Alex at the front desk always goes above and beyond to make sure that our stay is pleasant! Alex and the manager on duty made sure we had a handicap accessible room and let us check in early with no additional charges!

Nice place, staff professional, room clean. The only problem (minor) our room was outside the parking lot light and the drapes din't completly black it out. It was alot of light but it seemed like it was daylight all night outside our room.

Both the gym and pool were not open under construction they said we could use the joining property at the Hampton although when we went over there the gym was also closed and they'd said they do not share with the Spring Hill Suites

The shower was broken so we couldn’t shower. The handle broke off the bathroom sink. There was no hairdryer in the room.

April 2024. I made a reservation in this property because I was looking for a nice hotel with a pool. I was traveling with my family. When I get there, they let me know that the hotel is going under construction, the pool is not available and said that I should go to the next door hotel if we wanted to use the pool. So, I moved completely to the the Hampton. They should keep their information up to date!
I had a very nice time at the Hampton.

Loved the hotel. Clean and the staff was so welcoming.
The only complaint (had nothing to do with the hotel exactly) is that guests were very loud all night and sometime in the hallways yelling and sometimes swearing at each other at 2:00 in the morning.
Otherwise, a very good experience.
