Dieses Hotel ist nicht der schönste Ort in Collingwood, aber wir brauchten keine Fantasie. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war komfortabel. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage war perfekt, da wir zu den Dingen gehen konnten, die wir in der Stadt tun wollten. Wir werden hier wieder bleiben. Ich empfehle sicherlich das Luxury Inn für jemanden, der in Collingwood bleiben möchte.

On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient for Blue Mountain skiers, and the breakfast selections are good. However, this is an old hotel. The walls are thin, so you can hear quiet conversation from adjoining rooms. You can only touch up paint and caulking for so long before deciding that a complete makeover is needed. This should be a $99/night hotel, but the charge is higher because of the proximity to Blue Mountain.

Wir genossen wirklich den Pool und die Heißtube.Dieses Hotel ist in einer perfekten Lage. Wanderweite zum Einkaufen, Filme, Gemüse. Und eine 10-minütige Fahrt zum Blue Mountain. Wir werden sicher zurück sein.

Not the fault of the hotel, but adults need to be respectful of the noise and behaviour of children . Woke up at 2am to the sound of adults yakking loudly in the hallway. Walked down to the front desk and complained. Will not return here if adults do not adhere to the policy written all the hotel that quiet time starts at 10pm. Kids running up and down hallways at 11pm. Twenty kids descended in the pool running on the deck and cannonballing into it making it one giant wave pool. The adults sat by the pool and encouraged the behaviour. One the adults remarked to us, “We came for a hockey tournament.” My advice, try to find out if there is a hockey tournament and don’t book here.

This hotel is only four months old. The rooms are exceedingly well laid out. We had a suite with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was in an alcove so when you were using the bed, it did not feel like you were resting in the kitchen. There was a reclining chair with a well designed table for use with the chair. This set up would be ideal for someone who wished to have a comfortable chair and do work on a laptop and/or have a snack or meal and watch television. To eat meals or to do work on a computer, there was a raised counter bar with two stools that slid underneath. The stools had backs on them that provided comfort as well as support. There were hooks for coats located conveniently near the entrance to the room. There were plenty of hangers with two clothing rods and a dresser located in another alcove. The bathroom was also well laid out with ample counter space and space underneath the counter. In addition to a towel bar attached to the sliding glass shower door, there was another one on the wall and also two hooks for hanging towels. So many hotels only provide one hook, which is challenging for a couple who would both like to hang their used towels to dry after a shower. The television was a smart TV. It hung on the wall attached to an arm which allows guests to adjust the viewing angle. The kitchenette had a full size refrigerator with freezer on top. There was a good selection of pots and pans, cutlery, serving pieces as well as dishes. They also included dish soap, a hot pad for removing items from the microwave and a tea towel. There was also a cooktop, toaster and coffee machine with coffee provided. The room was meticulously clean. The bed and linens were of quality and made for an excellent night sleep. We spoke to two different front desk staff during our stay and both were super friendly, proud of the hotel. They made check in and check out easy. We also spoke with cleaning staff and complimented them on their excellent work. You could tell from their response that they were also proud of the hotel. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying in Collingwood. Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodation!

Großer Ort, um in Collingwood zu bleiben. Blue Mountains sind sehr nah. Tobermory ist etwa eine Stunde und eine halbe entfernt, was ein guter Tag ist. Das Hotel selbst war ruhig, sauber und zeitgemäß. Das Personal war wirklich gut und hilfsbereit. Es gibt ein Waschraum auf der Website, das ist $1.50 eine Ladung. Die Pools waren sauber, und die Grundstücke wurden wirklich gut gepflegt. Viel Parkplatz verfügbar. Es gibt eine $100 Einlage wie in ziemlich viel alle Zeitanteile, die bei Abreise zurückerstattet werden kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Ruhezeit.
