The place is simply perfect. You get to enjoy the beauty of nature in a peaceful ambiente. The food is great and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Would recomend 110%. Posto magnifico, immerso nella natura. Cibo ottimo e personale gentilissimo e ultra accogliente.

A single star to match the only air conditioning unit, in the mangers office?! A cute place, a little dated, but a nice property with quaint rooms and grounds - including a shallow swimming pool. Other reviews raved about the restaurant but it was never open during our three day stay. They served breakfast: a bunch of sweet Italian pastries and the only hot or savory option was a ham/cheese panini made on a George Forman grill. You can’t rent a hotel to Americans in 35 deg C heat - who booked the entire property - and not inform us ahead of time that is you don’t have AC (ohh except in your own office!) Checkin was a mess, took two people to hand out keys, in no particular order - and the slow down wasn’t for collecting passports that came later at some other inconvenient time in 35 deg heat. And having a single tiny fan in the room is well, nice, but I shouldn’t have to choose between plugging in the fan or the refrigerator because there is only a single outlet?! Nice people but clearly not used to renting to Americans: at these temps and prices, we expect AC!

Arriving at the hotel is quite impressive. A beautiful well kept driveway leading to the back of the hotel where reception is and the unkempt gardens and public areas are quite a contrast... The restaurant.... Please God help me. Having been in Italy now for 6 days and was expecting the same level of professionalism and great food experienced thus far. Alas, this was not to be. The 'manager', charming gentleman is in the wrong business. The afternoon cleaner with the cigarette in the mouth while cleaning the restaurant area. The TV show of years ago 'Faulty Towers' has nothing on this place. The entree, fritters with sage and Calamari, was inedible. Followed with the beef w parmesan and rocket was OK. The tiramisu was OK as well. As an experience.... Terrible... The property has the potential to be fabulous. The staff are all in the wrong profession..

Sono stato con mia moglie a fine agosto e devo dire che mi sono trovato bene. Immerso nella campagna ....per chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi e' l'ideale. Cibo buono e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buono per la zona anche il rapporto qualita'/prezzo. Se dovessi ritornare da quelle parti potrei anche rifarci un giro

Posto molto carino immerso nel verde.Struttura molto scenografica in pietra che fa subito casolare in Toscana.Camere molto ampie e ben tenute seppur datate.Piscina piccola ma carina.Le foto mostrano un posto molto più tenuto mentre è lasciato andare un po' a se stesso.Addetti alla reception/proprietari ne abbiamo conosciuti di più simpatici sicuramente

Piacevole sorpresa. Trovato per caso girando in moto tra Liguria toscana e Umbria. La struttura è una bellissima vecchia cascina ristrutturata, con camera molto spaziosa, pulita e personale molto gentile, disponibile e amante della natura e degli animali. Anche il ristorante è ottimo con piatti tipici, ottimi vini e birre locali. Si possono raggiungere a piedi in 5 minuti le caldane, in 20 minuti il parco fluviale dell'Elsa (due luoghi bellissimi) e in poco piu di un ora il centro storico di colle val d'elsa . Piscina a disposizione dei clienti. Lo consiglio!

Hotel o meglio casolare, immerso nel verde delle colline toscane vicino monteriggioni. Location strategica per visitare San Gimignano e Siena, e bello stesso tempo per rilassarsi. Bellissima struttura circondata da un giardino ben tenuto. Per arrivarci si passa di fronte una fonte di acqua sorgiva che forma una specie di laghetto: un luogo molto bello, un po' pieno d'estate ma un giorno che piovigginava siamo riusciti a parcheggiare e scendere. Camera molto grande, pulita e silenziosa, con letti comodi. È presente una piscina doppia, non grandissima, ma sicuramente il top con il panorama delle colline. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che i proprietari sono flessibili sull'orario della piscina: ci hanno permesso di di fare il bagno appena arrivati ( erano circa le 7 di sera) sempre ovviamente nel rispetto degli ospiti del ristorante che ha i tavoli a bordo piscina. Colazione buona e varia. Siamo stati 3 giorni e abbiamo cenato sempre al ristorante: una piacevole sorpresa. È stato tutto molto buono e prezzi nella media. Molto comodo poter cenare senza dover uscire di nuovo. I ragazzi dello staff sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato!

Ottimo rifugio per rilassarsi pulito e accogliente belle le due piscine e bravi i titolari Alessandra e Antonio ti fanno sentire a tuo agio ,consiglio di fermarsi per visitare i paesi vicini come Volterra ,castellina chianti, monteriggioni,san Gimignano, e colle val d'elsa

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura grazie ad un amico comune. Una piccola osai di pace immerso nella natura dove potersi rilassare con un tuffo in piscina o rinfrancare dall'ottima cucina. Tutto perfetto. Il personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze della clientela. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
