Die Familie traf sich in Columbia, MD - das Hotel war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

I stayed here 1 night and was overall very happy with my stay. I felt like I was at a ”real” hotel, not the shabby, overused Hampton Inns I had been staying at on my drives from NYC to Florida and back. The staff was welcoming and professional and my room was a delight--clean, lovely towels, dual lighting for the beds (dim & regular), hot water than was hot immediately, and a very comfortable king bed. The TV had really good channels, including some premium ones. The waitress in the restaurant served me a late dinner graciously. The buffet breakfast is overpriced, but you get more for that price than you do at Hilton Garden Inns and the staff did a very good job of refilling the serving pans as they were emptied by the kids. I did had some issues, thus the 4 stars. Most of the people staying at the hotel appeared to be families traveling with children going to sports meets. There should be some way of keeping a part of the hotel for adults only, so you don't hear girls screaming down the corridor at 12:30am (and yes, they did wake me up). One elevator was broken, incurring long waits, and I see from other reviews that this is a continuing problem. Also, the toilet paper needs to be upgraded!

Stayed here with my husband last week. I've had better sleep on an airplane and a cleaner room at a Motel 6. I strongly advise you to not stay here, but if you must, absolutely don't stay in the basement room (Suite T). The Inn advertises Tempur-Pedic beds, but apparently with this room, you get 2 innerspring mattresses that are 13 years old and one of which was broken. Look, I have stayed in hotels that looked much nicer in their online pictures, but I have always shrugged it off and dealt with it. After a nearly sleepless night of tossing and turning, I said to hell with this, I'm not sleeping another night on this rock of a bed. I went to the front desk to let them know one of the beds was broken and the lady acted like I had told her aliens invaded the room or something. ”The bed is BrOkeN?!” Yes, it's broken. It's sinking in the middle and the slats under it have fallen out. She said she'd check on it in a bit and then very casually and slowly left to go get something from her car. She eventually started the trek downstairs and I began to tell her how uncomfortable the 1 working bed is (since I thought we'd be getting Tempur-Pedic mattresses as advertised) and she abruptly stopped and said, ”Oh, so do you want to upgrade your room?” I told her I don't want to pay for an upgrade and she gave me the sarcastic, ”Oh, okay” response like that Jennifer Lawrence gif. I told her I either wanted a room upgrade or to check out. After inspecting the bed and determining that it was, in fact, broken, just like I said, she said she'd call the manager. The manager agreed to upgrade our room. We were almost put in the room at the front right of the property, but a wooden step leading up to it was broken, so the lady put us elsewhere. I don't know how this place hasn't been sued into oblivion yet. The upgraded room was certainly better, but we still had stained pillowcases and towels and the microwave turntable didn't turn. The whole place is pretty much like this...things in disrepair, some of which seem so obvious, it must be a choice to not fix them. As a side note , my fault for not doing better research, but this is not a bed and breakfast anymore. Instead, you get a grab bag of blueberry muffins (mine were expired), very crunchy, dry granola bars that taste like cardboard, some packets of instant oatmeal along with paper bowls and plastic utensils, and a couple of juice drinks. They use Covid as an excuse to not serve breakfast anymore, but we all know this is more about saving a buck than Covid fears. It's a shame this place has become the way it is. It's a beautiful house with beautiful grounds and has so much potential. It needs TLC that the current management is clearly not going to spend the money on. I hope someone else takes it over and makes it the gem I thought I was going to be staying at.

Nachdem ich alle Bewertungen gelesen habe, insbesondere die jüngsten Bewertungen, war ich besorgt über unseren Aufenthalt, bevor wir dort waren. Wir wussten, dass es nicht der Ritz sein wird, und wir waren damit in Ordnung. Was für uns wichtig war, war ein größeres als durchschnittliches Hotelzimmer, sauberer und Lage. Vielleicht war es Glück, aber unsere Erfahrung gab uns alle drei dieser Dinge und mehr (wie ein kostenloses Frühstück jeden Tag). Die Bewertungen, die über einen abwesenden Front Desk Mitarbeiter diskutieren, waren nicht falsch. An einem Punkt warten wir leicht 11 von uns in der Lobby auf jemanden am Frontdesk, so dass wir entweder eine Frage stellen oder einen Kauf aus der sehr kleinen bequemen Shop Auswahl machen konnten. Es war um 9 Uhr und wir warten für 20 Minuten. Ich gab auf. Das war meine einzige negative Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war wirklich die perfekte Größe mit einem Futon für eine Sofa aus West Elm. Die Dusche war von der Toilette geschieden, die auch ein schöner Touch war. Unser Zimmer hatte keine Badewanne (nicht eine Frage für mich, aber ich denke, wenn wir kleine Kinder hatten, wäre es vielleicht gewesen). Ich werde sagen, es gab einen starken Geruch von ********* in den Hallen jedes Mal, wenn wir unser Zimmer verlassen, aber das stört mich nicht wirklich - ich erinnere mich, dass in anderen Bewertungen. Wenn ich so geringe Erwartungen in gehen hatte, kann ich wirklich nicht klagen. Das Hotel war sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es war sehr gut. Die einzige wirkliche Unannehmlichkeit war, dass sie nicht genug Gepäckraken hatten und selbst nach 25 Minuten warten, bis man zurückkehrt, haben wir gerade beschlossen, mehrere Reisen zum Auto zu machen. Lassen Sie die Bewertungen nicht Angst haben. Das Management verstand die Aufgabe und verbesserte sie.

Große, super saubere Zimmer. Bequem gelegen in einer Spazierweiterung zu einer Reihe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Toby's Dinner Theatre (2 Meilen entfernt) wo wir eine schöne Leistung sahen . Schönes, freundliches Personal am Front Desk und am Frühstück. Heißes Frühstück am Morgen. Leider verlassen die Gäste den Müll vor dem Hotel auf einem Bänk ohne nach sich zu reinigen. Danke, Team Hampton Inn und Suites, für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Ich hatte während meiner Heimatrenovierungen eine sehr schöne Aufenthaltszeit. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der das Gebiet von North Maryland in Kolumbien besucht. Management und Personal sind Beruf und freundlich. Großes Frühstück und Ausstattung auf dem Grundstück. Personal ist jederzeit untergebracht und hilfreich.
