Three of us spent one night at an executive suite in the Welcomhotel Coimbatore. 1. Let’s begin with the biggest complaint first. Halfway through a morning shower, the hot water simply stopped flowing both from the tap at the washbasin and from the showers too. Took about 15 minutes to resolve so I finished my bath with cold water which isn’t a big deal in a Kovai summer. But this is not something you want to happen at this price point, or, indeed, at a price point half as high as this. More so when you’re occupying an executive suite. Extremely disappointing. 2. There was some confusion at checkout. Our reservation included all 3 meals. And we had signed for one of those meals, and the restaurant had posted it as a bill payable. Reception took a few minutes to sort that out. 3. The lobby almost doesn’t exist. Once you pass through the doors, you are in what can at best be described as a passage facing the reception. This is well-lit, and I do like the aesthetics, but it’s just surprisingly small. Not complaining about this though; I was just amused. 4. We had an a la carte lunch and a buffet dinner. The quality of the food is, overall, good, as you would expect of the ITC group. The food at their Fortune hotels is often very good too. The buffet seemed to play to the crowd a little – there was a little too much tempering, it was a little too strong in its approach. But still, that is nitpicking. A la carte was pretty good. The staff are patient at taking orders and orders are taken seriously. But their knowledge of the menu isn’t sufficient. They have a dish called “ritu ki sabzi” or something of that sort which translates into “seasonal vegetables.” When we asked what the vegetables were this season, the best the waitress could do was to say “carrot” twice. The dish too was something like that: Nothing particularly seasonal about the vegetables. 5. We had an early breakfast. The buffet wasn’t quite ready yet. Nevertheless, the spread on the buffet is satisfactory but not as wide as you would expect. The quality of the food is excellent. The service was mediocre: I ordered a masala dosa which didn’t show up for 10 minutes. On inquiring about it again, the waitress (a different person) thought I was placing a fresh order and informed me that it would take about 10 minutes, a point which was never brought to my notice when I first ordered it. So I ordered a plain dosa instead. 6. Overall, the aesthetics of the hotel are nice. The restaurant, however, is dimmer than I’d like. At dinnertime, there was live music in the restaurant. I suspect that the hotel didn’t think its guests had personalities, because the loud volume made conversation extremely inconvenient. The rhythm was good (because it was essentially a metronome type of thing), the singer might have had some relationship with melody at some point in some life, but his accent made it (un)clear to us that nobody knew what the words of the songs were. 7. The room is well appointed. Once

Booked a family room for 3+1(child) during my recent trip to coimbatore. The scheduled check in time was 12 pm. They have given us the room even though we reached at 7am. The room was spacious and neat and well maintained. They have provided all the required things to use in the room. You will get good vegetarian food in their in-house restaurant.

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt und schöne Gegend mit vielen Colleges rund um das Hotel, bedeutet Sicherheit. Kleine Supermärkte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, kleine Einkaufszentren sind ebenfalls in der Nähe des Hotels. Nur starker Stau in den Stoßzeiten morgens und außerhalb der Bürozeiten. BBQ Foods sind nett und es gibt ein sehr gutes chinesisches / asiatisches Restaurant. Wir haben die Sehenswürdigkeit hier gesehen und es ist ein wirklich fantastischer Ort hier.

Ich würde sagen, es ist eines der besten Hotels in Coimbatore. Ich liebe die Lobby, Pool & Gartenbereiche. Es gibt auch einen schönen Spa & Fitnessraum. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Service durch die Mitarbeiter sind alle großartig. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von allen großen Einkaufsbereichen entfernt. Ich werde zurück sein!

Hotelkette, Economy, Samsung Bar, Zimmer sind einheitlich angeordnet, nicht schlecht. Das Frühstück war allgemein und erlaubte ihnen, Quiche zu machen. Es gibt einen Kellner namens Trishna, der ein paar chinesische Wörter spricht. Das Badewasser ist manchmal kalt und heiß. Keine Toilettenartikel und Hausschuhe. Legen Sie ein Paar Essstäbchen. Mit Ausnahme von fünf Sternen haben alle indischen Hotels keine Toilettenartikel. Einschließlich der fünf Sterne haben alle indischen Hotels keine Plastikpantoffeln. Die Umgebung ist durchschnittlich. Gehen Sie raus und biegen Sie links über die Straße ab. Rechts befindet sich ein größeres Restaurant. Hühnchen und Nudeln sind nicht schlecht. Wenn Sie rausgehen, biegen Sie 500 Meter rechts ab und es gibt eine Gasse, in die Sie hineingehen können. Es gibt ein Restaurant My place, das nicht schlecht ist. Insgesamt ist das Pro-Kopf-Einkommen in Indien viel niedriger als in China, aber die Preise für Lebensmittel und Getränke sind sogar höher als in China!

Month December 11, 2021, We stayed in SPS Grand for a Night Stay. A warm welcome given by the Front Office Manager Mr Murugan and his team. Room No 305 and 315 are well furnished and decorated, neat and clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious and more variety of South Indian cuisine and South Indian Chef and Chef are very friendly and fulfilled our requirements and we were much impressed with their services. Keep it up. The credit goes to the General Manager for his excellent team work. All the best and would like come and enjoy their hospitality in near future.

Rooms: Guests often find the rooms to be clean, well-maintained, and equipped with contemporary amenities. Friendly Staff: The staff is usually noted for being courteous and attentive, making for a pleasant stay. Convenient Location Good Facilities: Facilities like Wi-Fi, breakfast options zero Noise Levels: I didn't felt any noise from nearby areas or traffic.

Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr gern gewöhnt, aber nur kurz. Spezial an Yogesh an der Frühstücksrechner, die ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber war, sowie an der Lady an der Rezeption, die uns bei der Eincheckung begrüßte!!

Das Le Meridien ist seit Jahren mein Stammhotel auf Reisen nach Tamil Nadu, etwa 6 Aufenthalte a 10 Tage im Jahr. Die Zimmer sind von unterschiedlicher Qualität, insgesamt jedoch auf einem befriedigendem, über vergleichbaren Hotels in Indien liegendem Niveau. Das Personal ist stets freundlich, Verbesserungsbedarf besteht vor allem im Front Desk Bereich. Die Qualität des Restaurants - sowohl Service als auch das Essen - ist wirklich gut. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Mr. Likhith G., welcher auf höchstem Niveau die Gäste bewirtet und ein von mir sehr geschätzter Gesprächspartner ist. Pool Bereich könnte gepflegter sein.
