We chose this hotel from an experience voucher we had bought for us, and I can say we chose a lovely friendly one. Parking was free to start with as we booked in at reception. The lady was very kind & changed without asking our room because of mobility issues with my husband. The Manager Ricardo offered to take us to town too. I must say our annex was super comfy warm and very cosy. We paid extra for breakfast which I must say I enjoyed my Salmon & Scrambled egg perfectly cooked by Daniel & my husbands full English both morning’s. We used the bar the 2nd night & were welcomed very much so by Maddison exchanging tails of our Zoo visit that day with hers & her children. I great place to stay in this beautiful Tudor hotel

Gute Punkte - Lisa vor dem Hausteam ist ein wunderbarer Vermögen für Sie, zusammen mit den beiden Damen aus dem Restaurant (entschuldigen Sie, dass Sie nicht Ihre Namen erhalten haben). schlechte Punkte - überwiegen das Gute traurig. Das Zimmer war flüchtig, die Blätter hatten das Aussehen, in dem sie schlafen und Blut auf ihnen hatten. Das Sofabett, das nicht aufgebaut wurde, als wir ankamen (schnell sortiert von Lisa) der Matratzenschutz wurde gegossen. Angesichts dieser beiden Dinge haben wir uns am Boden anschauen, um festzustellen, dass der Teppich für eine Weile kein Vakuum gesehen hatte und die vorherigen Gäste offensichtlich einige Bombenmix und ein paar Schokolade-Bars genossen, da ihre Bitze und Verpackungen im Bett verlassen wurden. Bemerken Sie, dass das nicht unter dem Bett war, wir waren nicht tapfer genug, dass es einfach neben ihm war. Es schien auch die vorherigen Gäste mit Duschegel und Lippen abgeschafft hatten. Um unseren schrecklichen Aufenthalt zu entfernen, wo die schmutzigen Linen aus allen Zimmern auf die Treppen geworfen wurden, am nächsten Tag wurden wir von einem Hund, der für das Essen ausschüttelte, begrüßt, Wir haben es fast gestoppt, um es unsere Zimmernummer zu sagen, wenn es einen Snack auf dem Teppichbuffet in unserem Zimmer fand. Wir hatten versprochen, das Zimmer am nächsten Tag tief gereinigt werden und ja die Blätter waren sauber und Handtücher fab, aber der Teppich war offensichtlich ein wenig zu hart für sie. Das Ferienhaus ist nicht nur ein Witz, sondern auch ein schönes Zimmer. Es machte unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr unbehaglich und stressig. Wir wurden nicht mehr als voll reserviert.

Nineteen of us stayed at the Travelodge in Feering to attend a Wedding Anniversary. The site is off an A road almost like a services stop. There is a Burger King and Gregg's directly opposite and a Petrol Station shop a few meters away. The hotel is dated and there was slight musky smell in the corridor. However, the staff here and especially Cara are phenomenal. We had trouble trying to arrange cabs, but she rang around until she managed to find several cabs for us. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were ok. There is also free parking on site. There is no provision for EV charging.

Sofia (‘manager’ wenn Sie ihr das nennen könnten!) ist nichts anderes als ein Blödsinn, hinterlässt eine arme junge SCHWAHRENDE Mädchen von sich selbst, um mir Bilder von Restaurants sie kürzlich war und Fotos von ihrem Hund zu zeigen! Das junge Mädchen (Shannan war ihr Name, glaube ich) wurde aus ihren Füßen geflogen, lief umher, um eine absolut alles zu tun und alles zu tun, was sie konnte, um meinen Aufenthalt wunderbar zu machen, aber leider wurde der Aufenthalt von Sofia zerstört! Als Shannan um Hilfe von Sofia gebeten hat (so genannte Manager!!!) sie lächelte und setzte sich nichts an! , Sofia bot keine Hilfe, was sie jemals anbietet und sie sollte ernsthaft mit ihm reden ! Ich habe auch gehört, dass sie über Personalleben und Antiquitäten mit anderen Mitarbeitern spricht, die nicht für was so ist, und nicht für was Kunden und Gäste hören sollten, weil es ihr persönliches Leben ist und sie NICHT offenbaren sollte. Ich war im Februar und sie war die gleiche, ich reise oft für Arbeit und ich bin oft am Drachenflug, aber auch seit der sogenannten “Manager” Sofia begann der Ort war abgelaufen! Shanna ist ein absoluter Stern und sollte zum Himmel gepriesen werden ! Danke sehr für die Über- und Überfahrt von Shannan für mich und viele andere !

Pleasantly surprised. Room extremely clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Nice fluffy white towels. Plenty of hot water. Beds are okay. Not firm but that didn’t really bother as only staying one night. Breakfast was satisfactory. The scrambled eggs very yummy. Fresh fruit. Plenty to choose from. Friendly staff. We would return without hesitation.

I just wanted to thank you for such a positive experience that I had at your establishment yesterday evening. (01/06/2023) I arrived with my mum, the staff at the initial reception greeted us, explained which directions to take and told us to enjoy our stay. At the spa reception the staff member was warm, informative and professional. She took our details and confirmed the package that I had purchased. Again she wished us a pleasant stay. We used the delightful facilities, I had been worried that I hadn’t booked a treatment but it was so lovely to catch up with my mum in the warm, relaxing and calm environment that has been created. We then took our time having a fabulous shower, using the products that were readily available before we headed to the bar for a drink. Again, the staff here were smart and professional. We settled down in the bar and then ambled around the corner to the restaurant. We were greeted here by a lovely blonde lady, I’m assuming the restaurant manager, who showed us to our table, lighting our lamp and again wishing us a wonderful evening. Looking at the menu, I was a little concerned that there wasn’t anything that I was ‘WOWED’ by. We both (myself and my mother) opted for the tomato and basil soup, I had the pork chop and mum had the chicken. The soup was hot on delivery and so flavourful. The bread accompaniment was absolutely delicious, I would have liked another. We tore it and dolloped large amounts of the delicious butter that came with it. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Our mains then arrived, my mum said that her main was delicious, she was particularly enamoured with the sauce and is hoping that my husband might be able to emulate it. My pork was absolutely delicious, succulent, well seasoned and both of us commented on the large portions we received, this was totally unexpected. For dessert, I had gelato; hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla. Very nice and quite light after my big meal. My mum commented that “this is the best sticky toffee pudding I’ve had in a very long time!” The highest compliments to the chef(s)! I must give a special mention to the waitress, she did give her name but I’m afraid I forgot what she said. She was fabulous, a bubbly personality and ensuring that everyone was happy in her section. She had to work really hard with one couple, so definitely earned her wage last night! She had dark hair, was her name Suzanne? Even when leaving the night receptionist was lovely and helpful when we handed in our locker bracelets. It was an experience that you don’t want to end. The staff could definitely teach other establishments in the area about customer service, it was so refreshing to have all staff members so confident and accommodating.
