The Hammond Marina is 4.6 miles down the road to launch your boat during the ever popular fishing/ crabbing season. The Skipanon boat launch is 3.4 miles.Astoria is 18 minutes away- museums, great food, and neat shops scattered through town.The house has many key features we find appealing. The long driveway to this house will accommodate a truck and boat combination or even an RV parking space. The Kitchen has an amazing layout that will be sure to impress. After a day of adventure you could easily cook up a great meal. Bar stool seating allows friends or family to keep company while cooking. We're excited to share our love of the ruggedly beautiful Oregon coast with you!The spaceOur home consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. Although the house is quite warm and comfy when the heater is on, the floors do get cold in low temperatures. We recommend packing thick socks or slippers to get the most out of your rustic Astoria experience. We can accommodate two dogs, with dog bed and blankets provided. We can also accommodate up to 8 humans, although space would be limited and to be the most comfortable, we recommend staying here only with 6 or less guests in total.Please note that our proximity to the 101 means that noise from cars can be heard inside the unit!Guest accessThe kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room are all yours.
