Das Hotel war schön, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Badezimmer wurde neu renoviert, obwohl das Bad ein wenig zu hoch war, was machte das Ausgehen aus der Dusche ein wenig atemberaubend. Essen, dachte ich nicht, es war zu gut. Während das Frühstück auf einem großen Platte kam, und es gab viel zu essen, wenn nur es gegessen werden konnte. Bacon und Sauce schienen wie sie vor alten Jahren gekocht waren, und waren hart und kalt (nachdem ich das gesagt habe - ich mag meine Nahrungsrohre heiß). Entertainment war hervorragend - etwas für alle. Ich würde sicher zurückgehen. Schönes hilfreiches Personal auch. Ja, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

No bar stools. I am a regular guest at the castle oaks house hotel and estate. Castleconnel co Limerick. A bar without stools is like not-having Josephine Magie Trish and all staff at the hotel, a big mistake. All staff make my stay memorable and that is why I return so often. The only but excuse the pun is I love to place my but on a bar stool. God Bless Aiden.

Da es sich um eine selbstfahrende Tour handelt, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze und das Ein- und Aussteigen ist bequem. Es ist kein Problem, sich vom Stadtzentrum fernzuhalten. Schließlich handelt es sich um ein Markenhotel, alle Aspekte orientieren sich an Standards, also kein Problem.

Ein sehr schönes und gutes Hotel in traumhafter Lage. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Die Betten bequem. Das Restaurant inkl. Frühstück und angeschlossenem Pub von hoher Qualität. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Extra erwähnen möchte ich hier die Dame mit den den schottischen Wurzeln im Frühstücksservice und den Chef des Hauses, welcher einen auf Anfrage auch sehr gut in Bezug auf irischen Whiskey berät. Top! Alles im ganzen Haus ist sehr schön im viktorianischen Stil dekoriert und eingerichtet. Man spürt die Geschichte des Hotels, welches eine unglaubliche Aura ausstrahlt. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ist eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wiederkommen.

Mary ist eine sehr Gastfreundin, wenn ich hier ankomme, lehre ich uns das Haus. Es sind zwei vereinte Häuser, eine für die Gäste und die andere lebt die Familie. Nachdem ich uns ein Zimmer mit Blick gegeben habe, lass ich uns ein paar Muffins aus dem Ofen heraus. Es ist zu danken, dass Sie ein Wohngebiet haben, aber in diesem Haus ist es eine Luxus-Haus mit Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung, Wohnzimmer und Billard. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist ein Geschmack, mit dem Mime von Großmutter Mary einen Yoghurt mit heißem Hauskompota aus Quit**** den Hut bereitet. Brot ist Sodabrot, neu gemacht von ihr, wie auch die Marmelade. Danke Mary für deine wunderschöne Arbeit und Empfehlungen, deine Liebe am Arbeitsplatz kommt. Es ist eine große Überraschung, an einem so entfernten und schönen Ort zu finden, wo du bist, eine so schöne Überraschung, ein kleines Paradies, das wir nie vergessen werden.

After a long and lovely trip to Ireland (my first) it was delightful to spend a quiet day and night at the hotel in anticipation of an early morning flight. Well rested, I was delighted by assistance (I have limited mobility) all the way from the hotel across the parking lot pathway to the airport. It was the epitome of compassion and kindness, exhibited throughout Ireland, but as a final reminder of the warmth and generosity of the Emerald Isle.

Die Lage, die Aussicht und der Service waren alle ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, vom Front-Desk-Personal bis zum Wartepersonal im Restaurant. Ich brauchte ein Taxi zum Flughafen Shannon, und das Front-Desk-Personal machte alle Vereinbarungen. (Dies war komplizierter als es klingt, weil es eine Kabine mit einem Kreditkartenleser braucht.) Die Abendmusik in der Bar/Restaurant war lustig, und das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit vielen heißen und kalten Optionen. Ich hatte einen schönen Blick über den Flusswand. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass das Zimmer sehr warm war und die Fenster nur ein Krack geöffnet. Ich bemerke, dass Klimaanlage in Irland selten benötigt wird, auch im Sommer, aber entweder ein Fan oder Fenster, die mehr öffnen würden groß gewesen.

I read a lot of the reviews for Myles Creek before booking and they were varied to say the least so I want to give a very honest review of my stay, which was with my wife for 3 nights in August 2023. First off this is not a modern franchise type hotel so if that's what you are looking for it's not for you. The building is an old building and while the rooms are certainly dated in style our room was spotless and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast has 3 options full Irish, scrambled eggs and toast or vegetarian, my wife doesn't like fried eggs so asked if she could have scrambled eggs with the full irish, the lovely lady who served us said this wasn't an option, seems odd but aside from that the full irish breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. The bar down stairs is a really nice bar that has excellent food and again helpful and friendly staff. So all in all in terms of bang for your buck I highly recommend Myle's Creek and I most certainly will return, just manage your expectations if a big fancy hotel is what you are after, think more family run, wholesome no frills and you wont be disappointed.
