This hotel was booked due to our car broke down in Turin. So not the happiest couple arrived in a rental car to the hotel and from that moment we were just amazed by the hotel staff. What a team! The hotel service turned out to be at a 5 star level hidden in a suburb to Turin! This was not what we expected! We left Turin after just one night with a fixed car and a fantastic hotel experience! Thank you hotel team of Rival Tulip inn!

Io e mio marito volevamo trascorrere un week end a Torino, città a noi sconosciuta e ho prenotato due notti in questo hotel tramite il loro sito web, dopo aver confrontato le tariffe di Booking, al costo di €205 comprese di colazione, wi-fi e posto auto libero. La scelta è ricaduta su questo hotel per le recensioni lette e per le tariffe molto eque rispetto ad altri posti visionati, anche se lontano dal centro circa 10 km. A seguito del nostro soggiorno posso dire che è stata la scelta migliore per noi per visitare la città e godere della tranquillità del posto, perchè anche il poter avere il parcheggio davanti alla camera non è cosa da poco. Su consiglio di una persona abbiamo lasciato poi la macchina parcheggiata in Corso Francia e da lì preso la metro che a un costo irrisorio di €1.70 ti porta comodamente in centro senza dover pensare a ztl, problema di dove parcheggiare, il costo etc. L'hotel si trova all'ingresso di una stradina privata su una rotonda (infatti inizialmente avevamo anche sbagliato perchè non trovavamo l'ingresso, mancano cartelli per indicazioni). Una volta arrivati siamo rimasti un pò colpiti perchè era la prima volta che facevamo il check in in modalità drive in dalla macchina, ci è stata data la camera n°204 che si trova quasi nella parte finale dell'albergo e ogni camera ha il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta della camera con tanto di separè a dx e sx e di tendina da tirar giù e coprire il retro della macchina per privacy. La camera grande con letto matrimoniale, tavolino con due sedie, finestra grande, specchio grande su una parete, tv schermo piatto, minibar. Il bagno dotato di lavabo, kit cortesia, phon, wc, bidet e una doccia grande, asciugamani. Tutto molto pulito e funzionale. Wi-fi gratis e funzionale semplicemente connettendosi alla rete senza uso di password. Avrei gradito trovare in camera ad esempio un foglio con esplicitate le regole dell'hotel esempio il wi-fi disponibile liberamente senza password, gli orari della colazione e gli orari di check out, i prezzi del minibar..Altra cosa avrei gradito in camera una coperta in più visto che la temperatura in camera non era delle più calde. La colazione viene servita accanto a quella che sarebbe la hall, a buffet con molta scelta tra dolce e salato, frutta fresca, merendine confezionate, succhi, macchinetta per caffè, thè etc. Insomma devo dire che nulla dire per la colazione, tutto molto curato e buono e complimenti al personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Hotel che abbiamo molto apprezzato e sicuramente dovessimo tornare a Torino non esiteremmo a prenotare nuovamente qui. Complimenti soprattutto per la cortesia e accoglienza del personale, cosa assai rara di questi tempi!

Toll. Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos auf der Website. Geräumige Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und sehr bequemem Bett, selbst in der Standard-Doppelversion. Ausreichend Parkplätze und ein abwechslungsreiches und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet sind erwähnenswert. Ein relativ neues Drei-Sterne-Hotel, gut gepflegt und zu einem mehr als akzeptablen Preis. Zimmer ohne Fernblick auf das Castello di Rivoli... tagsüber ist die Aussicht weniger romantisch, aber das ist nicht das Ziel

Auf dem Telefon Francesco überzeugte mich für seine freundlichkeit, so unter den verschiedenen Hotels, ziemlich günstig mit dem Autoplatz, habe ich das gewählt!! Das Verhältnis zwischen Qualität, Reinigung und Preis ist ausgezeichnet... wir mussten nur eine Nacht in Turin aufhalten, wir brauchten einen bequemen Ort und vor allem das Auto in einen sicheren Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber, wie das Badezimmer, das sehr bequeme Bett, der ruhige und ruhige Ort. Am Abend haben wir einen schönen Spaziergang ins Zentrum gefahren (ca. 3 km), nach dem Abendessen eine schnelle Wanderung unter den Häfen, am Schlossplatz und in der Umgebung des Königspalasts, fünften wir zurück ins Zimmer und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl, ich habe alles von meiner Freude gefunden, viel mehr als man mit einem so niedrigen Preis erwarten kann!! Der einzige kleine Rat, den ich schreiben kann: prüfen Sie und reinigen Sie den Duschschlauch, damit das Wasser frei fließt und der Gast leicht zu waschen! Danke Francesco und der sehr schönen Bartender, die uns die Cappuccini vorbereitet hat!!

Un ottimo risultato Grazie a Livia!!! Ha risolto alcune criticitá che potevano compromettere l’esito dell’evento. Ha fatto di tutto e di piú , a parte il miracolo dell’audio non risolto che non spettava a Lei ( occhio ai dettagli ). Complimenti alla cucina e in particolar modo a Veronica che ha governato la sala con attenzione e dedizione. Location curata, pulita e condizionata. Ripeto: occhio ai particolari, basta poco per rovinare un evento, per norma e regola é sempre meglio attrezzare le sale di tutto.

Alles bestens nichts zu bemängeln!!! Alles sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auch unsere Kinder waren herzlich willkommen. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und das Frühstück mega lecker. Es war von allem was dabei, schmeckte gut und war alles frisch. Für ein kurz Trip nach Turin ist das B&B Hotel nur zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Altstadt. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen jedoch gepflegt. Das Zimmer war eher etwas eng ansonsten komfortabel. Der Service ist freundlich und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig.

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

Was soll ich sagen? Extrem verfügbares Personal, sorgfältige Reinigung, Frühstück mit breitem Angebot an Celiacea-Produkten und Lactose-intoleranz (aber auch schöne Taschen und alles, was normalerweise in einem guten Frühstücksbuffet, einschließlich Express, vorhanden ist), Einhaltung aller Covid-Regeln (Vielleicht sogar mehr als nötig). Darüber hinaus haben die schrecklichen Maße der Betten auf Trip.com (einzelnes Bett 130 cm lang) keinen Sinn, die Maße sind ”normal”. Wenn ich zurückkehre, wird es sicher hier sein.
