Wir waren, als Paar, das dritte Mal in diesem hotel. Und zwar für 17 Tage! Wie immer war es einfach wunderschön . Wir lieben dieses hotel! Die Landschaft ist unbeschreiblich. Die Affen begrüßten uns pünktlich um 06:00 früh mit ihrem Gebrüll und so kann man in den Tag starten. Alle Angestellten sind freundlich, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist auch schön, Angestellte wieder zu sehen, die bei unseren letzten Besuchen auch schon da waren und sich tatsächlich an uns erinnern. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, werden täglich gereinigt, es war alles in Ordnung. Auch wenn das hotel an manchen Stellen alt aussieht, aber man ist im Regenwald und man weiß was einen erwartet. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es ist für jeden was dabei. Für uns ist es der beste Urlaub den es gibt, wir fühlen uns immer wohl und wir werden auch immer wieder kommen. Es gibt nichts in der Nähe. Keine Hauptstraßen, einkaufscenter, keine Animateure!!! aber genau das ist es. Die Ruhe, Gelassenheit, die netten Angestellten, es ist für uns pure Erholung!! Ein großer Dank geht an die Angestellten aus der monkey Bar und El corotu, sie haben uns mit allem versorgt, was wir gewünscht haben. Natürlich auch ein Danke an Yvonne, die sich unheimlich nett um uns gekümmert hat! Angel, Edward's, Christian, Kati, Naillely, es war schön euch wieder zu sehen. Danke auch an Alma vom souveniershop, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und der Shop hat eine tolle Auswahl. Und wir vergessen auch nicht Robin und Herr Martinez - ihr habt uns den Abschied nicht leicht gemacht!!! Vielen lieben Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub-wir kommen wieder!!!

GGuest UserDieses Hotel ist definitiv eine Muss für diejenigen, die Kreuzfahrt. Da die Stadtzone von Colon von ziemlich vielen Menschen, die in Panama leben, für Touristen ein wenig gefährlich wird. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich anständig mit sehr komfortablen Betten und sehr guten Kissen. Wir wurden auf eine Suite upgradiert, da die Zimmer, die wir beantragt hatten, nicht verfügbar waren und waren froh, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelzimmer mit TV-Suite zu genießen. Sie gab uns auch ein Walzbett, um die 3 von uns (alle Erwachsenen) zu beherbergen. Das Zimmer hatte einen sehr guten Blick auf den Terminal, wo wir die Kreuzfahrtschiffe in Dock sehen konnten. Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein Restaurant/Buffet sowie einen kostenlosen Shuttle zu den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine bequeme Hintertür, die Hotelzimmerschlüssel erfordert, um auf die kleine Mall hinter ihm zu gelangen. Das führt zu einem Supermarkt, ein paar Geschäfte und 3 Restaurants, einschließlich einer Uber. Bitte beachten Sie, dass UBER IN KOLON KEINE SERVICE HABT. So planen Sie entsprechend und verwenden Sie empfohlene Taxis!

GGuest UserSoy cliente multirepitente El hotel muy bueno de 5 estrella la única queja que tenemos es con el mal trato de la Gerente de recepción la Señora de espejuelos que es la jefa ya que sus malos tratos hacia nosotros han sido reiterativos somos Cubanos y vamos 2 y 3 veces en el mes, es cierto que nos llamó la atención la primera vez y de ahí para acá no nos hemos portado mal ni hemos violado el reglamento del hotel pero su mala cara y su mal trato nos ha llevado al extremo de no querer regresar, por ejemplo en el mes de enero dormimos 4 noches en una habitación en el 4to piso con problema en el aire acondicionado dicho problema certificado por el de mantenimiento del hotel a las 12 de la madrugada y no nos cambiamos por qué estábamos cansado al extremo, en la mañana siguiente salimos temprano a una reunión apurados cuando regresamos planteamos el cambio y nos dijo que no por qué no le dio la gana dormimos empapados en sudor,nuestro grupo encantado con todo el personal del hotel dígase recepción personal del Restauran muy atentos, camarera personal de seguridad ect y muy disgustados con esta señora que lo mejor sería de nos dijera de frente que no nos quiere más en el hotel como una más de sus amenazas espero que esta señora cambie el trato con los Cubanos o con nosotros eso esperamos y queremos seguir viéndola a usted ahí pero con mejor trato en un final usted sabe que no somos malo no es verdad ?
