The room is spacious and well designed. There is a partition between the beds and study table which allow us to work on laptop without disturbing the other person who was sleeping. There are varieties for breakfast. The hotel location is also near to a lot of restaurants

Das Hotel ist ein gemütliches Hotel mit großen Zimmern, einer vollen Küche (einschließlich Gerichte) und komfortablen Betten. Es ist günstig in der Nähe von Restaurants und einem Ziel, die alle in der Nähe von Spaziergängen sind. Ihre Zimmer waren sauber und sie servieren jeden Morgen kostenfreies warmes Frühstück. Es ist nicht zu weit vom Flughafen COS entfernt. Das Personal ist alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde diesen Ort definitiv empfehlen, und ich würde hier wieder bleiben.

Die einzige wirkliche Enttäuschung war die Induktionskochkoch mit einem kleinen kleinen Skill und war für mehr als ein Ei nutzlos. Und da es ein kostenloses Frühstück gab es keine Notwendigkeit, ein Ei zu kochen. Wir fanden Grille draußen - die sollten auf der Website erwähnt werden. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut - nicht groß, aber gut. Es war ziemlich schwierig, die kleinen Omeletten und Sauce aus ihrer Heizung zu bekommen. Ich würde gerne englische Muffins lieber als Bagels. Sie sollten in der Waschmaschine posten, dass es ein zusätzliches Viertel dauert, um eine Ladung auf mittleren statt Licht zu waschen. Ein Viertel ist nicht viel, aber wenn man 5 Dollar von Vierteln bekommen und nicht einen Extra hat, ist es ziemlich irritierend. Das Personal am Front Desk und das Frühstück servieren waren alles hervorragend - angenehm und effizient.

The hotel was a nice place to stay for one overnight. The check in was easy and not much information provided by the staff. The room was a king bed and a nice sized room. Everything in the room looked new and a large TV was nice. There was medium sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I was on the 3rd floor and there was no ice machine, only on the 2/4 floors. There is an airport shuttle but only on Monday - Friday, which I didn't like. Next door is another Holiday Inn and they have an airport shuttle, but same thing only Monday - Friday. I think it would make sense to have 7 day shuttles with overlapping days so they could have 7-days a week coverage, that would be my suggestion. Would be higher ratings in my opinion if they had 7 days. The breakfast wasn't much and a to go grab bag. Again, I understand this isn't a 5 star place. The room was nice though, Holiday you are almost there but not quite.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Einchecken war einfach und schnell. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, aber der Arbeiter war sehr freundlich. Wahrscheinlich der einzige Grund, warum ich das Hotel nicht 5 gab, war wegen der $10 pro Nacht Gebühr zum Parken. Ich bin sehr gewöhnt, für Parkplätze zu zahlen, aber nicht, wenn es eine leere Menge und große Parkplätze gibt.

I don’t understand how anybody could be excited about this place. The staff was nice and the breakfast was acceptable and the coffee was definitely good. Having a comfortable bed without sheets that smell like fabric softener is a pretty big deal and this hotel had that which was great. However, the air conditioning and heating system was very dated - with paper taped on the thermostat to tell me to use the manual controls on the air conditioner…which was barely able to blow air. The other mismatched furniture was well-used as well. I don’t know how anyone could consider that this was recently remodeled. The bathroom felt to be beneath the expectations of a Hampton. The wifi simply didn’t work. The lobby certainly does not feel modern in any way. I was depressed by it at first sight. I would stay here if I had to again but it definitely wouldn’t be a choice high on my list. I am sorry if I hurt anyone’s feelings at the hotel for giving a truthful review like this, but it was certainly not a positive experience that I’d like to repeat.

Disabled not welcome. We had booked afternoon tea for a party of 9. I am in a wheelchair. There are 3 accessible parking spaces in the back lot, none of them have hash marks for unloading a wheelchair. I had to use a separate entrance from my party, the workers entrance where people are coming in and out with trays of food and where the dumpsters are. Dehumanizing and the staff seemed irritated I was back there. Their website says the main level is wheelchair accessible, and that they have an accessible bathroom. While I was able to get in to the area to have tea, the bathrooms were not even remotely accessible. I have a standard wheelchair that is 24 inches wide, the one bathroom that did not have stairs going down in to it was not able to be navigated by wheelchair. A staff member told me I might have better luck on the 5th floor, where there are stall bathrooms...but the elevator is also not accessible for a standard chair. It is blocked by a door on a hinge that doesn't open wide enough to allow entry. A full sized power chair would be hopeless in most of the building. There is no excuse in this day and age to lack accessibility. The gift shop is also inaccessible. So is the tour. The overall feeling was very hostile and unwelcoming. 3 of our party have celiac disease. There is a $3 upcharge for gluten free food, which much like the accessibility was just a nod to appearances. The scones were miniscule and so dry that my SIL begged for some jam (that doesn't come with them) to try and soften them enough to eat. The regular food had a nice presentation, the gluten free looked pretty much slapped together. It was definitely not worth the $40 price tag. Tea is bagged, and left to steep in the pot. This was a special occasion and most of our party was from out of town. I would not return, there are far nicer and more welcoming places to have afternoon tea that don't discriminate against disabled people.
