Das Hotel muss vor 30 Jahren sehr modern gewesen sein: Badewanne, Heizungslicht und Telefon im Badezimmer. Die Deco ist jetzt ein bisschen über Jahr, aber der Komfort ist da. Das Zimmer ist groß, das Bett ist komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist komplett und komplett: Kälte, Wärme, Salz, Zucker. We stayed here after a disastrous booking in the city. Staff friendly, welcoming & helpful, we felt very at home. Newly refurbished room & en suite. Great bus & train links into the city, excellent pub 100m away for lunch/dinner & local café 5 mins walk away for breakfast. Would highly recommend as an alternative to city accommodation.

We were welcomed by a friendly, smiling receptionist, Tharindu. He was very helpful, bringing out a luggage trolley for us and showing us where to park while checking in. In our room, we were greeted by a platter of mini desserts and a card congratulating us on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, signed by the manager. We then re-arranged the room to suit us for 2 days and nights, including swapping out the desk chair for some more comfortable chairs. We were very grateful for Tharindu's easy nature and helpfulness. The room was extremely quiet, only once or twice did we hear a door shut, otherwise we weren't interrupted by any other guests and their movements. We were on the top floor (6th) which had great views to the north, over the Monash City Council outdoor and carpark area with plenty of trees. At night, the Glen Waverley buildings lit up, providing a surprisingly exciting vibe, we felt like we were in another city, in another state, not 12 mins drive from our house! The Glen has plenty to offer with shopping, cinema and a myriad of restaurants. Our hotel was just a 10 minute walk from everything, so we were able to go out several times to have a meal, a movie and the odd bit of shopping for some breakfast supplies. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant, but they were very kind to let us borrow some crockery and cutlery for our stay. Everything about our stay was positive except for the small matter of having to park off site. The car park underneath the hotel costs $20 per day, so we decided to park 1km away in neighbourhood streets for free. Most of the parking around The Glen is limited to 2 or 4 hours, so you'll need to walk a fair distance to find parking spots.

Impeccable rooms, fantastic atmosphere and outstanding staff. Absolutely brilliant trip. Having all of the hotel amenities & dine-in info directly from the tv was great. If you could order directly from the TV instead of needing to scan the QR code for a menu and then call front desk, that would certainly improve the overall experience. But the things that mattered where all there. Thanks to all the staff for making check-in & out so seemless.

Nachdem ich das Bistro gefunden hatte, war ich angenehmen überrascht - großartige Dekoration, viel Platz zum Mittagessen und ein großes Gebiet, das sich ins Glas gesetzt und die Sitze erschienen komfortable. Ich hatte Fisch und Chips und meine 2 Freunde hatten Calamar und Chips und Peking-Duck in Umschlägen. Die Wächter suchten uns, sogar um ein paar 'reales' Creme für ihr festes Date Pudding zu bekommen. Also für angenehmen Umfeld (einschließlich Toiletten) und Mittagessen (keine Senioren hier) können Sie nicht weit falsch gehen. Aber Sie brauchen ein Auto, es sei denn, eine lange Spazierfahrt vom Zentrum Dandenong Rd. Zumindest gibt es den 828 Bus, den ich genommen habe, um nach Bordery Rd zu kommen.

This property definitely has some positives. The price is cheap for an apartment and it's very close to Box Hill Central and pretty close to Box Hill Hospital. The staff were able to get us in to our room early which was also very handy. The negatives, the amenities feel cheap, the double bed was made up of 2 single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses were very thin. The couch was the same it just felt cheap and poor quality. The other negative with this property was the odor in the corridor which smelt like a mixture of cigarettes and stale cooking smells, although within the apartment we were in there was no odor so that was a positive. If you need somewhere for a short stay in and around Box Hill this property is quite ok, but be realistic about what you are expecting at the price point

I had a 7 week stay at Ringwood Royale and it was just like home. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay and daily living. Loved having an oven to cook, even able to make a birthday cake. Washing machine and drier were super useful along with the washing powder provided. Appreciated supplies like dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder etc replaced weekly along with the helpful, friendly team who cleaned and changed linen and towels, also the wardrobe space was great to actually unpack for that period of time. Super comfy, firm bed and plenty of entertainment with Netflix, Foxtel and Wifi all part of the package. A big shout out to the Manager Mocita, who was so responsive, flexible and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, especially when I had some uncertainty around dates. This was truly a home away from home. Also being solo I felt safe and secure - parking is also included in a secure car par, steps away from your day.. A great stay, highly recommended. By the way a nice touch is the selection of local wines to choose from int he apartment, if so inclined, at reasonable prices.
