if I could. I will first start out by saying this hotel is nice. I found it to be very clean and nicely decorated. The location is great and by many fun things and restaurants. The employees were very friendly as well. We usually frequent the Holiday Inn on E. Broad Street in Columbus and always have a good time. We love the pool, hot tub, and breakfast. I chose this hotel because I figured it would be even better than the E. Broad location. The top things I was looking for was a good breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Which is why I chose to stay with a Holiday Inn. None of the three things we were looking forward to were satisfactory. The hot tub was dismantled, the breakfast was cold, and my 9 year old wouldn't even swim in the pool because it ”looked bad.” It's fair to mention that she LOVES to swim so it was weird she wouldn't even step foot in the pool. The breakfast has always been phenomenal at Holiday Inn. We really enjoy the hot breakfast choices, so it was a big disappointment when the ”hot items” were cold. We ended up skipping breakfast the second day because it wasn't worth waking up early for. Also worth mentioning, though probably not the hotel's fault, the electricity went out three times in one night. We were trying to watch Stranger Things since there was nothing else to do at the hotel and we ended up giving up after it went out for the third time. Employees were apologetic, which I do appreciate. So basically we chose this hotel as a quick stay-cation after we had to cancel our camping trip to Michigan. (Thanks, gas prices!) We ended up spending almost the entire time just in the room watching TV, which is definitely not what we had planned for. I could have saved hundreds of dollars and did that at home. :) If the hot tub and pool had been operational and in good shape, we would have been perfectly pleased. Had this been the case, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. I really do appreciate the kind employees and the cleanliness, but this just wasn't worth the money this time.

Dies ist ein erstaunlicher neuer Eigentum in einem schönen Teil der Stadt. Wir sind große Bonvoi-Reisende und dies ist eine Top-Option, vor allem für den Mittelwesten. wunderschöne Aussichten auf den Fluss und Brücken, großartiges Design & Komfort und stilvolle Zimmer. Wir liebten die Dachbar - mehr Ansichten & fantastische Handwerks-Cocktails. Es ist im Grunde an das Exchange Event Center (über einen wirklich schönen Hof) gebunden, das es perfekt für Veranstaltungen dort macht. Dies war eine Arbeitsreise, so dass wir nicht viel zusätzliches Erforschen gemacht.

Ich denke, die Eröffnung ist lange her. Der Parkplatz ist ein mehrschichtiger Parkplatz, etwa eine Minute vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer ist perfekt. Die Tee ist sehr sauber und das Wasser ist nichts an der Hand. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Ein wenig teuer, aber sehr komfortabel.
