Das Hotel ist nicht neu, aber das Zimmer war sauber und einige Stilisierungen im Kolonialstil machen es überhaupt nicht neu. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß, eher für Alleinreisende oder für einen Kurzaufenthalt, eine Nacht. Gute Arbeit des Personals.

Es war eine übertriebene Erfahrung. Ich kam nach drei Uhr morgens im Hotel an, weil mein Flug Verspätung hatte. Dann sagte das Hotel, dass die Zahlung von Ctrip nicht erfolgreich war und forderte mich auf, erneut zu zahlen. Es war zu spät und ich auch Ich war faul, die Zahlung zu sagen. Ich hinterließ eine Nachricht für Ctrip, duschte und machte mich bereit, ins Bett zu gehen. , Die Hotelrezeption klopfte gegen 4 Uhr an die Tür und bat um Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Ich war sprachlos. Dann Ich habe bis etwa 11 Uhr geschlafen, bin aufgestanden und habe ausgecheckt und mir gesagt, dass sie um 11 Uhr ausgecheckt haben und mir 20 Dollar für Überstunden berechnet haben. Geben Sie es mir. Es gab einen Rabatt von 10 Dollar und einen Getränkepreis für 1 Dollar pro Flasche. Mir wurden 2,65 Dollar für zwei Flaschen berechnet. Ich kann die Funktionsweise des Hotels nicht verstehen. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung am Ende unseres Urlaubs hier. Wir bekamen ein anderes Zimmer als geplant welches sehr komfortabel war und wir konnten ohne Aufpreis etwas früher einchecken. Wir machten einen Late Check out um 15 Uhr da unser Flug erst abends ging was ca 20 Euro kostete. Danach aßen wir noch etwas im Pool Restaurant was sehr lecker war und auch ausreichend und preislich noch ok ( Pizza Margarita & Biriyani). Am Abend zuvor wurden wir zum Essen nach oben auf die Dachterrasse geschickt. Die Portionen waren sehr klein und der Preis umso höher und geschmacklich war’s das leider nicht wert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, teilweise vllt etwas überambitioniert, man kam sich oft beobachtet vor. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt. Die Betten wirklich bequem sodass wir gut schliefen . Leider waren die Jacuzzis geschlossen, der Pool aber geöffnet.

Sehr gutes Hotel, große Zimmer, ruhig gelegen, hervorragendes Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr, sehr aufmerksam, man sitzt wunderschön im Grünen am Pool und frühstückt, tolle entspannte Atmosphäre und sehr hohe Aufenthaltsqualität, Linienbus Bushaltestelle in der Nähe , Es dauert weniger als 10 Minuten, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder. Es wird auch ein Flughafen Abholdienst angeboten, auch dies zuverlässig und sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Besonders freundlich waren besonders Udakshi, Sanjitt und Mohammed! Vielen Dank euch für den tollen Aufenthalt und eure ständige Hilfsbereitschaft.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Das Essen war gut und der Cocktail sehr lecker gemixt. Das Zimmer eingerichtet im Kolonialstil mit großem Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Es gab eine tolle Wasserfalldusche und ein bequemes KingSize Bett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Hotel, bequeme Betten und sehr große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Immer und überall freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen war jeden Tag einfach nur lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen wenn man gut in Colombo übernachten möchte !! :)

The staff was very accommodating when we checked-in late and the hotel even upgraded our room to a superior. The food was fabulous . Highly recommend this place to all travellers and locals. The pool area is a great place to chill. Would definitely return back.

It’s very comfortable hotel, with nice swimming pool and good restaurant with extremely tasty pizza. We really enjoyed our stay there. Location is perfect, closed to the main city center and easily reachable by vehicles. Stuff is always smiling and helpful, especially in the restaurant and on reception, Misfah and Udakshie.

I booked a tour package through my travel agency and trusted them with picking the hotels for my trip, and wow—what a lovely surprise this place turned out to be! It checked all my boxes: great wifi (yep, I even streamed Netflix with no issues), super clean, a spacious room with AC and hot showers that worked perfectly. Even though it’s located within the city, the moment you step inside, it’s like a peaceful retreat—no traffic noise at all! The staff? Incredible. They were so nice and attentive the entire time, making the stay even more enjoyable. And the food was good! Don’t expect 5-star gourmet meals, but for the price, it was definitely great value. I even treated myself to a cocktail . The best part? The pool! I wasn’t expecting it, but I ended up having both dinner and breakfast by the pool, and it was such a pleasant experience. My only tiny suggestion is maybe adding one more lightbulb in the bathroom. But really, everything else was perfect. I’m giving it a 4.9/5!
