Positives first…….. Accessible room was brilliant, roll in shower was perfect. Negatives………. Bedroom was not clean, nail clippings around the bed, bathroom needed a good clean before we got in there. Hoist in the pool does not work, ended up lifting my wheelchair bound wife into the pool.

Motel was fine aside from the bed frames being metal on the sides and loud if you accidentally bump them. Have never seen that kind before. Motel seemed clean and breakfast was ok. Check in and out was ok. Was fairly close to the Interstate. Restaurants fairly close also.

Loved the pool. Had a variety breakfast selection. The beds are so soft. The room was very clean. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. Good location. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I will definitely be back when I travel this way.

Best Western Hubbard Ohio was my first night out on my return trip to SoCal. Chose this site for two reasons, the distance from my starting point (412 miles) and the mostly good reviews. Overall, I was not disappointed. The room was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, and I was able to be on the first floor and park right outside my window. The staff is professional and efficient. I would not call them friendly but can't say they were unfriendly either. Just kind of there. I did get a smile from the young lady working the morning breakfast area. The location is a bit funky. Down a small street to the end which is right by a park. Interesting wildlife sounds at night, by the way. I kind of felt less safe for no real reason, solely based on the location. There is also nothing within walking distance for dinner, but there is a truck stop with a Denny's just a few minutes' drive away, which is where I had dinner. Breakfast is your standard Best Western "hot" breakfast with some kind of egg dish and sausage patty. Of course, there is juice and coffee as well. However, a few hours down the road I started having stomach issues that lasted two days. I cannot specifically say it was the BW breakfast as it could have been the Denny's sandwich I had the night before. But it has made me decide to skip the breakfasts at my remaining four BW stays on my return trip. Overall, I would choose to stay here again if convenient for my travels

As I lie here sleepless on this rock-hard fraud of a “bed,” I am next to my friend sleeping in a bed that BOINGS AND THROBS LOUDLY every time she sits on it. The room is 1950s old. The room is dated. It has no USB plugs. Anywhere. What jacks there are, are already pulled out of the wall. TV does not work and may or may not even be plugged in. The only lamp between the beds is from the 1940s and has no place to plug-in electronics. And I will be up all night because this is not a bed; it’s a rock. NO JUST NO. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY REMODEL.

Before falling asleep, there was a giant bug on the ceiling. About 2" long. I would not recommend this place.

This Best Western is very close to interstate 80; great for a one night or multiple night's stay. Always helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Rooms are always clean and well taken care of. We've stayed at this particular Best Western multiple times and it's always a great experience.

This Best Western was a very nice hotel. Our king room was a good size and the room and bathroom were extremely clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again
