Sella Park Country House Hotel

We booked a table for 6 at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome. The staff were very friendly and polite, gave us time to relax in the conservatory with drinks before ordering meals. The waitress was very informative regarding the menu as 4 of our party had different meals and 2 had the same. The hotel is beautifully decorated bright and fresh. The meals were served together and were delicious (compliments to the chef) plentiful and reasonably priced for a top end hotel. Desserts were also very good. Unfortunately they don’t do a Sunday roast anymore but if they do we’ll be the first to book. Well done to all the staff Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

We had our wedding at Sella Park in October 2023, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. We hired out the venue for the entire weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff at Sella Park were exceptional, especially John, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless for me and my husband. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The team was attentive, professional, and eager to accommodate any request, no matter how small. John’s attention to detail and dedication really stood out. He made sure that every aspect of our day was stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration with our loved ones. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings that provided the perfect backdrop for our photos. Our guests were blown away by the elegance and charm of the place, and we received so many compliments on how well-organized and seamless everything was. The entire weekend felt relaxed yet special, which is exactly what we had hoped for. We can’t thank John and the entire Sella Park team enough for making our wedding weekend so memorable. If you’re considering Sella Park for your wedding or any special event, we highly recommend it—it was truly an unforgettable experience!

Perfect from start to finish. Very reasonably priced for a suite, well worth the tiny bit extra it cost to upgrade. The room was beautiful, IMMACULATE, not a speck of dust anywhere, very tastefully decorated to suit the room. The bed was fantastic and so comfortable. The staff were an absolute credit to the owner. Super friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. The service was excellent. The lamb was so good my partner had it 2 nights in a row, the chefs were fantastic, plenty vegetarian options for me and the chef was more than happy to cater for something different as long as he had the ingredients. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing. Every part of the hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully decorated and the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for years. Lovely and quiet and very tranquil, perfect for a romantic birthday/anniversary. I couldn't find a single fault. Definitely onc of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel.
