Der Herr, der während unseres Aufenthalts am Samstagmorgen an der Rezeption arbeitete, war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich! Ich wünschte, ich hätte seinen Namen bekommen. 1 der weiblichen Angestellten (7-3 Uhr Schicht, als wir am Freitag eincheckten) war sehr freundlich, als ich mit ihr sprach am Freitag hat uns auch vor uns kein einziges Mal zur Kenntnis genommen... und die 2. Schichtmitarbeiterin war eine typische 2. Schichtmitarbeiterin. Beschäftigt mit allem, was vor sich geht, aber nett genug. Das Zimmer war gut genug sauber, außer der Teppich musste gesaugt werden. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn die Spritze mit anderem Müll auf dem Parkplatz irgendwann während unseres 3-tägigen Aufenthalts abgeholt worden wäre. Aber für den Preis sollten Bettler keine Wähler sein.

Das Hotel war bequem direkt von der Mautstraße gelegen. Unser Zimmer war extrem sauber und geräuchert erstaunlich! Es gab gute Qualitätsschampo im Badezimmer, nicht Ihre typische günstige Hotelschampo und Barsaft. Sie hatten Tau Produkte! Das komplimentäre Frühstück war wirklich gut. Muffins, Bagels, heiße frische Cinamon-Rollen, Pancakes und Chobani-Yoghurt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für jeden, der ein erschwingliches Hotelzimmer sucht, das ist sicherlich der Ort. Auch bequem 25 Minuten von Rockwall entfernt.

Eine Nacht aufgrund des Verfahrens für den Ehemann zu verhindern Verkehrsverzögerungen. Es wurde von Tiba begrüßt, der die freundlichste Mitarbeiter, die ich in ganz einer Zeit getroffen habe. Die meisten tun nur ihre Arbeit mit nicht viel Gespräch. Wir genossen unsere kurze Aufenthaltszeit, das Hotelzimmer war sauber und das Hotel war auch sauber. Nicht sicher, wo einige der negativen Bewertungen kommen, da wir keine davon trafen.

Wegen der neuen Dekoration ist es relativ neu, die Umgebung ist nicht schlecht, weil es relativ voreingenommen ist, es bleiben derzeit nicht viele Leute. Aber es gibt ein paar Probleme 1. Badewasser und Öl, Gesicht mit Seife waschen, immer das Gefühl haben, dass die Seife nicht gewaschen werden kann, die Dusche ist auch 2. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind sehr schmutzig 3. Ursprünglich sahen die Kommentare im Inneren gesagt viele in der Nähe Es gibt keine chinesischen Restaurants in der Nähe. Grundsätzlich muss man mehr als 15 Minuten fahren, um ein authentischeres chinesisches Restaurant zu finden.

I am going to start by first saying that this review of mine is going to be a complete first. Throughout my travels I have not had the chance to revisit one Hotel or resort that I have been too even though I say i would and might one day that has not happened untiil now. My family and I have became avid hockey fans of the nearby ECHL team close to this hotel and fate bought us back 2 weeks in a row. I choice this hotel due to its location to the game and it was super close to almost everything. There was zero noise from the inside and out and we sleep like babies both visits. The downsides really happened on this last weekends trip and that deals with mainly customer service. Both trips we noted that the rooms had not been dusted in some time with a large collection of dust seen on the top of the frigerator and above the vent from the cooking area inside the room. At breakfast both on Saturday and Sunday the woman working the breakfast area was asked if they had anymore milk or spoons and both times was very rude and did not offer to get either for my family. I also seen this same worker be very rude to an older man who just asked what time they stopped serving. Housekeeping also asked me as i was on my way up to my room an hour prior to check out if we were checking out already because they needed to get a jump on cleaning the room and my reply was i still had one hour to check out. I also noted that as i passed on the first floor and ontop my floor at the top that trash was not being picked up as it was on my first visit and towles also were not being pickup up even at one point my room being ignored until the next morning. I also asked for extra towles the last day and those were never delieved. I also noted the first tip i had to call the front desk to get more towles sent to the pool area. I can say that this is my go to hotel to watch the games in the area but that customer service needs a touch up. Also i will note that the contactless check out does not work and i still after checking in on the app i still needed to go to the front desk.
