Reasonable price, cleanliness could be better. Staff were good. Restaurant has very limited choices. The 8th sense bar was bad in terms of service and menu. Infact they tried charging me for an order which they purposefully didn't deliver.

They denied my booking. Said they are not having tie up with **********. and was made to pay again for a fresh booking. No Wifi , Room TV not working, No drinking water !

The budget lunch was good rates are reasonable. Food and service nice to carparking is too small underground. Good for stay for 2 nights its in the city of Coimbatore near Brook fields mall... Travel is good

I booked a hall prior the date and the ***ager Prabhu gave a different quote on phone and started de***ding more money while settling in hotel.he was very arrogant and and refused to give any information or details regarding the bills.if you refuse he will switch off the ac of the hall so that you could vacate before the time.the food menu was altered .

They made us wait for over an hour to pull up our reservation on their system. There were no towels in the room. No apology for inconvenience and charged us for water during checkout when we had not even used it.

I had booked an Executive Room. This was showing as 3 Star rated Hotel but the facilities were not even to a lodge. I had booked it through a travel portal and the cost was similar to 3 / 4 Star. Initially they gave me a room in 3rd Floor, the quality of the room / bed was so pathetic. It was stinking. I called the reception and asked whether this is executive room and they said they are cleaning the room and will shift me. Then they shifted me to 2nd floor, as i entered i was welcomed by cockroaches, sticking room with broken tiles and dusty bed etc. They said they dont have any other rooms. Seeing the condition i didnt want to have dinner there. So i went out for dinner and when i returned to room, i was shocked to see the bread of cockroaches all over the room, You open the draw, take the bedsheet, inside the pillow was all cockroaches. I spoke to reception saying to give me good room to sleep by 10pm. I was so tired, they said they would give me another room in 10 minutes. Alternate room took 2 hours with multiple phone calls and fighting. It was 12 am i was given the Suite room after lots of drama. Thank god here the room was decent. Drawbacks of all the rooms 1) Untidy Bedsheets / Towels 2) Only Kettle is available but no milk power / coffee / tea bags 3) Centrailsed AC with a remote. Remote can only switch off / Switch on the AC. You cannot control the temperate. It was average. Once your in bedsheet you would start sweating. 4) Fan was there but you cant control the speed 5) No Iron box / laundry services Complimentary breakfast was also very average. I went to have breakfast by 9am, most of the items were empty. It took 15-20 minutes for items to come that too 2 - 3 nos. Hard Rock Idly, Oily Poori's, Stiff Pongal, something named vada. Only coffee / juice served was good. Overall i would say it was a very average stay and not even worth paying cost of ordinary lodge.

Worst Experience Don't go.. Service very worst and food tast not that much, Service very very worst and If food finished refilling time very late eating table very turty some one finshed eating food then never clean quicly can't use another quickly we booked hall and arrange food for 37 people for official celebration every body said very bad my advise please don't go.........

The staff provided excellent service, and the room was well-kept. Very well cared for. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious. Every customer is treated with respect by the staff. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service to me. Cleaning is very important due to covid, and there was no delay in cleaning the room. Housekeeping staff are was very punctual about there work and was available whenever I needed anything. "
