Lieblings · Lage ist in der Nähe zu Fuß vom Zentrum und der alten Stadt, aber es ist noch ein 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß. Rein Zimmer. Durchschnittliches Frühstück. Die tief gefrierte Zucchini ist sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Hinblick auf den Hof und es war sehr ruhig (sowohl in Richtung Außen als auch in Richtung Halle). Unlieblich · Das Innenhaus des Hotels fühlt sich steril und nicht gemütlich. Ein Teil des Grundes ist, dass die Beleuchtung im Hotel in der ganzen Zeit kalt weiß ist und in den Zimmern die Lichter zu stark sind (außer im Badezimmer, wo es nicht stark genug ist). Vorschlag für Management: Eine Beleuchtungsberaterin für Beratung, wie man auf warmere Licht umwandeln, um die Beleuchtung zugunsten des Hotels zu machen. Auch hier ein paar Anlagen hinzufügen und dort das sterile Gefühl zu reduzieren. Ich vermisste frisches Brot zum Frühstück, nur Toast war verfügbar. Die Musik während des Frühstücks war extrem Käse, Aufzug-Stil (Vielleicht geeignet für Rentner?). Das eigentliche Problem war jedoch, dass ich für einen Nachtaufenthalt doppelt gezahlt wurde. Ich hatte bereits Zweifel an Zahlungsfragen, als der Besitzer mich fragte, ob ich die Kreditkarte, die ich für die Buchung verwendet hatte, über eine andere Website ändern wollte. (Wurde es meine ursprüngliche Buchung annullieren, um zu vermeiden, dass sie Provisionen bezahlen?) Da die Kreditkartenreservierung für die zweite Nacht nie abgeschafft wurde, obwohl wir beschlossen, nur eine Nacht zu bleiben, musste ich schreiben und Beschwerde einlegen. Trotz der vier E-Mails (mit der richtigen E-Mail-Adresse) habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten. Schließlich wandte ich mich an meine Bank, um ihnen den Beweis zu zeigen, und die Bank hat mich schnell für die Doppelzahlung zurückerstattet.

Groß: neue, geräumige, hell, gut konzipierte Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine. Ladegeräte von TV-Kanälen einschließlich in Englisch. Danke Diana, die sehr hilfreich bei der Ankunft war. Nicht großartig: Kein Aufzug! Beachten Sie, dass keine Mitarbeiter auf der Website überhaupt, außer Diana, wenn und wenn sie eine Wohnung für einen neuen Gast bereitet. After much deliberation on choosing our hotel in Cluj, we were not disappointed. We had found our hidden gem! The hotel was perfect. It was very clean Our room was well equipped and great bathroom with a wonderful power shower The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was possibly one of the best I have ever had in a hotel stay. Lots of choice, well displayed and good quality. Elena our waitress wad very cheerful and is a credit to your hotel. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Location: you could not wish a better spot for being in midst of Cluj....vibrant and live. No car traffic in the area. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants. If you have a car then better look for a parking at the Central Building.. Rooms: seem is a new owner in town...the rooms are well designed and the space is comfortable. It is a yes from all points of view. Staff: well trained. Helpful. Nice.

Wenn Sie im wunderbaren Cluj (ganz enstpannt nonstop mit WizzAir von Berlin aus erreichbar) nächtigen wollen, dann ist das DoubleTree eine excellente Wahl. Zu Fuss lässt sich die sehenswerte Altstadt erkunden. Das Hotel hat einen grossen, schönen Rooftop Indoor-Pool, der gratis von den Hotelgästen benutzt werden kann (in Transylvanien nicht selbstverständlich). Das Frühstück war sehr schmackhaft, allerdings waren ein paar recht ungezogene Kinder am Start, die - von ihren Eltern und vom Personal ungehindert - auf's Buffet gehustet haben, das sollte nicht sein. Sie können Ihren Mietwagen direkt am Hotel parken. Unsere Junior Suite war sehr geräumig, excellentes Wlan - DoubleTree Cluj - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Hands down one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. We stayed 3 weeks and initially I was concerned it would be too long, but I didn't want to leave. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Location was close to City Center, a few minutes with an Uber or Bolt. The breakfast was good and enough variety. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and professional. The staff at the pool and pool bar was great. The pool itself was big enough and even on busy days not overly crowded. Great for swimming laps when not busy (usually mornings). The front desk staff was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Napoca for 3 days as part of a larger delegation that arranged our accommodation there. Despite being an old hotel, it has been well renovated; the lobby, hall, restaurant, and bar all look new. The room was spacious, partially renovated, but comfortable and clean. The biggest issue was the level of service provided by the hotel staff. Upon entering the hotel, you are not greeted at reception, and the breakfast in the restaurant is very basic. Out of 4 waitstaff, only one young waitress made an effort to be attentive. The other old-school waiters do not speak English and communicate through gestures, which is quite uncomfortable. They do not but rather maintain the buffet and clean tables after guests finish. Nobody tries to bring you coffee or assist you when you ask for something. For example, when I requested hot water for my muesli, the waiter pointed to a thermos that had been sitting there for 2 hours, and the water was no longer hot. When I mentioned that to the waiter, he directed me to the coffee machine to wait in line and pour hot water myself. There is no option to have an omelet eggs made to order; breakfast choices are quite limited, with only bananas apples available. The coffee from the machine tastes terrible, so after breakfast, we decided to sit in the hotel lobby and order coffee from the bar. I received an Americano smaller than the cappuccino my husband was drinking and asked bartender to pour it into a larger cup with a bit more water because I prefer my Americano more diluted. He reacted aggressively, gave me a plastic takeaway cup to pour it myself, did not respond when I thanked him, and then started banging metal dishes loudly and expressing anger about my request. Then, a supervisor by speaking Romanian, and the supervisor kept saying calm down, calm down. Finally, a problem arose with the air conditioning, which stopped working on the last day before our departure. It even felt like the AC was heating the room to 30 degrees! We asked the housekeeper, who said another room had a malfunction, and since the ACs are connected, the entire horizontal line was not functioning. I would not stay at this hotel if it were not booked organized. The staff need serious training because, unfortunately, all the good and comfortable aspects (such as free and very convenient parking in front) are overshadowed by the subpar service of the employees who do not seem happy to serve guests.

Das neue Radisson Blu in Cluj liegt ein wenig ausserhalb in einem Park. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten am See und kann im herrlichen Garten der Chios Social Lounge Lunch oder Dinner einnehmen (denn leider hatte das japanische Restaurant im Radisson montags Ruhetag.) Bei so einem Neubau ist es mir aber relativ unverständlich, warum hier kein Pool eingeplant wurde. Der ist gerade in den heissen Sommern in Cluj für mich in der gehobenen Hotellerie ein echtes Entscheidungskriterium für ein Hotel.

Alles war perfekt... Qualität freundliche Zimmer super tolles Essen nichts zu sagen, nur um zurück zu kommen.... Das Hotel hat eine komfortable Lage im Zentrum und befindet sich in einem Mall. Gedeckte Parkplätze und sehr sicher ... super günstige Preis für das, was uns angeboten wurde . Eine danke für alle Mitarbeiter
