There is no flexibility on this as it is city law. - 2 parking places available in the driveway. No parking on the street as per city laws. - Guests must pay for mid-stay cleaning every 2 weeks for 30+ day bookings - The property has active video monitoring on the outside perimeters of the property - After you book this property you will also need to digitally sign our short-term vacation rental contract as required by city law (Don't worry it's easy).
