Gute Lage in der Innenstadt und schöne Gegend mit vielen Colleges rund um das Hotel, bedeutet Sicherheit. Kleine Supermärkte, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, kleine Einkaufszentren sind ebenfalls in der Nähe des Hotels. Nur starker Stau in den Stoßzeiten morgens und außerhalb der Bürozeiten. BBQ Foods sind nett und es gibt ein sehr gutes chinesisches / asiatisches Restaurant. Wir haben die Sehenswürdigkeit hier gesehen und es ist ein wirklich fantastischer Ort hier.

Three of us spent one night at an executive suite in the Welcomhotel Coimbatore. 1. Let’s begin with the biggest complaint first. Halfway through a morning shower, the hot water simply stopped flowing both from the tap at the washbasin and from the showers too. Took about 15 minutes to resolve so I finished my bath with cold water which isn’t a big deal in a Kovai summer. But this is not something you want to happen at this price point, or, indeed, at a price point half as high as this. More so when you’re occupying an executive suite. Extremely disappointing. 2. There was some confusion at checkout. Our reservation included all 3 meals. And we had signed for one of those meals, and the restaurant had posted it as a bill payable. Reception took a few minutes to sort that out. 3. The lobby almost doesn’t exist. Once you pass through the doors, you are in what can at best be described as a passage facing the reception. This is well-lit, and I do like the aesthetics, but it’s just surprisingly small. Not complaining about this though; I was just amused. 4. We had an a la carte lunch and a buffet dinner. The quality of the food is, overall, good, as you would expect of the ITC group. The food at their Fortune hotels is often very good too. The buffet seemed to play to the crowd a little – there was a little too much tempering, it was a little too strong in its approach. But still, that is nitpicking. A la carte was pretty good. The staff are patient at taking orders and orders are taken seriously. But their knowledge of the menu isn’t sufficient. They have a dish called “ritu ki sabzi” or something of that sort which translates into “seasonal vegetables.” When we asked what the vegetables were this season, the best the waitress could do was to say “carrot” twice. The dish too was something like that: Nothing particularly seasonal about the vegetables. 5. We had an early breakfast. The buffet wasn’t quite ready yet. Nevertheless, the spread on the buffet is satisfactory but not as wide as you would expect. The quality of the food is excellent. The service was mediocre: I ordered a masala dosa which didn’t show up for 10 minutes. On inquiring about it again, the waitress (a different person) thought I was placing a fresh order and informed me that it would take about 10 minutes, a point which was never brought to my notice when I first ordered it. So I ordered a plain dosa instead. 6. Overall, the aesthetics of the hotel are nice. The restaurant, however, is dimmer than I’d like. At dinnertime, there was live music in the restaurant. I suspect that the hotel didn’t think its guests had personalities, because the loud volume made conversation extremely inconvenient. The rhythm was good (because it was essentially a metronome type of thing), the singer might have had some relationship with melody at some point in some life, but his accent made it (un)clear to us that nobody knew what the words of the songs were. 7. The room is well appointed. Once

出張で利用しました。空港から近く、徒歩で行きました。部屋はバスタブがなかったのが残念だったのと、USB充電が出来なかったのが、施設の古さなのかなと感じました。ホテルの外観はヒビが多く、正直不安に思いましたが、内装はとても綺麗で、部屋内も綺麗で安心しました。アメニティもひと通り揃っており、スリッパが付いていたのが嬉しかったです。朝食はやはりここはインドなんだ…と感じるほどインド料理中心のビュッフェでした。フィルターコーヒーを飲みましたが、他で飲むより甘味が少なくとても美味しかったので、おかわりしました。

Ich würde sagen, es ist eines der besten Hotels in Coimbatore. Ich liebe die Lobby, Pool & Gartenbereiche. Es gibt auch einen schönen Spa & Fitnessraum. Die Auswahl an Restaurants und Service durch die Mitarbeiter sind alle großartig. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von allen großen Einkaufsbereichen entfernt. Ich werde zurück sein!

Das Hotel ist ziemlich gut! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und hell, die Betten trocken und die Hygiene gut! Gute Service-Haltung! Es gibt nur ein Restaurant mit weniger Auswahl an Gerichten. Gehen Sie außerdem nicht in die umliegenden Kinn-Kinn- und Kasade-China-Restaurants. Es gibt einige lokalisierte chinesische Gerichte in Indien, die wirklich schrecklich sind. Gibt es irgendetwas? !

1 dieses Hotel von Yatra für 2 Tage für 7k. Das Hotel um 9-9.30 besucht und für ein Zimmer gebeten, aber die Hotelrezeption wird frühzeitig anreist verweigert. Muss sagen, Hotel ist groß, aber ihr Standard ist klein. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, dass ich heute ein Besucher bin, der meine Frau begleitet, die ein Arzt auf einem Post in Ganga Krankenhaus ist. Außerdem habe ich ihnen gesagt, dass mein Freund mit Ihnen 2 Wochen verbleibt. Das Rezeptionpersonal ignorierte einfach, sie scheinen nur zu zwingen, wenn ich direkt reservieren oder extra 2k für 2 Stunden zahlen. Ich bat sie, mich mit ***ager anzuschließen, sie anstatt mich mit ihrem unmittelbaren Aufsichtsbehörde anzuschließen. Das Personal hier ist bereit, den Zimmer für eine direkte Buchung zu geben, aber nicht dem Gast, der mit einer Buchung von yatra/ MMT etc. kommt. Ich habe wenige Kunden vor mir auschecken gesehen und als ich ihnen angezeigt habe, sagten sie, dass die Hausaufbewahrung noch nicht gekommen ist und es wird Zeit für sie zu reinigen. Ich habe sogar gebeten, ihnen vorübergehende Zimmer für 10 Minuten zu geben, damit ich duschen und zum Krankenhaus gehen konnte. Sie zwingten nicht. Ich war zu ***y Hotels der gleichen und höheren Stern. Sie zwingen immer für frühe Eincheckung und Upgrade, wenn es verfügbar ist. Auch, in meinem Erfahrungsraum Reinigung dauert 15 Minuten. Ich wartete auf die Rezeption für eine Stunde im Voraus, um das Zimmer zu erhalten. Zimmer braucht wenig Überarbeitungen. Badezimmer Flush funktioniert nicht richtig. Haartrockner, Zimmerslipper fehlt

This hotel has class and character,.thanks to the GM of this property Mr.Milton.He has a great bunch of well trained staff with great customer service skills.starting from the concierge,front office ,dining room and the housekeeping. My family and I stayed for 3 nights here and we cannot praise enough the level of service we enjoyed.the dining room staff ***aged by Karthik were spot on, esp the young lady Govardhini who was so attentive. We found the rooms very airy and clean with great room service.something you should not miss here in the Sunday buffet lunch.it’s Huge .it must very popular with the locals. It’s a pity they don’t have much room to grow into a 5 star property.,but satisfaction Guaranteed at this boutique hotel.
