Home2 Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs

To begin, I'm ex-Expedia and my job was to ONBOARD hotels so very familiar with them. Home2 has excellent staff who are friendly - Quiet - Excellent breakfast - Workout place is complete and clean - Really a perfect hotel in all aspects In the front lobby, there is comfortable furniture and areas to charge. They have coffee that is strong and has a deep rich taste combined with Swiss Miss and Honey meaning they are thoughtful. The breakfast has many options from hard-boiled eggs to breakfast sandwiches to a waffle maker. Many juices and milks are available and the serving staff is friendly. Outdoors, there is a firepit that is elegant as well as two BBQ grills to add a touch of fun charm. The area is very safe and has access to other businesses that provide cinema and movies as well as arcades. A fun family environment. Vasa is a workout place but the in-hotel gym is excellent. The beds are very comfortable and have a full kitchen. The shampoos, conditioner, and shower gels are very soothing and use Zero% products that are top-of-the-line. In summary, it is trully a 5/5 hotel. I paid $149/night but the rate will fluctuate given the seasonality and availability.

Looking back, I would pick a different hotel for our stay in Colorado Springs. I would rate this hotel as just average. It is a newer building and the room was the typical layout for a Home2Suites, which works great for a family with four kids. However, I didn't feel it was adequately staffed. There was one person on the front desk at check-in time and for the rest of the evening. So whenever someone needed something, like bedding for the pull-out or towels for the pool, that person was stuck at the front desk. This has been a problem at Hilton hotels since the pandemic to be honest. Similarly, at breakfast, there was one very hard-working lady trying to fill everything that was running out. They just need more staff when the hotel is fully booked (as it seemingly was). Also, I didn't love the area. There was a Target nearby and a Chili's restaurant, but not much else. Overall, I just would recommend a different pick.

Adequate, pillows were not the greatest. The bathroom sink barely had any pressure, it was hard to even brush your teeth. Sink was cracked and moldy. Shower was good, the shower head was adjustable! Major win here for the girls with thick hair. Comforter had cigarette holes in it. Coffee station wasn't filled regularly during our stay, ran out of sugar and cream. Breakfast line was meh, it was 6-8am week days and 7-9 weekends, so we missed breakfast our first day, its frustrating when hotels do this varying times, some people still get up early on weekends. The whole area was curtained off, so we couldn't even grab some fruit to take with us. Usually there is a small grab and go at most hotels before the official breakfast opens. The waffle mix was a strange color, like had black stuff mixed it. I watched the staff fill the container and it was all like this. It tastes fine, but that was strange. They only had apples for fruit, only had regular milk and yogurt. Eggs were watery. We usually enjoy the standard Hilton breakfasts but this wasn't on par. I believe this hotel has been open about 5 years, lots of stuff in the lobby felt new. Our room had plenty of space and felt safe in the area. We would stay again if we were in town and needed a place (it was a fair amount cheaper then the Hilton nearby) but just set yourself appropriate expectations.

This trip was unexpected and very stressful. My son had gone suddenly into ICU and I flew to Colorado Springs expectantly. The staff was very gracious and kind. Sophia and Mandy especially went out of their way to make my stay as seamless as possible. The hotel is very clean and modern. I really appreciated how quite the rooms were and that it was not near a busy highway. However I 25 was close by.

Everything was clean and very well stocked, which is appreciated! I did not have to ask for linens for the sofa bed, which happens at other hotels. I ran out of tissues and asked for some when i went down for breakfast, they didn’t have any easily accessible, so the lady at the front desk let me take the box that she had at the desk-super nice! Breakfast was good and staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay! The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good with a nice amount of options. Coffee and tea available all day was a nice touch. The suite was supper clean, comfortable and well appointed. The hotel is in a great location near shopping, restaurants and attractions. A short ride to Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Manitou and downtown. We will def stay here again on our next trip to the Springs. Highly recommended!

Staff was amazing. Breakfast options were very good. Very spacious room with cooking amenities. Made it very comfortable with a golden retriever. Lots of areas for pet relief, especially in the rear of the place. Plenty of nice and convenient parking. Very clean and comfortable bed, made for a great sleep.

Home two is in Creswell. Their rooms are spacious and clean and allow for families together together when we have several rooms scheduled. The staff was wonderful. They were courteous and kind and gave us the extra coffee and creamer things that we needed. This is indeed our favorite place to stay.

We spent two nights an week apart. The property is in a odd location however very convenient. This is a new concept of hotel springing around the country. Everything was fine except for the pillows which seems to elude too many establishments.
